First time at this location. I love the marina. Did not like that there was not a marked walking trail to the lake. The picnic sites were awesome with a grill and fire pit. I personally did not like that the camping sites were so close to each other. I wished there were more trees rather than bushes for shade. Overall it was a beautiful area. I would definitely go again but will be better prepared for the surroundings. I love that we were able to rent a kayak to go on the lake. They had other water riding things to rent also. You are able to have a good time and enjoy the lake it is pet friendly. The things I did not like were just personal preferences. That is the only reason I gave it 4 stars.

Had the time of our life with my family, definitely recommend staying here🤗 I strongly suggest booking the Aqua Lodge and the boat months in advance, we were able to fit 10 people in one. The Aqua Lodge has everything you need to cook up a meal inside or outside in the gas grill. Don’t forget to bring your coolers plenty of water and food for the minimum stay of 2 days. Also lots of sunscreen and bug spray too. There’s a shop and a restaurant on the premises in case you need or forget something. Can’t wait til next year to plan another trip here again…

Stayed here for a family reunion. Beautiful location on the house boats and fun for the family. Kristina was beyond helpful and kind. Would definitely encourage others to stay and highly recommend requesting Kristina if you have any issues and to help you. My wife and kids loved it. My wife particularly appreciated Kristina's kindness and willingness to help.

Navajo Lake is a beautiful place! Native lore and history is everywhere you look. Awesome new Marina and very nice camp grounds with great people. Very simple to select and reserve your campsite online and your spot is reserved for you! We really enjoyed renting a pontoon boat for a few days of exploring the lake and throwing a few artificial baits to see how the fishing was. Caught a couple nice largemouth bass. We will definitely be coming back!!

Beautiful lake, awesome Marina and nice camp grounds. Love the fact that you need to reserve your camp site online and your spot is reserved for you and no one can take it! We really enjoyed the pontoon on the lake and the fly fishing. We will definitely be coming back!!

One of the nicest marinas I've ever seen! Great store and cafe. A fishing area, fountains, bumper boats, pontoon rentals, fish feeding, and other craft rentals. Nice boat ramp and bathrooms. The staff were very helpful, too. Floating cabin rentals that we might try next time.

Still a great day trip with the family. The entire Marina area has been significantly upgraded since my last visit so I had to update my review. I would definitely recommend stopping in the diner for lunch. There are a wide assortment of activities to do at the marina now.

Always a great time! You can do camping, rent an aquatic gadget from an aquatic bike to a boat and a place to stay.. or you can bring your own. The employees are very friendy and the place is very clean. Go and have an awesome time😉 1 very important thing. Always check the weather😊

Wow, what a huge lake! This place is beautiful and the marina is open year round to rent boats, slips, etc. There is also a public boat ramp for launching. We rented a tandem kayak all day for $50. My advice would be to rent a motorboat, we were not able to see most of the lake on the kayak. The boat rental place has drinks, snacks, and common fishing supplies. There is a fish cleaning station on the dock and a school of giant carp to eat the trimmings. You can also feed the giant carp from a coin-op cat food dispenser, they are very friendly and will let you pet them if you feed them, very fun for kids.

We love this marina and just bought a cute little houseboat that's moored there. It's just a great place to spend summers. I can't wait to spend every moment at Navajo Lake Marina next summer!

I recently visited the marina with high hopes of enjoying the beautiful lake, but unfortunately, the experience was far from enjoyable. The staff's rude demeanor and lack of customer service left a lasting negative impression. Moreover, the lack of proper guidance and assistance with equipment usage raised significant safety concerns.Upon arrival, my friend and I purchased fun passes, expecting a day of enjoyable activities. However, the lack of staff presence and direction on how to operate the equipment was astonishing. Despite our inexperience, we were told to "just grab it and go," leaving us struggling to get on and off the equipment. Even when the owner saw us in distress for at least 15 minutes, no help or concern was offered.As a result of the inadequate guidance, we attempted to handle things ourselves, but this led to a disastrous outcome. The hydro bike flipped, causing me to suffer from a concussion and my friend nearly drowning. The owner finally intervened but only after asking if we were okay. A more proactive approach from the staff could have prevented this traumatic incident.Following the accident, we expected some form of support or reassurance from the owner, but unfortunately, none was given. The staff briefly inquired about our well-being, only to disappear shortly afterward. Feeling dehydrated, embarrassed, and traumatized, we decided to cut our losses and leave.In the aftermath of this traumatic experience, we approached the manager hoping for a refund or a pass for another day. However, the manager rudely dismissed our request, citing the waiver we signed as an excuse for their lack of accountability. The lack of compassion displayed was disheartening, leaving us disappointed and shaken.When my friend later contacted the owner to discuss the matter further, she discovered that he was the individual who had initially ignored us. His response was equally unsympathetic, claiming that we were ungrateful for him saving my friend's life. The lack of responsibility taken by the owner and his team was deeply troubling.Reading similar negative reviews online, it is evident that this marina has a history of mistreating its customers. I urge potential visitors to be cautious and consider spending their money elsewhere. While the lake itself is undoubtedly beautiful, the unprofessional and inexperienced staff pose significant safety risks.In conclusion, the marina must prioritize the safety and well-being of its customers over financial concerns. Offering refunds or alternative passes after traumatic incidents is not only fair but also shows genuine care for their clientele. Neglecting to do so can lead to not only disappointed customers but potential legal consequences. It is my hope that this review serves as a warning for others and motivates the marina to improve their services and prioritize customer safety.

Very cute, affordable marina. We stopped in for a day and rented a kayak for a couple of hours. There was a splashpad, bathrooms, rental area and a cafe in the same area. The main marina store has plenty of snacks and souvenirs for reasonable prices. Admission to the park was only $5 and there was a golf cart that shuttled us directly to the marina. Overall, we had an unexpected fun experience.

DO NOT RENT A BOAT HERE! I would give this place a 0 star if I could. I planned a trip with my family of 6 to enjoy a weekend at Navajo Lake. We spent time and money to go down there for the purpose of boating the entire day. We even booked our boat 2 months in advance. We arrived early at the marina on Saturday morning only for them to tell us they didn’t have a boat for us because our boat was broken down. Their policy states we have to give a 72 hour cancellation notice but they couldn’t do the same for us. We didn’t get any phone calls or emails. Oh but they refunded us 10 dollars to make up for their wrong doing as if that came even close to what we spent to make the trip. From looking at other reviews, it appears this happens often.

Rented a cabin in January 2023 for 10 people per deposit in April we found out my son was going to be off of work so we canceled our reservations in April lo and behold in July 27. They charged us the full amount when Call, they said you have no proof That you canceled your reservations they did not do their job so we end up paying for it if I could give them anything lower than a one I would Navajo lake has been where we go but I will never spend a single penny at the marina. Worst experience, you could have worst customer service you could have absolutely. Miserable people enjoy the $800 marina. It will be your last and keep treating people like this and you won’t be in business and I hope to God you’re not in business. In response to your message we called April 17, 2023 to cancel the reservations. It was canceled then just because you want to hide behind your employees not doing their job doesn’t make it right you were the ones that didn’t do your job not us you can hide behind your policies all you want but when you don’t do your job, your policies mean nothing. And if you would like you’re more than welcome to call me. But I doubt you will so I can tell you this we will be seeing one another whether it be in court or at the hunting and fishing expo. It was beautiful and my first time fishing and I was able to walk all the way past the first inlet and back barefoot without any stickers or cutting myself on anything! I definitely can't wait to go back!
