Service was great, as we were in and out within a 1/2 hour. They ruled out transmission oil, as the cause of our troubles, and we were on our merry way. Unfortunately, they are not able to fix our transmission, and our Freightliner needs the dealer.

I just had a blow out and left the shop content . very helpful and staff and Dave is an awesome man and the mechanic . they cared about our safety . Dave has 20+ years as a truck driver him self and can relate to truck drivers and gave me a good deal on a tire today . he ended up givening me a free tire and just charged me the mount fee of $75 . I have been refueling at TA for many years, and today's experience has made me very angry. When I first started refueling, I had to walk through a blizzard and the glass was very dirty. When I inserted my refueling gun and started cleaning my windshield, a white car came from behind and he kept urging me. Please be aware that I was still refueling. He arrived here less than a minute ago and started urging and calling the staff. As soon as the staff arrived, they started shouting at me that they couldn't clean the glass Don't give me any right to speak. I want to know which driver doesn't clean the windows when refueling? Cleaning glass is not allowed. What is the purpose of your glass brush being placed there? What makes you shout at your guests without understanding the event? Like a dog forgetting to take medicine? Is this how you discriminate against foreigners? Where are the qualities? Crazy staff

The worst gas station and the craziest staff do not allow you to clean the windows while refueling. You need to refuel at a flying speed. If there is a white person queuing up behind you while refueling, you must stop refueling and give way to them. Otherwise, you will face an unreasonable and completely uncultured staff member. Even if you are still refueling, they will not explain to you that it is an opportunity and the right to say anything. If you don't want to face discrimination, please take a detour to this gas station

The slowest, most horrible service ever!!! Got seated, the Waitress took my order at 7:23 p.m., and at 8:57 p.m. I'm still sitting there without any food!!! Now, keep in mind, if it would have been busy, I would have understood. But there was only 5, or 6 other people in there, and they had all been waited on, and 3 of them, came in after I had been sitting there for about 25 minutes. So I waited patiently, but to no avail, no order!!! So I just got up, and walked out!!! Horrible Service!!! The absolute WORST EVER!!! Good Luck getting in hot to eat in this Hole!!!

TA\Petro is going downhill at a rapid rate. The entire laundry room here is out of order, and judging by signs on the washers, has been for a while. The lot has massive holes and yellow lines are all but gone. The fuel islands are a mess. All of these things used to be exceptions, but now they're the rule at a large percentage of locations. Especially this one.

Definitely your typical older TA, needs a huge make over from outside to inside. The place is a dump and it's soooooo dirty...... The most disgusting thing is how they don't clean the drink trap area in the burger King area..... Like goodness it is so easy to clean those things out..... seriously it smells soooo terrible that I literally almost barfed all over and half the time I walk in and the bk and pizza hut staff are just standing around anyways..... why is there no order or direction? Shoot ill clean them out for you if it's to much to ask for..... Do you guys even have a cleaning schedule? How has the city health inspectors even let this place stay open? Good god id love to see how it looks in the back...... Complete negligence from the top all the way down! I seriously hate that my company has this location as a fuel stop smh......

Neat and clean place. Usually they’re not busy and they are different pumps for semi truck RVs and cars bathrooms are clean so many and Antique stuff you can buy they have Burger King and Pizza Hut express and country pride restaurant. If you’d ask they will baked fresh pizza for you . Nice people.

I can't believe how I was treated my car is broke down my battery is dead. I asked some guys like a plug in my battery in they said no problem also some lady comes out because she's the manager saying that I can't do that so I asked her I go you can't help anybody out so that's not our policy she told me that I had to leave. I had to leave now, but I'm stuck here. I can't go anywhere because it's that I'll have your car towed outta here if i'm not outta here in half an hour, she's calling a tow truck I We'll never stop at another TN a truck stop ever again. And the lady's name was Dina, she's a manager. It's the T n a truck stop just after edgewood new mexico going east on I forty And I'm still stuck here sitting here and a white Jeep with a trailer can't do anything. Cause I can't get nobody to help me outhis really blows. They won't let me fix my radiator you won't let me do anythi'm surprised the way you're gonna call the Tow truck yet?

Amazing customer service from a beautiful cashier. I’m bad with names but I think her name was torri? Or something with similar letters. She was so kind and in such a great mood and greeted everyone upon entry.Semi parking (so many spaces available)Laundry room available (I downloaded the app makes it easier)Showers and restrooms were very cleanThere’s a truckers lounge which was clean and comfy sat there while I washedBurger King and pizza available (I didn’t order anything)

Don’t even waste your time stopping here as a truck driver.Parking lot looks like a war zone.Half of the pumps are not working.Showers are not available because they don’t have hot water.Drink station doesn’t have an ice.Coffee station is dirty and half empty.Only 1 rude cashier is serving the customers, the rest 2 are sitting on their phones. Even though they had a line of at least 5 people. Smh.It’s 7AM MONDAY! Very mismanaged location. Whoever is in charge here needs to be fired. Probably the worst TA I’ve ever seen.

It has many things. Many of the showers are out of operation or old. Update is needed. They need more food options for those who don't eat " trucker driver foid" or fast food

The DUST on top of ALL the hot food area. Coffee makers, hot food plate top, coffee creamer top. One could spell a message on top. This place needs a scrub down. Remove items from counter one at a time and deep clean.

Probably the worst bathrooms I've seen in several years. If you need to go find another place to "go" because the floors have puddles, cracked tile and half the urinals are busted, sinks closed off.

Blew a tire in clines corner NM and was told 2 hour wait 2 and a half hours later I was told another hour and a half "maybe" cause they're busy...worse part I had to call them for the ETA... Cancelled and would never recommend them!! ZERO ⭐

Rundown outdated old truck stop that T/A bought out, dirty musty shower, no a/c, no water pressure, no liquid soap and nasty towels, wont do it again….as far as the rest of it goes don’t know I left after shower experience.

This TA is definitely below average. It’s run down and needs renovation. It’s not very clean (especially, restrooms). The showers are old, the water pressure is almost nonexistent, and there was no soap dispenser you usually would see in any TA shower.There is also a restaurant here but the food wasn’t very good and it was almost empty inside which is unusual for Sunday.We were planning on doing some laundry (Sunday perks) but the facility was busy all day long with only 2 dryers which is clearly not enough for so many people stopping here.There are some positive things such as a very big parking lot with many spots even on Sundays. The employees we encountered were also nice and friendly which makes the whole experience a bit more pleasant but we will try to avoid stopping here in the future.

Terrible experience. Cashier named Ashley claiming to be the manager was talking with her friends while there’s a line of customers out the door. She was extremely rude to every customer. Treating to refuse services to customers. Absolutely ridiculous, as a truck driver for 15 years, I’ve never experienced this bad customer service at a truck stop.

This person really is the worst, they are already going too far. And what do they say, I went to get an advance on Cash and the lady wanted to charge me a fee. I asked her why and she didn't give me any real explanations, they are already going too far with us. Here is the proof. There I never stop to fill up with fuel. Bad attitude Coustmer service here and the shower machine out of order last couple months so you don’t have any way print any food coupons here i ask about this on fuel desk the lady she is nice but she tried to help me she ask about this to one guy he work with her he said don’t know like every question he said he don’t know I just questions to management why he don’t know he work on TA so he need to know everything and also they told mostly TA have Machines out of order so i ask question why they not charge or why they not repair machines because they don’t want any body use $16 coupons this TA i gave zero star if they have any options

By far one of the worst TA I have been to smells like cigarettes inside the store 10 showers. None of them are available with a three hour. Wait Burger King no customers and no employees to be found bathrooms dirty. Everybody has an attitude and nobody wants to work.

The parking lot is rough. Just go slow. It's a little outdated but a decent truck stop. They have a grocery store across the street as well a a full liquor store. There are only 4 reserved spots. This place fills fast. This is more an old-school truck stop.

The Cashier named Isaiah took my order. Was very friendly and polite. Manager on duty, Hughes, had my burger made lickity-shplit. Would recommend. That cashier needs a raise for how good he is at his job.

Great Travel Center with a down home restaurant that serves good “on the road” foods for those on a budget. Fuel was a great price and staff throughout made it a pleasant and rememberable rest stop.
