Walk in and someone will ask if you need help. Try finding that kind of service at big stores! I work in Albuquerque and used to try the big stores on the way home but have given up. They seem to have more variety but are always out or don't have the part I need. I nearly always find what I need at Harts. How lucky we are to have such a thoughtfully stocked store in Moriarty.

This place is awesome! Best customer service I have had in a long time. As soon as I walked through the door, a young man named Cole immediately asked if I needed assistance. I had a long list of items that I needed for a specific project and Cole found everything I required and actually helped me shop instead of just telling me where stuff was. It would have taken me twice as long to find everything without his help. It was a pleasant experience and I highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Cole for going above and beyond and restoring my faith that there are people who still take pride in the job they do.

The store is extremely dirty. The prices are a lot higher than Rack's hardware store in edgewood. Harts was $7 more than racks hardware store.

Very inexperienced sales people. I drove all the way from Albuquerque just to do business there instead of Albuquerque and they don't even know what I'm talking about. I would recommend not going to the store. I live out here in the East mountains and I prefer to do business out here. But if they don't know the difference between a straight shaft and electric motor don't waste your time. And the worst part about it didn't even seem to care when they found out they didn't have what I was looking for after I called in and asked.

Great group of people! Always friendly and helpful; great selection of supplies, materials and tools. Also, one of the best places to get keys made. They have gotten it right the first time every time I've had keys made.The few times I needed something they didn't happen to carry, Ted and Todd were able to order it for me and have it in the next delivery.These folks really understand customer service!

Every time I come to hearts hardware the people that work there are beyond helpful and so knowledgeable I always come in with a list or a description cuz I'm the parts runner person and the person they're automatically just go straight back and just helps me find absolutely everything it's very nice I appreciate it very very much guys thank you!

For my small town Hardware store, they usually have what I need, staff is always readily available to offer any assistance, and today we asked for assistance for the first time ... It was a test considering we know the store pretty well... Good job guys and gals....Today they had what Tractor supply did not.

Will say the folks at Hart's Hardware are always friendly and helpful. I don't think I have popped in a single time without a friendly greeting. They do carry a lot of things so you don't have to drive to the city, but in case, never hurts to call first...

Hart's has always had the best customer service in town, with the friendliest workers. I have never been inside their doors without an offer for help. If you have questions, they answer in a friendly manner. They strike me as the perfect small town business. If they don't carry what you need, they can often get it for you. I like the new store even better than the old one. I highly recommend them.

Hart's hardware store is locally owned and local residents are the employees. I've not only come to respect the knowledgeable employees for their responsible attentive behavior the moment you enter the store, butI have actually befriended most of them over the years. Hart's is actually named after the family that owns and operates the store. Top notch family respect and sound advice on projects where you may be in need of it. It's not the dollar store but they earn every fair penny they charge for in their store. In a time where the rest of planet earth 🌎 lost its mind, the Hart's kept theirs. They kept Moriarty and East Valley operating and supplied. Clean family bathrooms, just ask for the key. Lots of clean parking spaces. Easy access loading and assistance for anyone that asks for it. I'm limited to five stars, but they deserve 10! God bless you all!

Always helpful and friendly staff. If they don't have what you need, they can get it, and at competitive prices.I don't sleep at night, so I usually get there near closing time. We have frequented this place over the years for several home improvement projects and routine home maintenance and they almost always have what we are looking for.

Harts is best as far as customer service and big selection so no problem trying to find what you need. I’m a local store supporter and as far as shoplifters and thieves, If I ever catch you stealing from this store you will pay let’s just say that.
