This place is truly a treasure! It's relevant! What I mean by that is this: I live in a rural area with lots of small farms and small communities. You can come here and 95% of the time find what you need to help you with whatever you're working on! Whether it's plumbing, yard, household, or a piece of equipment you're working on! Now obviously no one place can have everything! But more often than not I find myself stopping here first! Like I said, 95% of the time I find what I'm looking for and that saves me a 10 mile trip further into town to find a "big box" store where you would be lucky to find someone willing to help you! The service here is always fast and friendly and on point! I love that!!

Fantastic service, couldn't find pellets for my pellet stove anywhere in town, they were recommended, called and said I was on my way. The pellets were loaded and waiting for me when I arrived, staff loaded them for me no waiting, so polite and helpful!

I don't live just around the corner now but as far as I am concerned, Sun Valley is my hardware/key maker/window plastic/industrial stapler Store. Their decor is unexpectedly, very cool! Definitely a keeper.

I had an issue with my liftgate latch on my Jeep. I needed new screws but I wasn’t sure which ones to get. Brody was a tremendous help. He helped me find the M8 1.25 x 20mm screws that fit and made it so I can close my liftgate now! Thank you Brody and Sun Valley Hardware!

The primary reason for me dealing with this store was that it was the closest Stihl dealer. When I went in to get a chain for my chainsaw, I found out the hard way that they aren't a Stihl dealer anymore. Oh well.

Driving through town and broke some bolts on my kayak carrier. Staff was super helping in finding the parts I needed to get me back on the road. Parking lot was also plenty big for me to pull the trailer in and fix it on site.

The closest fully stocked and full service hardware and paint store to Mesilla, Mesilla Park and South Main, Las Cruces. They have everything you need in stock or will get it for you in a very reasonable time. They honor the True Value tradition of reasonable prices for good product. I have shopped and purchased their 9 out of 10 times since moving here in 2009

Helpful staff made 2 keys but didn't have any blanks for the second key I needed copied. Can't blame them, it's a weird key. Very well stocked store.

One of several hardware/garden stores in Las Cruces, I prefer smaller ones like this over the big box chains. This place is good for tools & farming/irrigation supplies. Now all I need is a new back & two new knees....

Horrible customer service. Called to ask if something was carried in store, the gentleman went to check but forgot to check the price, when I asked the price he said he didn't check and that I would have to go in and check for myself... Never have I seen this service anywhere.... Lost my business.
