I made appointment to get our dachshund dog spayed. Dropped her off in the morning of appointment day. Picked her up at 3:30 pm as they requested. I wasn’t giving any info. on how to care for her at home. I asked when should I feed her, the man that handed her to me said “she will let you know”. What is that supposed to mean? Then they said bring her back in two weeks to get stitches removed. I called many times to find out, when they would be available to take stitches out. I finally was able to get her stitches removed. Nobody there was very friendly. I don’t believe I will be bringing my pets here again.

I went here to have my cat euthanized because she diagnosed him with SEVERE FIP and she couldn’t/wouldn’t euthanize him then but wanted to charge $100 for us to stay with him until the end then tried to reschedule for the following day. This vet has ZERO compassion, ZERO patient care and appears to only care about the money, not the loving bond between pet and person. I do NOT recommend her for anyone who loves their pets!!! RIP Chaucer despite that horrible woman!!!

Upon the allegations against New Hope, where you sent my baby boy, I checked his documentation. How can you NOT check a strays weight or notate anything and then release him to people who don't feed them. You're getting a fat check for lies I'm sure. I WILL be in touch and will be requesting an exceptional explanation before I report you right along with them. There is no reason my rottweiler/lab who is the size of a great dane, with his ribs showing, shouldn't have had this performed. Good luck. We'll be in touch. Along with everyone who had him.
