I notice you have a quick turnover ratiowith employees. That usually means the manager to be replaced or educated on conduct with employees. I work at home depot. We like our customers and friendly employees is a must. MANAGEMENT SHOULD REFLECT THAT. YOUNG managers tend yo let it go to there head. No common sense

Always like shopping at this store usually good selection of ammo and don’t like saying anything negative but was there recently don’t live in same town was interested in firearms couldn’t buy it cause manger was at lunch said he would be back in a hour it was around noon went back next day 2 o clock they said I couldn’t buy firearm cause manger was at lunch he would be back in a hour HEY manger eat your lunch there or teach some one else how to do background checks it’s not that hard I sold guns for several years and did eat my lunch at store

Good firearm prices but they don't follow the Brady laws so due to the instant background check system being garbage I have been waiting 4 months on my purchase with no end in site.

The store is being renovated and being converted for more variety of products. The prices aren't too bad just the cat and dog foods are kinda high but over-all Its a great place to visit!

Do not know what has happened to this store my wife and I use to love going in here. The last 2 months or so it has completely changed they are rude now and do not have what you need or even know anything about the products. Will not be going back to this dirty store ever agian!! If you need anything I recommend shopping somewhere they care about the customers

On 5/19/2021 I went to the Snyder store to inquire about an upcoming sale on the FIRE DISK COOKER.While I was looking at the display model the store manager passed by me, so I asked him if he knew when this item would go on sale but he replied " I don"t know" without stopping or even looking at me. I followed and asked him to stop and at least look at me in acknowledgement that Im a customer. One of his jobs as a manager is to lead by example.Regardless of his very unprofessional actions I will continue to shop here because I hope to have this store in Snyder for many years.Great store very nice employees but the manager should take a customer courtesy course. I would like for the owner to pull the video footage I am sure the video alone would speak for itself. This happened around 3:30

Was told they can only sell certain things on certain days AFTER I called to see if something was in stock. Was told yes in stock and nothing else about any restrictions. Drove 45 mins round trip just to be told I wasn't allowed to purchase what they had in stock and available on the shelf. Horrible customer service.
