This Walmart the workers just stand around the cash registers. Making sure everyone is ringing up all items. Most are not friendly. There are a few rather hostile ones. They never have an actual check out open. What about the elderly or disabled? They might need a little help. It isn't really the employees. It is the whole corporation of Walmart that I do not like.

There seems to be a lot of confusion amongst the employees at this Walmart as well as a bit of unhappiness. In speaking with some of them, they all have said that they don’t get consistent and clear direction from their managers. The morale seems way down which kinda makes the employees difficult to approach.

Found what I was looking for easily, not too crowded on a Saturday lunchtime, we were able to freely walk through the store without having to dodge people and carts, and checkout lines were short.This is a really large Walmart located next to their distribution center and is usually stocked very well.

I stopped at the Los Lunas Walmart to buy a car battery. I was helped quickly and was helped to find the correct size of battery I needed. My main concern was the cranking amps for my van. Since my husband passed away, I am learning more about the daily running of life. So Walmart came to the rescue.

I love the employees here, but the Walmart Corporation is straight from the devil. They moved into Socorro, beat out the local small business owners because they couldn't compete with their cheaply made in China prices, made big promises that they would provide so many jobs and would utilize and sell all the local farmers crops and sell all the cattlemens beef, claimed they would be a great benefit to the community. BUT THEY LIED. Now there are very few locally owned businesses open, they don't sell locally grown fresh produce, they employee very few people due to automation , they have slowly reduced the amount of products they carry HERE and their prices are higher in Socorro than TorC , Belen, Los Lunas, ABQ, etc ...and they have basically stopped keeping their generic brands on the shelves, so we have to pay full price for name brands foods, but mostly JUNK AND PROCESSED FOODS are what they promote and sell . They are solely responsible for the economic disaster that Socorro has become and we are just sitting by watching and doing nothing about it... THIS TOWN NEEDS POSITIVE CHANGE AND FOR THE COMMUNITY MEMBERS TO GO BACK TO WORK!!!! NOT AT WALMART THOUGH!

So not only do these mf have ai cameras that follow you and track and read your messages. They also have workers as well as plain clothes who follow you around the store. Record you and even follow you to other stores in the areaStop shopping here.! Lawyer up if they harass you and go after all of em3/10.24Once again I go in there with my daughter and we are followed all over the store. Also had an employee staring me down at the checkout. IDK if walmart is trying to intimidate and bully its customers but I do have this all recorded.

Low on stock on items. Also pricing is wrong on items. I saw a box of pasta for 10 dollars. Even though it is Ana me brand and a holiday pasta box other boxes that were not holiday were priced at 2 to 3 dollars.

As a rule I can find everything I need here. Food, pet food, oil change, gifts, yarn, crochet hooks, just whatever I need. One stop shopping works for me.

Was here at Los Luna's Walmart on Monday Feb. 19th 2024 30 mins before closing!!! First I gathered all my items was greeted by same blond lady at the doors with a smile and hello. Well over the intercom comes a message Walmart closing soon so I head for the registers scan all my items in the mean time there is a couple trying to pay for their groceries with a debit card like I was paying. Well they leave upset after several tries then I go to pay mines and same thing! We try several times and the three employees I delt with none could help and a bald big mouth security officer starts shooting off his mouth saying I should call my bank but I have money called my bank rite in front of baldie when he heard my balance his big mouth looked like it was on the floor with his gross foot in it!!! The older man employee at this point was just trying to get rid of me and I recognized it so he started being a big kid!!! It's a shame these types of people don't care then resort to these types of tactics to anger somebody because they can't do their job!!! I am a paying customer and what kind of store has people shop waist their gas time just to be treated like dirt! I was doing my part but then I'm leaving on my own no problems and here comes Mr big mouth security just being a clown but adding gas to the fire!!! I was not wrong and didn't deserve this treatment but even Walmart BELEN isn't any better!!! I'm so sick of these grown kids that act like we owe you something I was a paying customer you guys should have figured it out tried a lil instead of just being quitters!!! If it's not the customers fault you guys should learn to be compassionate instead of kids. The security boy should learn to be A MAN I'm sure if he tried with me I'm not the only one he's disrespected!!! I personally would not want any of these three individuals working for me and would fire them all. All I can say is I WILL NOT SHOP AT WALMART BELEN OR LOS LUNAS ANYMORE OR WALMART PERIOD! The older skinny tall bald man claimed he was the manager was the root of the problem but security had no business even speaking to me then try to act like I was doing something wrong! I just wanted to feed my family and kids but you couldnt help! Didn't care all you should be fired no class no respect! I was a paying customer so we're the others all you cared about was going home not helping us because it wasn't your time gas and energy waisted. ALL OVER NOTHING BUT GOING SHOPPING DOING THE RIGHT THING!!! IVE NEVER BEEN DISRESPECTED LIKE THESE WALMARTS HERE!!! Shut these janky Walmarts down they are a disgrace to our town!!! Now I read more the posts says it all!!! As I thought I couldn't have been the only one that had something negative to say about these sorry excuses for so called department stores. This Walmart is a change of pace from all Walmarts in Albuquerque. And the lace is all in a much more positive direction. Yyy don't have security following you around like they do in ABQ. it's shipping a big issue in ABQ. Yes! Everyone knows it is. But it's harassment and profiling the answer to it? If beating your kids is the answer then yes! But obviously we all know that's not right. The lastliness Walmart is clean. The employees are friendly. The shelves are stocked in neatly organized and I prefer to drive the almost half hour to this Walmart, then the less than 15 minute drive to the three different Walmarts I can get to in that amount of time. Keep up the work Los Lunes!

Things are hardly in stock at this location. Then goes the decision to lock up stuff due to theft, but then there are no buttons in many areas to call for assistance.Walked over to the electronics section from the tools, and asked for help; just needed keys. Waited 10 minutes before asking for help again, and then 5 minutes after the second ask, but no one ever showed up. Decided to leave.

The manager Frederick is awful. Their machines messed up and charged my account multiple times for the same transaction. I had a police officer and their theft protection person telling him what happened and he wouldn't fix the issue. Had to go through my bank and report it as fraud to get it corrected. Frederick needs to be fired. He treats customers like they are beneath him. He is rude, and laughs that you are having trouble with their machines. His response to me "not my problem "

The parking lot needs to be fixed it is filled with wide cracks that you need to fix my wheelchair could not get over to the other side of the cracks to get in the store I was stuck luckily a person was able to get me back to my vehicle

The staff is nice, the people however.... ARE RUDE!!! I found many good deals. Only 2 complaints is they don't carry peach crush in 20 oz and no Honey mustard pretzels 😵 They do allow truck parking. However we had one trucker JERK intently block us in. So y'all just please be courteous and just don't do that. Lol

Usually the staff is pretty friendly and helpful but the customer service department are always very rude. The store itself is always clean and stocked with product but again the manager and some crew in the customer service department should not be working there they are the rudest people I've ever had to deal with so just make sure you don't have to return or exchange anything and you will have a great visit 🙂

Horrible experience that my boyfriend and I lived, we were passing the products in the machine and two workers were only taking care of what my boyfriend and I did, then by mistake I duplicated a product and asked for help, then one of those ladies told me that it was better for me to stay at my house, they should change that type of RACIST PEOPLE DISGUSTING PEOPLE LIKE THAT, we prefer to go to the Walmart that is in Los Lunas than to go back to Belen's.

I live in Albuquerque but had to come to Los Lunas so I decided to stop by this particular location, it is so refreshing to see clean doors unlike Albuquerque it's mass chaos every time and not nearly as clean as your store!

At first I went to the Walmart located at Belen to find a cobalt blue PS5 controller. They didn’t have any in stock but I saw that there were a few in stock in Los Lunas. I go to the Walmart in LL and asked if they had any in stock and they said no. I told them about how in their inventory it shows that they had them in stock. So one of the employees go to check the back and see if they had it in their storage. The employee came back and apologized and said that they couldn’t find it due to too much merchandise. Didn’t seem like they were wanting to help so I left pretty disappointed

Could not find cooking Twine here, ask employees of where I could find it and nobody knew. They directed me to crafts and hardware, which those twine can not be use for cooking cause their made with other materials and chemicals. I found it at another store.

There are too many private shoppers working this location and they are constantly in the customers way when trying to purchase groceries for ones self. they rarely have more than one actual cashier open at a time and the majority of the location is self checkout. Not a good place to shop but it never really was

When marking things down especially by large amounts, every single employee should be aware. We just got a bunch of toys on clearance and the self checkout associate made a scene running up to us saying she doesn’t see some of our items on her hand held. I explained that they were just marked down by an associate in the toy isle hence why she was just seeing “toys” not the actual name of the toy. She got attitude saying she wasn’t worried about that. She’s worried about what she sees up here not paying attention to my explanation. Everyone was staring at us which I don’t appreciate. She walked away when she realized she was wrong… yes I became rude back
