They have none of my prescriptions in stock but they won't disclose that where everything appears normal and progressing in the app until the expected time and then whoops "we are running behind schedule". Every other pharmacy app will tell you if its out of stock immediately. Worthless.

They do not deserve 1 star. This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. They tell you a prescription is ready. You go there and they have nothing ready. You try to transfer it somewhere else and they won't transfer it. They won't fill anything until you're standing in the store. I'd honestly rather go without my prescription than use this store again.

What the point of a pharmacy in having a phone when don't answer or pick up and put you on hold. Really need my meds but they seem like theu don't care. Going to the hospital before you get meds here

This is the worse pharmacy team I've ever experience. Whether it's the drive thru line or inside line, they are continuously SLOW and incompetent. Several.complaints have been submitted to the DM and store manager, but nothing gets fixed. the drive thru line will help out a customer for 30minutes figuring out what's wrong with his/her order. Does not make sense, why not ask the customer to come in to troubleshoot? To make matters worse, the staff lacks customer service. If you don't like what you do, find another job.This pharmacy is incompetent, slow, and incapable to provide customer service.

Rudest employees ever. Lights are all on, doors are open, cars in the lot, people walking in and out; I walk in with my son and the employee sitting on her butt on the cash register counter looks at me and says "you have like A minute" putting emphasis on "A". She didn't say this to the people who walked in right in front of me. So I turned around and walked out. This employee follows us out and stands next to the garbage can watching us until we got to our truck and got in. I don't know what her deal is, but she lost customers in my family.

I am so impressed with this pharmacy. My little guys has a severe case of strep, script sent in at 4:30 pm to the other LL location. By 3:30 pm THE NEXT DAY they still hadn’t filled a simple script of penicillin. Called to have it transferred to this location. They NEVER TRANSFERRED IT! They kicked it back into the system as needing verification but never called me. Went to the location off Camelot and told them the situation. Prescription filled in 20 minutes!Nichole was particularly helpful and knowledgable, but I could see the whole team was working fast and diligently to fill orders! Such a pleasant experience after getting jerked around at the other location. Thanks for helping me take care of my sick son!

Waited in the drive through for an hour and a half, repeated the name on the prescription 7 times to have them tell me they made a mistake and the other Walgreens filled the prescription. This was contrary to the address on the text message we received to pick it up. Transferring my prescription to Walmart moving forward. I guess we are just one of MANY people this has happened too. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY, Los Lunas deserves better than this!

I talked to a lady about getting all my prescriptions changed from a ABq store to this Los Lunas store. 45 minutes and guess what??? Nothing was changed. No prescriptions ready. Don’t waist ur time with Walgreens. Awful company and even worse employees.

What a turn around! This store has become my favorite location in the city. I asked a few of the employees what has changed and I was told there is a new manager named Dorian. Thank goodness! I have been reading the reviews on here and now understand the pharmacy is a separate entity from the rest of the store. I want to say great job and look forward to seeing Dorian on my next visit to the store.

This is based on the Pharmacy. I waited almost 90 minutes in the drive through line other day. There were perhaps 6-7 cars in front of me so that tells you how slow it was moving for it to take that long with that few vehicles. On top of that they didn't walk through the usage of the new prescription which I thought is standard practice. It also takes 3-4 days for them to even fill a prescription. I have never had any other pharmacy take more than 24 hours.

This review is based on my pharmacy experience. I’ve had a prescription that’s been delayed for over a week. I was told a few days ago that the prescription would be ready today. I also had another prescription that was supposed to be ready two days ago but it still wasn’t.I tried to call the pharmacy to follow up on the prescriptions because they still weren’t ready. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get through on the phone for an hour, so I hung up. Later, I tried calling and still, no answer (I let it ring because the automated operator said I was next in line for a rep to take my call, 45 minutes later I gave up).Afterwards, because I couldn’t get through on the phone, I went into the pharmacy to ask my questions. I asked one of the techs if their phone line was working because I tried calling two times today. She told me they were so busy that they weren’t answering the lines. In the background I could hear their phone ringing but they weren’t answering. There were no people waiting in line when I went into the pharmacy. I was seen quickly. They didn’t seem extremely busy to me. Disappointed in their customer service. There are other Walgreens pharmacies that do not operate like this. They really should be taking calls.

Wort customer service to date. Untrained clerk and two other employees just watching him from 50 feet away. What a shame. The Untrained employee will never get better and the other two are worthless.

Pharmacy is so slow... when it decides to open. Waited over an hour past for a vaccine "appointment". We seem to never get our Rx filled at an appropriate time, they're always late, no matter how early we call them in. We have decided, after many years, to pull all of our prescriptions and transfer to Walmart.

DO NOT SEND YOUR PRESCRIPTIONS HERE. READ THE REVIEWS. Absolute worst pharmacy in the state. They had 6 hours to put 14 pills in a bottle, then I sat in their drive thru line for 35 MINUTES only to find out the prescription was not ready! They could have called to say they were running behind schedule, but they don't care! They do not care about you or your prescription needs. Avoid this Walgreens like the plague, or covid!

This location needs serious help. I highly recommend to changing pharmacies. I understand that it’s a high stress job due to the lack of employees along with other issues. However, hours have been adjusted. Since the change it’s hard for people to pick up prescriptions. My daughter has a double ear infection and they didn’t want to fill her prescription because it was 30 minutes before closing. 😞 So sad!

The worst pharmacy ever. They take 2 weeks to fill a prescription, or they send it to a different city. They cancel the auto refill, and when you are in there, there is a long line and everyone behind the counter is standing together watching one person work.

I was left on hold trying to speak to a real person 4 different times. An hour, 40 minutes, 23 minutes and 20, all in the same day. Contacted store, asked for Manager and spoke to Amy, the so called Asst Mgr. She told me there was no one to answer phone in Pharmacy because they are too busy. Being VERY frustrated at this point, a asked to have someone return my call. 2 hrs later, I called again. I was told someone might call me tomorrow. Or I could call back! Unbelievable! I asked how? Since there is no one to answer the phone! She HUNG up on me. I will move all prescriptions to Walmart where patrons are treated with respect! As a place of business, if they cant handle the amount of prescriptions, they need to let people know, or close their doors. Worst service ever!

Pharmacy: who is running this Mickey Mouse operation?? You gave a delinquent pharmacist(s) who are running the show and come and go when they please. The adjusted hours state that the Pharmacy is open Monday-Saturday. Today is Friday and there was sign stating that stated the Pharmacy was CLOSED. This is not Business Operations, you don't pick and choose when you work... I am prescribed benzodiazepines and narcotics, BUT I have a Pharmacy/Pharmacist/Corporation who does not care about my health, wellness or well being. This has been going on for a few months now and there has been no intervention or correction of this issues.

Getting a prescription filled is a nightmare. Some days they close due to lack of help, most days the line is ridiculously long. I have seen two Next-door posts in recent weeks where people are expressing frustration and then 10-20 people add their angst. What is the deal? The Walgreens on the other side of town is doing a much better job at keeping their services going and with smaller lines. GET IT TOGETHER, Walgreens! We are counting on you.

You can NEVER get someone to answer the phone here. Particularly the pharmacy. I’ve waited on hold 30 minutes and gotten hung up on too many times. When you go in to pick up a prescription the lines are long, sure, they are everywhere. But the employees have prescriptions everywhere, literally just on the floor that haven’t been filed even though the pick up was ready the day before. It’s so disorganized that no wonder the lines are long.

This store must go out of its way to hire the rudest most unprofessional pharmacy staff. The pharmacist Charmaine is beyond shockingly rude and unprofessional, especially for someone in her position. It also seems she is influencing the male tech as he has picked up her bad behavior. Calling corporate tomorrow because if you can't handle something as easy as customer service, should you be allowed to count pills? So much harder

Walgreens is very convenient for me , from where I live.. I'm usually in there early in the morning, about every other day, but today I was in there around 12:30pm. Today, The lady in the Liquor store part.. She is very rude.. May be she was having a bad day??.. has bad attitude. , she acted like she wanted to argue, with me. There is more to say, but anyway the last thing is I was getting ready to cash out, when the credit card machine wasn't working yet. I told her it isn't working yet. Then she told me make it work. I Didn't want to say anything, to make a scene.. But she finally pushed the button to get it to work. Anyway she was very rude. I should have said something to managers. I not going back in there anymore I will go across town first... lost a very good customer......

I will never have my meds sent here again. They alway miss up my sons prescription when needed. Alway send a text to my wife to pick up her meds, when she gets there they don't have them. I went in to pick up my prescription was waiting in line behind 10 people not one was helped. Then I got to the window and they didn't have mine ready and they where sent in early in the am. I wouldn't have got so mad but they always make excuses when there not done. I understand they have a worker shortage just like every one alse but they keep missing up evertime.

The pharmacy needs to be run by someone else. I have no idea what is wrong here. Every time I call, I am on hold for over 20 minutes and then I am hung up on. When I go into the store, the line is always 3 or more people long and the wait is over 30 minutes. Choose another pharmacy.

There are ALWAYS more than 3 people waiting to talk to the pharmacy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Can't get thru, takes more than 3 days to fill ANY prescription!!!!!! What happened to you walgreens!!!!!! I just called to find out about a script I refilled from the website, the guy tells me there is no script for it, that he is looking at my profile and yet when I look online, there it is!!!!!!! My script!!!!!!!! These stores are going downhill!

Gave it one star only for it’s existence. My husband tried to pick up my med this evening at 7p at the drive up. There was a sign in the window stating, “Due to staffing shortage drive up closed, pharmacy open”. He then went inside where the pharmacy was obviously closed up. This is unacceptable! This shows very poor management. I recently moved to LL from Albuquerque and can not imagine the same scenario.
