Although the store is clean and well maintained. The pharmacy is ridiculously slow, 30-45 minutes in line with few people in font of you just to pick up, weather it be in store or drive thru. Is a bit much. I'm sure they have tons of orders to fill but they need a different structure for them.

IF YOU TRULY NEED YOUR MEDICATION, BRING A POLICE ESCORT.If I could give fewer stars, I would. My mom calls me historical because she can't get her anxiety medication. After some arguing back and forth in the background... I finally get the story from the ESM...buckle up, here we go... They texted my mom, letting her know that the prescription was filled and ready to pick up. My mom goes to pick it up, using the drive-through. They tell her they are looking for the medication, as they seem to have misplaced it. After waiting patiently for some time and only having one lane open, the two cars waiting behind her drive away.The pharmacy tells her to leave and come back another time, till they find it. My mom then goes inside and waits further for the medication and goes up the chain of command. As you read in other reviews, they get pretty hostile when you go up the chain of command. They kept insulting her, telling her she was an ugly old hag (she's in her 70s). Eventually, she calls me histerical, and I speak to the ESM.The ESM tells me, "They're searching for it, searching for it, you have to understand this is a level 5 pharmacy, we are extremely busy, they misplaced her prescription, it's back there but it's misplaced." [I have this ph call recorded, incase anyone would like to hear it] Then, she says that they resolve misplaced medications by calling the police. Not by finding the medication but by calling the police. I tell them that the police are only going to keep the peace, so the best way to get rid of the patient out the door is by giving her medication and sending her on her way... eventually, the police show up, and the medication magically appears. They check my moms vitals, and although elevated, they send her on her way with her medications... WHICH IS EXACTLY ALL SHE WANTED! Wow! Apparently, if you need your medication, you better bring a police escort to get it. Texts, drive through, walking in, going up the chain of command... nothing short of having the authorities with you will get you your medication. No wonder this pharmacy only has 2stars. Stay far far away!!!

I strongly recommend using a different pharmacy. I'm not one to ever complain or leave reviews, but the customer service is surprisingly bad here. Staff was confused and defensive over simple questions and sounded like they were absolutely miserable to be working there. All this over some cold medicine.

I see why this location has so many BAD REVIEWS. I made an appointment 2 days ago for a vaccine. I get to my appointment ONLY TO BE TOLD my vaccine is not available. NO ONE CONTACTED ME to inform me. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Apparently NO ONE CARES about customer service at this location. Hopefully they will be out of business very soon

Pushed the button where the meds are to get locked up Tylenol. Waited a while, then when the guy finally showed up, I told him what I needed, to which he said "Okay, let me go get the key". Waited around some more, got it, went to the front, then had to go back to the photo processing center to check out.

I got poor customer service as usual this evening. This is the norm!! I waited over half an hour in line. When I got to the counter, only 4 of 5 prescriptions were ready!!!! So I wait for the 5th prescription to be filled & you only had half my prescription. I was told to return tomorrow for the rest of my prescription!!! This happens every month!!! This year I needed thyroid meds and didn't get them for over 3 weeks!! Horrible place!

This location is horrible about prescriptions. My little guys has a severe case of strep, script sent in at 4:30 pm. By 3:30 pm THE NEXT DAY they still hadn’t filled a simple script of penicillin. Called to have it transferred to the location off Camelot. They NEVER TRANSFERRED IT! They kicked it back into the system as needing verification but never called me. Went to the location off Camelot and told them the situation. Prescription filled in 20 minutes!Not to mention that this location always has a huge line inside and in the drive through. One should not have to wait 24 hours for a vital and simple medicine and then have to wait another 1+ in line. Unacceptable.

I used to love this walgreens, but it's went downhill!! I had to wait for 4 hours for my prescription!! The line is horrible. The techs really need to learn to multi-task. The customer next to me needed this and that and kept telling the employee to hold on. While she was waiting she could've went to the other lane and got what I needed. Which was only partially ready(i thought waiting a couple hours everything would be ready) but only had 1of 2 prescriptions. Had to wait in the same ridiculous line twice!!!! This was my go to walgreens, but by the looks of it I'm changing.

Pharmacy hours online do not correspond to actual phamacy hours. Multiple times I show up when they are supposed to be open and they are not. Multiple times I had different prescriptions that were not ready in time. When I asked to talk to the pharmacist I had to wait forever only to have them respond with a shrug and a "I dunno" when asking why I've gone days without taking my pills that I am supposed to take every day

If I could give them no stars I would. This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff is incapable of providing proper customer service and lack the experience or knowledge to do their jobs correctly.This kind of inadequate behavior is why you are being reported to the state and BBB.

Couldn't get a hold of the pharmacy for hours so I called the main store number. The assistant manager told me very rudely the pharmacy phones were down, so I drove all the way there just to ask a question about my prescription, when I asked the pharmacy tech when the phones would be fixed he said they weren't broken. Get a new assistant manager.

Customer service is really bad. We call the pharmacy 4 times today. They put us on hold several times during each call. They did not speak to us either time. (Didnt even say, Im with a customer can you please hold).I then called the store manager. She said she would let the pharmacist know I was on the phone. I was on hold another ten minutes (phone was picked up and put on hold again). I finally hung up. So tired of the excuses for poor service.

Attention to detail? I had my girl go pick up a prescription that included a nebulizer. Clerk hands her the bag through the drive thru. She asks is he made sure the nebulizer was included, he said yes. She checked, small box was in there, she had no idea what or how big it was and assumed it was the small box that was actually the albuterol Rx. 30 minute drive back home...No nebulizer...30 minute drive back. Wonder how many scripts he's screwed up??

Rotating lunch schedule would be useful....instead of closing the pharmacy everyday for 30 minutes. Garbage GARBAGE STORE!!! WORST PHARMACY EVER!!!! UTTER GARBAGE!!!! Straight up hot Garbage. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, WHAT A DISGRACE.The only difference between this hole and a dollar general is that you have to go inside to get your drugs, that is, if they are in stock, or ready.If you like long lines, substandard employees, zero customer service, delayed medications, spending hours on hold, getting hung up on after being on hold, and overpriced products that you could buy right next door for half the price, then this is the place for you.GARBAGE STORE FILLED WITH GARBAGE EMPLOYEES.

Since I've transferred to this store it has been a nightmare they won't answer the phone the lines are always long can't get medicine filled on time because the don't look at the orders in time thinking about changing but where to go? on 9/11/23 i came to prescriptions n thisis the worst pharmacy ever even outside the lines are long inside as well as outside they don't care how long you the staff is rude as hell who can i call to complain

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to as far as service, etc. I've been through a traumatic health issue, and this pharmacy questioned every prescription my doctors issued for my recovery. The technician along with the manager seemed to have an attitude that reflected they thought they were the doctor. The technician went into personal details about her own health issues and made comparisons of her health issue to my own. Very unprofessional and very invasive with the attitude that they were the "police" for the federal government. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone anytime anywhere. This particular store needs a change in management and/or training from corporate office regarding how to deal with customers who are ill. They had incorrect information regarding my copay and insisted on charging me fees that were not owed. They took it upon themselves to research my health history, called my doctor questioning her regarding her treatment plan. Bottom line: one prescription was cancelled due to this store calling and I didn't receive my nausea medicine (2nd prescription) which caused a delay in my recovery from surgery and I was sick all night. Again, I've reported this store to the authorities and filed a grievance with their corporate office. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. STAFF IS INEPT AND UNPROFESSIONAL AT BEST !!!!

I needed to print some PDFs. Cashier was really friendly and helped me use the print station. But after finally loading all my files (8 one-page documents) the system informed me, rather than just printing, that my order would be ready in an hour and a half! I came here to print something quickly for work. When I asked if it could be sped up, another employee informed me that there were print jobs ahead of mine even though nothing was being printed at the time and that I could come back in an hour, seemed like they didn't even want me to wait. I understand having others ahead of mine but it was a 15-second print job and nobody was there waiting. I ended up going to Flyer Press Design and Print, down the street, getting in and out in less than 3 minutes! And their prices are cheaper.

Great staff. If you have any problems, ask for John, or Jason. They always have my meds ready, even early most of the time. Now the Walgreens by the freeway, that's the one where the pharmacist/manager acts like she's your Dr. I won't go there.

I waited in line for almost 40 minutes to drop off a prescription. I asked if they accept GoodRX. I was told they do. They start taking my prescription info. I stop them and tell them before filling my prescription I want to verify that I would be getting it for the GoodRx price since the medication was initially almost $80 but would be about $16 with my GoodRx gold card. Then suddenly he can't find my information in their system after giving my BIN and PCN and group info. He instead keeps telling me I'll have to pay the almost $80 instead. Nope...I took my prescription to Albertsons and was helped in less than 5 minutes. Even filling my prescription in this time. They found all my info no problems and I got my prescription for $4 dollars so its a good thing I didn't end up staying at walgreens. I truly feel that walgreens pharmacy is just acting like they can't find your GoodRX info because they don't want to give you a discount. Be smart and take your business elsewhere!

This pharmacy is by far the BEST PHARMACY to go to. I was having an issue with filling my RX and the pharmacist went above and beyond to deal with the insurance company and get it taken care of. Thank you so very much Jason and staff for all your help. You guys are AWESOME!!🏆🤩🖤

Used the app to prepay but didn't use the curbside did the drive thru. I had a code for the prepay but he wouldn't use it. I told him I had already paid but still insisted it was just a hold on my account. I had the code but he didn't want to use it! So I had to get out of my car with my dog to get more information. Not happy.so now I have two withdrawal on my bank!

Count your pills. Especially if you have a disorder that needs meds daily and you'll pay for to keep from experiencing the symptoms or worse. They shorted me by half then tried to act like I was doing something wrong with them. No, its a fine line between too much thyroid medication and not enough, and my body feels awful when it's anything but just right. I had to buy more just to have enough for the month. I only used them because of the drive through to not have to enter a pharmacy with severe fragrance allergies. I'm now looking for a pharmacy with a drive thru or can make arrangements for my allergies. I'll get it shipped from an online pharmacy not Walgreens after being treated like that. Enjoy your racket for now Walgreens people will get tired of being shorted and treated with disdain.

This pharmacy actually not only ran out of stock with one of my medications but expected me to drive to another Walgreen's pharmacy that had my medication in stock if I was out! I've used Walgreen's pharmacies for over 20 years and this isIs the first pharmacy to run out of stock with one of my medications. I'm seriously considering finding another pharmacy after this.

They went from a 24 hour operation to open at 8AM, and now with the COVID-19 they don't open until 9. I understand about the COVID-19 hours but the hours became inconvenient before... I can't always get there later in the day and Walgreens should opt to hold ordered prescriptions longer.
