We bought new light fixtures for our new house and new bathrooms vanities and countertops. It's all coming together so beautifully. I wish when it said free delivery it actually meant it. Especially for as much as we bought and the amount of money spent. I shouldn't have to pay $300 for delivery

I recently rented an Aerator and Power Rake from Home Depot, the equipment worked great, but that is not what this review is for.. There were three individuals working in the Tool Rental Department and all of them were more than helpful. The young lady showed me how to start the equipment, along with her coworker (I think his name was Estevan). Estevan had clocked out and was walking to his vehicle and stopped to help me load the equipment, just to offer a helping hand. When I went to return the equipment Dave helped me unload it, visited with me for a few minutes and we giggled about mistakes that had happened with others using equipment in the past. I just wish to say thank you to the three of you for making my experience so exceptional. The three of you deserve recognition.

I think we can all agree on one thing. The customer service sucks. Not everywhere in the store. I'm talking about finding someone to help fins what your looking for. We need more of the workers to walk around to assist customers. If we changed that. It be a nicer shopping experience

I always have an excellent experience at this Home Depot. Haven't met a single unfriendly person, everyone is eager to locate materials or assist with loading heavy items, or even just chat about your project. I want to particularly mention Nico Nevarez, who has always been helpful. Y'all give that man a raise.

I am at this store at least 3 times a week. Each time if I need assistance, Carrie who works in the Interior Design part, is always there to assist. She is so friendly and very knowledgeable. I always go to her for questions and advice on all my projects. Of she doesn't know the answer, I am always directed to someone who does have that knowledge. I always look forward to seeing her each visit for a smile and a feeling of being welcomed to the store. I will continue to make all my home purchases at this location.

I wanted to replace our mini refrigerator. Addrianna was very helpful and patiently looked up all my specification questions. Her attitude, knowledge and patience make her an asset to the store!Hopefully the refrigerator performs half as well!!

I spent a few weeks researching riding lawn mowers for my home. Cost comparison versus options. I made my final decision based on what I learned from "NATHAN" and what he recommended at the Los Lunas, Home Depot. I purchased a Club Cadet 46XL. It was delivered the following Saturday and was coordinated by "MYRA" in customer sevice. I really like it alot. Thanks.

They try to herd all purchases to east cashiers, yet handicapped parking is directly outside west door. My last visit an associate at the returns register treated my rudely and directed me to the east register. I left my filled mostly filled basket and went to the east register all the way east to Lowes. Their handicapped parking is much more convenient.

Home depot burned me on a clearance drill "kit" i paid half price for the "kit" $100, aftervibpaid the cashier told me it was a display model and didn't come with the "kit". They tried to sell me a drill that costs $80 brand new for $100. I just go to lowes now.

It's Home Depot...Honestly I prefer Lowe's but occasionally have to come here to get something that only they carry. The customer service is all right & the people are nice, but it just always feels old and dreary in there and it's hard to find what you need. Was asked to update my review and have to say it's mostly unchanged. It does feel like more employees are being hired and available at these places but the new batch seem to always be turned away, talking to each other, or unavailable to help.

Carpet installed in 5 bedrooms. Installers were awesome. Very quick ( 4 hours), but very detailed in laying the new pad and Carpet. Customer service calling us frequently to make sure all was good! We are happy. Thanks Kari and Javier!

I returned a wheelbarrow because it wasn’t the correct one. Home Depot gave me store credit, and don’t have the one I need in stock. So I said I’ll go to Lowe’s next door now they won’t give me my money back.I'll be reconsidering shopping at home depot. I've never had an issue with them until today.

I had a great experience as far as finding what I was looking for. I bought my mom a new kitchen set for Christmas this year. She's been looking at stoves and refrigerators but is on a fixed income. The lady that works in that department was so nice. She got me a great discount on a full set due to a sale ending that day. I was very grateful. I did have to wait until today to get my purchase. So it was over a month we had to wait. That was the only issue I had however. Only because I was bummed out I had to find something else for Xmas for her and she's the hardest to gift for. But I made it work☺️ So today when my mom received her Xmas gift. She was in tears and so was I. The guys that delivered were so very nice and extremely helpful. Thank you guys for EVERYTHING!♥️

DO NOT have appliances installed by Home Depot!!!! They do not care about your home and will damage it and give you the runaround. Washer/dryer were installed for my mother in law. Installers left and did not notify her the water valves were leaking and LEFT THEM ON causing damage to the subfloor resulting in the nearby water heater to start leaning over. Jen the store manager said nothing can be done because its Sunday. She had no concern the water heater could collapse through the floor. No one called us back for 5 days. They then sent someone out to do a follow up who then turned the valves back on and said everything was fine and left. She went to check the valves and they were leaking again. She called the people and they said they could not return to turn them back off. The store manager said no one could come back out until Monday and this was Saturday. I guess she figured it would be okay to leave it leaking for a few days. The store manager tried to put it on my mother in law saying leaking valves are the homeowners responsibility. I told her I understand that but they should have said they were leaking and turned them off NOT LEAVE THEM ON! Let alone come back out a second time after being told they are leaking and TURN THEM BACK ON AGAIN and say sorry we can't return. After being turned back on again we were not able to get the valves to stop leaking after turning them off and had to turn off the water to the whole house until the valves could be replaced. We had such a terrible experience with Home Depot we wanted to return the Washer/Dryer to take our business elsewhere and they refused saying it was past the 48hr period even though she never had the chance to use the machine. I attempted to get the store manager to communicate with me via email so i could have a record of what she was telling me and she refused saying they do not have the ability to add text to their emails but that she noted it in their system why i called. I will update when I know if they are going to fix it.

The store is fine, only issue I had was that I purchased a touchpad keyless entry lock but to my surprise, it was USED, and I'm no expert but this lock must have been used for way over the return policy date because it's so abused, it looks like someone broke into it .. not a good look definitely returning ASAP

I love this place.But yesterday I ask this manager Jessica. If she can give me a discount on some.of the railroad ties because wasn't in good conditions .she didn't want itKind a rude. Went to buy a few pieces of lumber, I've always been of the opinion places like this are a pretty big trade off, large volume with incompetent employees, and inventory and signage in the wrong places, I liked it when you could get a knowledgeable person, now it's just young kids, I've forgotten more about lumber and hardware than they know, which ain't much, I was finally able to find what I needed, I knew what I needed, finding it was the problem, looking at a app on the phone might seem like a good and fast answer, but it ain't when what is suppose to be there, isn't, I can't imagine someone who knows little about what they need ever finding it, these places are alright if you can find what you are looking for, or if the sales person is knowledgeable and knows where they're at, otherwise it's going to be a lot longer than necessary, frustrating, buying experience.

I like Lowe's better because you can take your dog inside...I only use home Depot for Behr paint and they don't give military discounts on everything like Lowe's does

Was treated very rudely by two female employees I didn't get there name's because I was so flustered but I'll remember there rudeness always.I'm disabled and it's extremely hard for me to get around in the store but I was looking for a gift for Christmas I didn't see it on the shelf so I asked the lady who was in the return aisle first rudeness..if you don't have basic customer service skills don't work with the public.She called for someone to help and then met second rudeness of the day if I hadn't wanted this gift so bad for a loved one I would've left.Do better

The staff lacks appropriate knowledge (I get blank stares when asking for help) and every time I went to get materials, they had isles closed. One time I asked where something was, and the employee I asked walked over and closed the isle I JUST asked about! It's as bad as Walmart! I now shop for hardware and building materials at Lowe's or Ranchero in Belen. ✌️😎

My hometown Home Depot. Most staff are knowledgeable. Inventory is better stocked than other HD's.Omly complaint? Mobile doesn't match what's in store layout. Sometimes, you have to go on a fishing trip to find products or items.

One star is generous for the experience I just had. The managers were unprofessional I waited over an hour to get assistance in thr appliance section and they were absolutely terrible 10 employees walked by completely ignoring us and then I was told there are no washers and dryers in stocks and they are all special orders. Like you couldn't have said that when you walked by 10 times ? Absolutely terrible and I will be going to Lowes from now on

Dillion from tool rental did not give accurate pricing from what was told to what was put on my bank card. Promised to fix and and never did. Two weeks later I Had to deal with Brad from management who had no sympathy or compassion. Got my refund without even a sorry. What a waste of time shopping with HomeDepot. Good thing Lowes is right next door!
