Olympia was very rude and short. I had a toy for my son and it didn’t have a price on it. Instead of her asking for a price check, or looking cup a price, her exact words were “How does $9.99 sound?” With out even look. She stated the register doesn’t look up items and they don’t have a website to look up prices. Then all of a sudden her computer said oh it says $9.99 because she put in the price.Then her and her coworker were talking about us as we were staying at the exit. Your staff truly needs better customer service and not to be lazy. I was not rude at all, I mentioned that seemed like a lot for the toy and she didn’t care to look up the price.

Shopping at Ross is always interesting. Never know what you will find. These are some fun Christmas decorations I found on my last visit. The employees are friendly and of course the prices are great!

NOT HANDICAPPED AMEANABLE; BUT TODAY IS MY LAST TRIP TO SHOP. I have shopped Ross stores in California, Georgia, Florida and New Mexico. However not being able to take my full basket full of goodies out of the store has become impossible. I'm now 82 and walk with a quad cane and can't carry anything heavy anymore. I have spent a lot of money in Ross over the years. This is just sad. I'd like to see the poles taken off the baskets. Few other businesses do this.

This store has a large variety of clothing and accessories of shoes. The staff is friendly and the prices are less than other stores.

very bad service they didn't even put clothes in the bag and when I came to pick up my bag with the clothes they left a note that the customer forgot they are stupid or that it was the cashier who didn't put my blouse in the bag because they didn't put it in the bag the cashier forgot to put it in the bag so they don't look bad

Today I went to the Ross in Los Lunas to find my son some new clothes. While there my son was looking at the toys and thats ok he knew we were just looking today. While in the toy isle an employee talks to him and says these toys are for you, pick out some toys for mommy to buy you. I think she means to be funny, but it was anything but. When she left I had to explain that the lady did say that but those toys were not meant for him and we were only able to look and not buy. He is disappointed but ok we look some more, then she comes back and does this a second time. I should have said something but my focus was on my son and trying to move on. Well long story short as anyone could guess this caused a giant meltdown. I will admit that could have happened either way, he was tired and this was our last errand for the day, but this woman definitely did not help. Essentially I could not even look at anything because he was so upset and everytime I could get him remotely calm he would see the toys and it starts all over. I dont care about the tantrum, kids do that but what makes me so upset about this is her insensitivity and that I could not finish my task. I am disabled, and I do not drive so having money to shop and being able to go out is hard enough. Not only did this woman use my child to have a laugh twice, but it ignores how broke someone might be, and how difficult it may be for them to get to that place to begin with, the feelings of the child, or the temperament of that child's parent and what would happen to that kid after said meltdown. I went there to get my kid some clothes on my small budget and i left with nothing but a really upset 2yr old. So all in all it was a bad experience would not recommend.

My son and his girlfriend were just at this location, she went into the dressing room and literally stepped into a puddle of period blood or some other blood with other fluid. Manager claimed to not to speak English and went to clean the bloody mess with bare hands. Are the employees not aware of blood born pathogens? Is there not any training? There's a law suit waiting to happen if someone gets sick.. Not a recommendation!! Ever!!! Horrible place to shop!!!!

Find a lot of good clothes here for great prices. Name brands too. And women's shoes come in larger sizes so any one of you ladies that have feet bigger than "average", then you just might find what you're looking for!

Disappointed about what happened with my return today. Let me start by saying I did not have the tag or my receipt , however, it did have the manufactures label on it. It was an unused cutting board. They had one in stock with the price but because it was going to go on sale (price marked was what I paid for it) They would only refund me the future sales price. Seems shady. This is why I hate returning items. They might’ve lost me as a customer over $5 .

It's strange, I really like this place. But I don't go here for clothing. I'm a very large person and it's rare for me to find anything that fits me. However in however in the back they have home furnishings and an automotive section that is worth stopping there at least once a month. I buy inexpensive work clothes, Accessory tables and furniture, And home decorations that are inexpensive and well made. The staff is friendly and helpful and I will go there monthly

We were shopping at Ross a few weeks ago, I’m late on posting… we walked in and it was very busy. Tina was at the register and was very pleasant. She took the time out to greet us and asked if we found everything. Great customer service Tina! We need more people like you!

👍Good: The cashier was super nice and friendly and the store was nicely set up. Really cute clothes as always.👎Bad: Throughout the store I kept smelling a chemically/strange type smell that even potentated through my mask and made the back of my throat feel itchy and weird. This is SUPER strange since I don't have a good sense of smell and this has NEVER happened to me before....EVER. The feeling went away shortly after I left the store. No harm done.It's going to take me a while to go back to this Ross location again. If I do go back.

We've made several trips here and it's almost the same every time, staff are kind and friendly. Place seemed pretty organized, even though some days are hectic, but they manage to keep it clean. Prices are fair and we like coming here, see you soon.Edit: So happy we're finally getting a ross, can't wait till grand opening!

Employees seem to be friendly & helpful at the various Ross stores I have patronized. Recently, I mainly visit store locations in Albuquerque & Los Lunas, New Mexico. I thought they were certainly comparable with the other store locations where've I've been. Most times I seem to be able to get answers to questions I may have. However, at times I may have difficulty finding an employee knowledgeable for a particular Department. Prices seem to be on the more than fair side.

My wife and I love this store, if you live in Valencia County don't forget to visit here regularly, their deals on clothing, handbags, shoes, some tools, makeup, housewares ect... the deals can't be beat, and they always offer amazing clearance deals, its like a treasure hunt whenever you enter this amazing place!!! We love Ross, its an experience all its own. Stop in today for a great time and deals!!!

Way better than Rainbow!!While I won't say that Ross' clothes are the best quality overall I have found some really great pieces. We have limited stores in town and I couldn't wait for them to open. Its is clean, the staff is super friendly and helpful, and I know I can stretch a buck there. I can shop for clothes for my whole family. They have on trend clothes and some great brands like Calvin Klein and Michael Kors. So glad our little town got a great new place.

I like going to Ross as they always have great bargains to be had. Only complaint is they always have one checker. Until the holidays and then they get a couple more. But it's the only down fall of the place. Other then that you can usually find anything that your looking for.

I came here with my mom to find a dress for my daughter's high school graduation. I was surprised to find they were open until 11pm. It's really great to have another option besides Walmart for clothes shopping when you procrastinate until the very last minute. There was so much to look at! It was great, everything was very nice and orderly. I couldn't believe how low the prices were. The lady who helped me out in the dressing room was very nice. The cashier (Andrea) was awesome. She was friendly, funny and more than happy to help us. I will most definitely be back to shop again.

Rude employees, RUDE/ENTITLED customers. Very dirty fitting rooms, disgusting floors. Messy, dirty and disorganized sales floor. Quality of the clothing has decreased. The prices don't justify the shortcomings of this store.

I purchased a small cabinet when the new store opened. I checked the piece for damage inside and out with the manager there. I FOUND SCUFF MARKS marks on the front of it I asked that MANAGER if I could get a discount for this defect and she said no I could not. She arranged to have it brought up front and paid for it.When I asked for help to take it to my car they told me they had no one to do this there that day. I was TOLD TO COME BACK another day to pick it up. Within the next day or so I get a strange call from the manager angrily yelling me to hurry up and come and pick up the furniture.When I got there to pick it up, I saw the outside and looked okayA while later I opened the cabinet at home and something had severely damaged the door on the inside. I brought in pics and showed the manager. I had misplaced my receipt, but I charged it on my Discover card and Ross saidTHEY KNEW HOW MUCH I PAID FOR IT BUT DID NOT HAVE TO GIVE ME A REFUND WITHOUT A RECIEPT!They knew my property was damaged in their care DUE TO NOT HAVING STAFF TO HELP DO CARRY-OUTS FOR LARGE ITEMS. This is the reason for the frantic call from the manager. Then they went and put it in my car without saying a word! Is this good business?
