Wonderful service as they greet you at the entrance and want to show you where to get just what you came for. Raks has items the other big box stores do not. And good variety too. For a hometown hardware store, you can't beat 'em.

The blonde cashier was rude, didn't want to be there. The guy at the service desk was friendly & the brunette cashier was nice & efficient. I went there to support a local business & will again but not because of the blonde.

Raks has been a staple in Los Lunas ever since they took over the old school Galaxy roller skating rink, 😅 Shop local!!!!Stop supporting these big box stores!A+++++ in every Dept.

I like to go to Raks cause you don't have to stand in line to get to a cashier.There prices are competitive with Home depot and Lowes.You don't have to be looking for someone to help you.They come to you and are very friendly.You can find most anything that you can find elsewhere.

RAKS is a great store. Their nursery department has the best selection of native and xeric plants in Los Lunas. And you're always greeted by friendly people.

Over priced and not great selection for your average person BUT you are more likely to get help here than at Home Depot or Lowes. And its local so give em a shot.
