I have taken my dog to.PetSmart groomers in Los Lunes for the past 2 years.They have always done an amazing job grooming my pet. I wouldn't think of taking her anywhere else.Thank You.

It used to be decent but lately the live bugs are DRIED out. The fish tanks are nasty, fosh sre eating eachother. There was a kennel sitting out full of smeared feces in the way... and staff is rude.

I take my grandmothers dog here about every three months. Her dog always comes back very clean, and I don't have any concerns of taking your dog here, the service is great! Now about the shopping, everything is clean, and mostly in it's place. Items are a bit pricey, but great quality! Never had a compliant about this store, totally recommend the place! (The pictures are my grandmother's dog, from after his visit)

I loved taking Roxy, my border collie to have her brush out or bathed. Starre does a wonderful job and Roxy really likes her. I strongly recommend taking your dog for a day of pampering.

I love this Petsmart. The staff are always extremely helpful and I am in and out very quickly here. They have a fun assortment of new items they like to try, which my dog loves as he gets bored with the same toys and treats over and over again. Thanks for helping every time, Petsmart! In the picture is an ostrich bone treat I bought on a whim from them and my dog loved.

Poor care on selection of live fish with way to many dead and diseased ones floating. some of the employees are very pushy and rude. Smart-Alec even. Watch when buying the fish because they tried to give me the smallest, sickest fish in the tank. When I asked them to get a healthy fish - the employee said "all our fish are super healthy - we hardly ever have any die. Meanwhile, there are so many dead ones in the tank that the employee can't work around - NOT netting up a few of those. I guess they think customers are stupid and blind. I'd say chalk it up to the braindead/rude Generation Z, but then I got to the cashier, in her 30's, who tried her best to force me to give a phone number and join their club. I had to tell her NO THANK YOU repeatedly. She was acting like her cash register wouldn't work without a phone number - and the return policy would be VOID if I had a paper receipt only. NEVER, have I EVER, had so many problems on a simple transaction. I recommend people find a better place to shop. I'd give ZERO stars if I could.

I adopted a rescue miniature poodle. His name is Jax. Being a poodle he needs to be groomed often. I took him to the Los Lunas NM store after reading the reviews on a groomer named Sergio. Have already taken Jax twice to Sergio. Sergio cut Jax's hair exactly how I wanted.

UPDATE: (2023) We did the same shopping - but for 21 pets (not all ours, as we shop for our children's (in their own homes) pets, too - and spent $91. PetSmart had the same sale, this year too. "Chance" has been the TOP dog toy choice for about 15 years and this year was no exception! 💓(2022) My husband and I shopped for 17 pets: 10 cats, 5 dogs, and 2 guinea pigs, and spent about $85 ($5/ea) on toys and treats for all. PetSmart had a sale - buy 3 get 2 free on all items we purchased and the toys and treats were enjoyed by all! We gift all our animals and our grandkids animals every year, to help Santa. The toys are durable and most last for years and for at least the last 10-15 years, we've always been pleased with PetsMart.

Ask for Alyssa. I had my schnauzer mix puppy groomed by her. I also have my silky terrier groomed by her as well. Alyssa will tell you what they offer and ask you questions of what you want. When I pick up my pet, I'm always so pleased.

I just have to stop by and thank the young guy working the cash register. My dog was so severely sick and I didn’t know why! He recommended that I give him pumpkin to soothe his stomach and it worked!!! My dogs finally eating and back to playing being his goofy self! I cannot thank him enough for his knowledge!

The associates here are super friendly, and immensely helpful. We bought our daugher a fish tank, and all of her fish/supplies here. Multiple trips back, and forth, and we finally have our water at the appropriate levels to safely get her fish in. Going today to pick them out. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Clean, good supply of everything here and the people running it for very nice. No complaints.Pricing on the dog food seems to be pretty much identical to Petsense at the other end of town, which is a little more than Tractor Supply for the same food. They do have a better supply of it though.

A friendly kitty showed up at our door after being left behind by a family. He was very clearly domesticated and we would’ve taken him in if we didn’t already have a cat. At first I tried taking him to the Bosque Farms Village Office where they told me that it’s unlikely that he will be adopted and will most likely be euthanized. Apparently the Valencia County Shelter charges Bosque Farms an astronomical fee in order to deliver pets to them. I wasn’t accepting that so I called PetSmart to see how I can put him up for adoption there. I always see new cats there and I thought he would be a good candidate. The people there were so helpful and gave me so much useful information on the best way to get him adopted and to avoid euthanizing. They put me in touch with HART NM and also told me that Legally, if you show up with an animal to the Valencia County Animal Shelter, they cannot deny you. Just be aware if you live in Bosque Farms they will not accept strays from you. (So lie about where you live if you do)
