there’s better dispensaries. Why is this the only Minerva location that still has a mask mandate? Im on the spectrum and walking in was a bit over stimulating for me as well. all of the employees (not just one) rushed to the desk all at once when I walked in even though there was a front desk person. I felt really overwhelmed something should be done about this it’s a dispensary where I go to get my medicine. I felt ganged up on. I just want to get what I need and go I don’t want a tour

These girls have the worst customer service, still act like covid is in full swing not only by wearing a worthless mask but apparently you can't get close enough to smell the flour without the girl rudely pulling it back away from you and if you ask about it they'll say you can't get too close ask how close you can get all the sudden everybody there has a compromised immune system and that's the reason why I can't get close enough to smell the flower these girls just make it up as they go

Went in here to buy CBD for my dog. The salesperson immediately asked for ID and began entering my data into their system. I was not asked permission. When I inquired as to what she was doing and where the data was going she had no answer. No way. I walked out.

This place feels fancy, and has great quality products. Costs more than other dispensaries in the area for top shelf flower but has a better variety of other products like vape carts and edibles.

What a wonderful place ! I went there for the first time , and the warm greeting I got was unbelievable. The staff is super friendly , and make you feel welcome as soon as you walk through the door. I was very impressed with their knowledge of the so many different products they carry. They answered all my questions , and we're extremely helpful. I would like to share my experience in your store. I've been to several dispensary in your area. Not one of them compares to your store. Your prices are fair your quality is good. Your manager, I believe her name is Gigi the way she treats customers with such customer service and caring professionalism for customers. Even the way she treats her workers with respect. She is one of the best managers that I have ever seen. Where you have a great leader you will succeed. She is the the epitome of managers in customer service. I went in yesterday for the first time. I have visited many dispensaries in the area and in Albuquerque. I was surprised at all the different sleep medications available!! Lots of treasures in this little place! I met Gigi, she was professional and so helpful! What I really appreciated was not feeling intimidated or anxious when I had questions about products. Everything was answered in a very professional manner! Thanks Gigi and Minerva! I will be back!

The owner removed some truthful negative reviews to make himself feel better about his sorry business and sorry excuse for customer service. After contacting my brother in a unprofessional manner it's no wonder his employees act how they do. Gigi should not be in any management position and she clearly is a example of what the owner represents. Their product and customer service is trash at best. My friends friends friends agree 😜

I’ve gone a total of twice. First experience was amazing, great sales girl very pleasant and informed me of all specials and deals. I went back on my birthday for a free birthday gift and had to make a purchase so I asked for two grams for it was 10.20$ per gram. When I went to open the package I noticed the sticker on the bag said that it was 1 gram/10.20$ and the bag was definitely light. I checked my bank statement and was charged 20.40$ so for two grams and I got one. At least I got my free birthday gift.

I could cry right now, I have had the most miserable week and these wonderful, wonderful people were SO sweet and accommodating. I always receive such amazing service here, the manager is like the sweetest lady in the planet and I absolutely adore her, but you guys went above and beyond today and it means so much. Two months ago, my review would not have been very positive. My personal medication preference is Minerva, I value their products to be the best quality but the Los Lunas location had a lot of short comings… that was until someone got the bright idea to promote Gigi to manger🙌🏻Seriously- huge improvement! This store now has the best customer service, compassion, & product knowledge! Keep up the great work guys!!!

Honestly, I could say great things about this staff ALL DAY LONG. They're friendly, and helpful all the time. Not to mention the store is always immaculate. Extra shout out to Gigi for recommending CBD dog biscuits, my rottie has had multiple surgeries & injuries to her ACLs, these seem to help more than her prescription pain medication . Here she is passed out by the fire. I really can’t say enough positive things about this amazing place. Everyone there is a blessing.

The easily have the best edibles in town because they are homemade and delicious I would buy them if they were not medicated that's how good they are. best New York style cheesecake I've had in awhile and that's from any store. nice workers never dealt with anyone rude there and good options.
