On the phone, the person seems very knowledgeable about the company's service delivery. I'd like to their offer to visit their site to view some of their newly built homes.

There were issues with cleanliness of the work site, to wit nails throughout the site, which were buried as opposed to removed. There were issues with conflicting documents sent via email vs. Docusign which had conflicting amounts in excess of $600 at closing. The floors were scratched and improperly installed. The cabinets were damaged. Most construction punchlist items were corrected before closing, however, official documentation regarding deposits have yet to be reconciled which has further delayed the closing process in excess of 75 days. This has been a tremendous inconvenience for well qualified applicants.
