This store has a good selection of tools at great prices. The service from the employees is exceptional and the store is very clean. This store has a large variety of items to choose from and has great prices on everything. This store has some of the best deals on a variety of name brand wrenches sets and air compressors that are comparable to other stores at much lower prices.

The clerks are helpful. They had the tools i went there for. The prices are fair and reasonable even though the tools were not on sale. The parking space is not so easy to get in and out of. The web site lists a set of screws, washers and nuts in metric sizes but that product was not available in this store. However Las Lunas has many other stores, cafes, and other nice places, so a trip there is never wasted. You might want to drive across town to visit The Branch. That Christian coffee house has some of the best coffee in the entire valley.

This store is just awesome! Good customer service. I'm a member and the sale they just had a week ago got me 2 really awesome folding sports/outdoor chairs with a table and a multi-compartment bag on either side for under 30 bucks, and it's good quality! Love it!

Have no more tolerance for this store. Bought a 30.00 membership there as they said it would save me money. HA, either they were out of stock or mgr. would yell from his office. A $30 membership saved me $3.47 over a period of twelve months. Not going back after shopping there every 2 wks for a year, I saved less than $4.

This was my first time at Harbor Freight the staff was very helpful when I asked them where did they have there clearence sale tools she walked me to where they were at. I bought a Orbital JigSaw at a very low price. I went shopping for other tools which I will buy on my next visit, they have low prices on all of there tools and other merchandise see you soon Harbor freight.

The people who work here are always nice and helpful. The parking is not good at all, we were actually stuck in our space for awhile because someone with a trailer decided to park behind us long ways and we literally couldn't get out because of the small area. I would enjoy shopping here more if the parking lot was better.

This store is awful. The store manager has no clue what he has in his store or how to use it. His customer service is poor to state it mildly. The number of items that are out of stock and inventory they claim to have but don't is an absolute waste of time even trying to find what you need. Go to Ace an save yourself the time and incompetence even if it costs a little more.

Great tools for a reasonable price for the non-professional.The quality and available extended warranties justify buying there, instead of so called " higher quality" tools at other stores.The exception, might be the needs of a professional contractor. Otherwise, I have never been disappointed. 👍

If they don't have what I need in stock, I can order it. Purchased a MIG and TIG welder, plasma cutter, and assorted welding supplies. Quality is no different from the big brands, and I've had Hobart and Lincoln welders before.

Lot of good hand tools. Just the employees 🤔 if you have the time drive to any of the stores in Albuquerque and treated a thousand times better!! I gave harbor freight five! But the employees 2 stars for their willingness not to help, look, or 1 star for knowledge

Upon my arrival, my experience entering the facility was very inviting and clean. Also with 6ft customer distance checkout lines along with great customer service skills. They took care of what I needed & good timely manner. However I didn't notice seeing any Craftsman brand tools.

I bought the little red air compressor Last Dec 2020 used it maybe 4 times and went to use it today. It ran really good but never built up any air pressure!!!! what a peace of junk!!!! I paid $40 no I through away $40. Would have been better off giving the money to a panhandler on the street. LEARNED MY LESSON DO NOT BUY TOOLS FROM HARBOR FREIGHT

Glad to finally get one closer to home. There are some things I will never get here, like anything cordless, but that is ANY harbor freight not just this one. There is plenty to love about certain select products that are worth every penny they charge you though! The people at this location are very nice and friendly, which is a great thing, as that's not always what you get.

I am a retired mechanic. The tools they carry are better quality than some tools I have purchased from tool trucks in the past and the prices are much better. The employees do their best to meet your needs. I will continue to visit these stores for my tool needs.

I shop fairly often at Harbor. Freight. Most of their products are good quality but a few are not. That is what you would expect from a place that has such low price items. They were real good about replacing a tree trimming saw that had a part that may have been broken when purchased or broke unreasonably soon after purchase. Clean, friendly, helpful, and inexpensive.

Great place, great customer service, and spacious. I did not feel crowded at all maneuvering around the store. Only complaint; the lay out of the store and the placement of many items did not make sense to me, and left us wandering around the store several times to get the four items we needed.

Man, there was some really interesting locals inside this location when I stopped by, probably not relevant to this review, but the store had alot more inventory compared to my local Albuquerque location and I appreciated how it was laid out almost the same way to my local store which made it easy to find things. The only thing that would have made my experience 5 star was how the cashier treated me, but in all fairness, she was probably just accustomed to how the locals did business.

Excellent service, I called ahead of time looking for a manual winch, they verified that they had the stock on hand. By the time I got to the store it took me 5 min to get the part and I was done. I had gone to 5 other stores with no luck.
