I was pleased with the variety of things this store has. I enjoyed walking around and looking at everything. When I got to the checkout though, the cashier did not greet me or say anything to me the whole time she was ringing me up. Not sure what was going on with her but I hope things get better. This dollar tree is like a post apocalypse store. Merchandise is just thrown on shelves, there's no order and no organization. They leave carts full of stock in the middle of the aisle. There's bins just full of random items. Is there any management in this store?

My husband was very pleased that he was able to find a well stocked hot wheels selection. He is a collector. Only thing is, that they only get them in every three months

This is my favorite dollar tree to go to in Valencia county ! Always stocked up, the store manager with the tattoos is so kind and really helpful when u need help!

Today while the general manager was there the blonde older lady was my cashier. I used my card and requested 20$ cash back. This lady almost reprimanded me for it. Complained that I should of asked her permission to get cash back off my own card. There was no sign up saying they were not doing cash back. How was I supposed to know that a busy store such as this could not provide 20$ cash back on my purchase. And being reprimanded and made to feel bad was not very nice. Dollar tree this is the SECOND time this same lady has done this to me, please help her learn some customer service! Put a sign up as well

Really nice workers that always remember you and usually stocked well. Every employee here is nice and welcoming. My favorite employee is Virginia. Best employees out of any other dollar tree I have ever been too.

There are so many different products to purchase from here. They have the basics in almost every dept. I only gave this store 3 stars because I have shopped at many different Dollar Trees and this store isn't as neat and orderly as other stores. They usually have areas blocked with carts and boxes that are being stocked. Hopefully the management sees this and gets this store cleaned up. I know as a loyal customer I would appreciate it.

We love Dollar Tree! One stop wrapping paper/gift bag and secret santa shop! Staff is always friendly and helpful, and this store has a great selection of craft supplies. ETA: Dollar Tree+ update is nice, but chaotic.

The store in itself has made a remarkable turn around in the last few months, I assume its because of the new management that has taken over, as the previous management was rude, incompetent, and lack all forms of customer service!.But I would have to say the worst part of my customer experience was being completely ignored by senior management!. I was not addressed at all, no hello, no how can I help you, he did not It even introduce himself, he walk right past me as if I was invisible; I believe his name is “ADAN”. I did however observe him help other customers and acknowledge their presence while I continued my shopping?.I have worked in retail and customer service my entire life, and have won multiple awards for my customer service skills, and let me tell you, never have I ever experienced such a lack of respect for consumers in the many years of my professional career!. I am appalled at how this company conducts themselves, and how they treat their customers, it’s no wonder why The Dollar Tree has D- with the better Business bureau!.As it seems the upper management of The Dollar Tree needs a complete overhaul, because this kind of behavior starts at the top and trickles down to the bottom. Until these issues are resolved, I will not spend one cent of my money at a place that devalues its customers and employees…Signed: A devalued customer.

Appreciate the use of the stores restroom for my little girl but it is disgusting. Looks like feces on the wall and the floor is obviously urinated on . The washing basin has not been cleaned probably in months. I told the cashier that the employee must not use the public restroom. Her response oh is it dirty, the employees are supposed to clean it nightly. My 7 year old told her they don't clean it because it is disgusting.Over all the store looks a mess. I would hate for this store to go down the tubes because of bad management and employee attitude.

The store itself seems a little outdated and dirty. The staff is not very welcoming. I’ve been to better dollar stores. I guess this one isn’t the worst but definitely not the best.

I will not be returning to this location. I was approached by an associate who was under the impression that I had a Pepsi in my pocket. I was in line and paying for my several items and he accused me of hiding a Pepsi on my person while I was paying. He did this infront of the cashier, customers and my friend. Surely I was baffled and thought he was joking or crazy? I took out my items from my pocket and I proved I had not done such a thing. I was really upset and humiliated so I reached out to corporate and left a message. I called the store this morning to speak to the main manager but instead it was the same one who falsely accused me. I asked him why he accused me and he said my tiny keychain decor that was blue looked like a pepsi!!! I told him he has no right to approach customers without blatant proof. Why would I even waste my time stealing a one dollar item while paying for several other items? Makes literally zero sense. I called another location and the woman told me they often approach customers and ask them if they are stealing. This is why I will no longer step foot in a Dollar Tree unless I have a body camera on me or unless their is a security guard present. Also, I told the employee that the store should hire a security guard if theft is a reoccurring problem. It would obviously prevent store shrinkage. No employee should have to risk their lives for a one dollar item. There are too many crazy people out there and it is sad that Dollar Tree is asking their employees to put their selves in jeopardy. Very sad. I would rather shop at Walmart where they actually have security instead of having to worry about being accused of stealing just because I walked in with something in my pocket that is the color of an item inside. Not worth it. My advice is to have some respect for your employees and your customers and do the right thing by hiring trained security. I'd like to add that the employee did apologize. I now realize that these employees are expected to do this, which is extremely inconsiderate of their safety. I will not shop at a store that treats their people like this.

I've bebe in there 3 times in the last 2 day ,, it's dirty, people walk out with what ever they what,, yesterday a guy walked out with a big bottle of tide , right in front of the manager !!! Friday I went in and 2 girls were filling there purse with perfumes, hair spray , all kinds of things,, then when I left they were making them selfs look and smell good behind allsubs,, this store is bad

I had to update review Dec 4, 2019. It went from 4 stars to 1. The store is closed and the shelves are being emptied. It's such a shame! I hope they open another one. Hopefully another will be open by Smith's with better management!!

This is a smaller Dollar Tree that is often in various stages of restocking most if the time, due to items flying OFF the shelves so quickly! Staff is SUPER friendly and lately my favorite person to help guide me to items is "Brooke." She's very friendly, eager to help, and always upbeat. I frequent about 4-5 times a month, if not at this DT location (Los Lunas, NM), then other DT locations in Albuquerque. I do not like that all items are no longer $1 (certain sections are labeled Dollar Tree PLUS!), but for now, I'll continue to monitor and compare DT items/prices with other "Dollar" titled stores.

This is actually one of the better Dollar Trees the ones in Albuquerque suck they're sad and depressing the shelves are empty and dirty it looks like Mother Russia or like the country's going through a very sad depression the one in Los Lunas is cool because it has lots to choose from food wise frozen food snacks drinks everything you can think of... they have everything else the other dollar stores but are stocked plenty of sunglasses on the racks know what I mean? I mean the shelves are full. I always end up buying stuff I didn't necessarily go there to look for plus it's located right next to a pretty cool thrift store plenty of parking I grew up in Los Lunas it's the old bag and save building basically

Id like to start out by saying that this store in Los Lunas is perhaps the best kept store I've visited this far. I've been a patron of this location for 5 years and the management keeps this store clean and organized. Other Dollar Tree stores should take note of this location. Especially the Central and Atrisco store in SW Albuquerque. It is far newer (less than a year old) and it is dirty, cluttered and disorganized. I live a two blocks away from the SW Central store but will prefer to visit the Los Lunas location (I work near that location) because of their cleanliness and organization.

Always a mess. Very rude employees. Can no longer take out baskets to parking lot which is an issue for my father who is disabled. I no longer go to this one i always travel to the belen location which is 100 times better.

Unfortunately I had to use the bathroom. Omg much worse in person than pictured. Looked like crime scene. Store was clean on positive side
