This place is horrible. They don’t pay their employees. Two months and my son still hasn’t gotten paid. When I questioned Miriam the store manager about it, I was told not to call or text her again. No people skills what so ever.

I ran into dollar tree this morning needing welcome home, red white and blue stuff for my niece who is in the Navy she is returning home today for Christmas! I walked up to the door and thought they were still closed, nope they came out welcomed me In and both the manager and the cashier jumped in to help me find everything I needed to make a welcome home sign for my niece! These ladies went above and beyond thank you ladies!!!!

Feel So sorry for the Only associate I saw which was on the Only register Open. Couldnt really shop due to baskets and boxes every where. This store use to be one of the nice dollar stores few years back. What HAPPENED 😣

I really needed some hot chocolate. It was cold and wet outside and I really needed the hot chocolate to warm me up, but I did not have any. I went to the nearby store to purchase some cat food and thought to myself to look for the hot chocolate. When I did I saw that it was $3 almost $4 for a box of 8. I was shocked. I finished what I was doing there and went to Dollar Tree. There, at Dollar Tree, I found the same brand for $1.25 for a box of 6. If course, I bought them. I am so grateful & appreciative of all the products that Dollar Tree carries. Even the ones that I don't find healthiest, I'm glad that they're there. Thanks Dollar Tree.

I went into this (Los Lunas old Hastings) location and this store was absolutely spotless! I could tell the employees work hard to keep this store immaculate! Keep up the good work ladies! We CAN tell!!!! PS Everyone was also super friendly! Win for Dollar Tree Los Lunas!!!

This is one of the cleanest Dollar tree I have ever seen. It is a pleasure to shop on this store.Don't get confused since there are 2 stores in Los Lunas.Keep the good work 👏 👍

Store has been open for a little over 1 year, and I frequent it OFTEN. Let me tell you that each and EVERY time I shop there, the store is well-stocked, CLEAN, and ORGANIZED -- qualities most DT/DG stores lack. Not only is it all of that, but EVERY sales associate has been helpful and courteous - also qualities lacking in other DT/DG stores. So, if you live near or want a great shopping experience go to this DT. (No, no-one paid nor gave me anything to write this review, nor do I personally know any of the staff.)

This store is spacious but the customer service is bad. I tried to get a balloon filled and the manager told me they only fill them in the morning. If this is true why is there a selection to chose from. The poor check out girl at the front had no help. The line was huge. I prefer the old DT. I will drive further for customer service.

This store is picking and choosing who they are requiring to wear masks. I witnessed several people in the store not wearing masks and were allowed to continue shopping and pay for their items. But when it came to my sister they refused to serve her and make a spectacle out of her. Jason helped us on 6/19/20 without any mention to her about a mask but on 6/22/20 refused to help her even though 4 people ahead of us in line didn’t have a mask on and he didn’t mention anything to that customer. We have our receipts as proof that he helped us in on 6/19/20 but he claimed he didn’t work that day. So they’re discriminating, lying, and have horrible customer service.

Went to this Dollar Tree yesterday 8/21 to get balloons for my son in law's 50th birthday. When I walked in the clerk was busy so I just went over to the balloon area and waited for him to be finished with his customer. When he was done I asked if anyone could come help me with balloons. He replied, " we're not blowing up balloons today,Sorry for the inconvenience. " My jaw dropped, I've never heard of such a thing. I was heart broken as I had driven by many Dollar Trees on my way from Albuquerque to Los Lunas. Chose to wait, as this Dollar Tree was closest to his house. I will NEVER set foot in this Dollar Tree. Hope other customers have better luck!

Prices are good for the quality of the goods. Customer service is slow: started check out at 6th in line; waited 10 minutes and they opened a 2nd checkout. They got all the people behind me before I got checked another 10 mins later.
