Teach your employees some customer service skills. Greet customers with a friendly hello instead of "where's your mask?" Your employee doesn't know why someone's not wearing a mask.I left without shopping at the store and I'll take my business somewhere else. I won't be back to any Dollar general location under any circumstances.

This store goes above and beyond to do they're best for EACH CUSTOMER, their bosses, and the community. They should be paid MUCH more especially after the pandemic. So if any of you corporate tight wads are reading this, know that good help is HARD to find, treat your employees with more gratitude and respect for doing a job you couldn't imagine getting done yourself.

I like this Dollar General ! It's convenient & close to my house. There's so many things we get there that are so much cheaper then other places. I gave it a 3 because, they are always out of things or they say it's in the back but can't stock yet, because corporate! tells them when & when not to stock certain shelves even if product is in the store & the shelf remains empty for a day or 2. Not convenient in that aspect!

The employees at this location are always very friendly and helpful. As with most Dollar Generals, the aisles are narrow and a bit difficult to navigate, especially with holiday displays out. People with accessibility needs may have a difficult time.

They closed at least an hour earlier than the posted 10:00. I went at 9:16 PM MDT and the doors were locked. About 5 cars pulled in after me. There wasn't so much as a sign to explain why they we're closed. I went to another one down the street instead; it seemed like everyone thought the same thing as they were very busy, but I saw more people leave this location as I passed by again at 9:48PM MDT. No one responded to a phone calls either. Not sure what the service is like but so far not impressed.

Lady clerk was rude and disrespectful about prices not matching shelf prices. Told me she wasn't going to fix it or change it. I believe she is management. Unknown her name since her nametag was covered. Very disrespectful young lady, maybe they need to stop young 20 year olds be managers and find older people that know how to run a place. Don't recommend this place for anybody to go to with rude workers, no wonder people don't last in this store, due to poor management. Never recieved number to general manager to complain about his disrespectful employee.

I had a bad experience at this location with an employee constantly following my wife and kids on every single ile we moved around the store she was making it seem like we were on her way,First with a shopping cart and later with a broom,She did this over and over again throughout the entire time we were in the store and this got to be very annoying and rude of her to not give us some space and let us feel free to look around and shop for our stuff we needed,This is the first time I have ever seen her and encountered any such behavior from an employee at this location This happened like around 2 hours before closing and she acted like she wanted us to leave and thats very unprofessional,Rude and uncalled for,She is a young Hispanic lady working with another lady that was at the register on Tuesday night 06/11/2019 before 8:00 pm,Hope the manager has a talk with her and does something about it since we always shop at this location in meadow lake.

Didn't have what I needed. Hard to move through aisles with cart, as so much stuff was on the floor instead of the shelves. Cashier was on her phone while checking out my friend.

The Employees are always so kind sometimes the dg coupons don't work but it not there fault the computer are not working so let's all be kind the Employees they are doing there best 🙂

I went and returned items to Dollar General in their original package and they refused to give me any store credit the package has not been opened and it has the original Dollar General tag from a few days before the young man who was working working vouch that I have purchased those items but because there were no tags on the items and the receipt has been lost in moving Dollar General refused to accept them back or give me any type of store credit.

This place is very convenient in the Meadow Lake & HWY 47 area is Los Lunas. Same products as any other chain of this store and staff has always been friendly to me!
