DO NOT GO HERE! I REPEAT, DO NOT GO HERE!!!! I wish I could give this business NO STARS! Owner arrived at the store 2 hours after opening hours. It took him 3 hours to do a 20 minute repair that he still didn’t get right with the time I gave him, mind you he said it would take longer than 3 hours. This man is a fraud and has no idea what he is doing and should not have a tech business. Went in for a simple screen repair and the man not only messed my phone up so much to where I couldn’t turn it on he said it would take him 7 hours to figure out the problem he initially created. Went I went to an actual expert they showed me the issues he had done to my phone ( missing screws, improper screen placement, & factory seal still left on screen). This man should not be in business and should immediately close his door for good! What a joke!

Jared met us initially his shop. He was carefully patient with our limited knowledge of electronics. Our fax printer was not working right out of the box. Jared spent time with manufacturer to replace the whole machine. We found out he made house calls. He's diagnosed home surround sound system (as outdated and antiquated as our system is, he worked within our budget with replacing the receiver, testing wiring, speakersand used what we had to work with, therefore helping us with overall cost. We gave Jared a pet carpet shampoo machine for next "he can do" project. Thankful patrons Jared. We look forward for your future help. :)

With a hard drive failing and in panic as my business is reliant on the internet, I ordered a new PC. Thinking I would just be able to plug and play, I soon found that was not the case. Prepared with photos of all the ports on my new PC, I headed to a big box electronic store and purchased several adapters the technician assured me would work. Nope! the fittings did not work. So off to another big box store with more purchased adapters.....again, they did not fit. I called Jared of ComTech and texted him the photos which he knew right away which adapter I needed AND Jared said he would make a office call!!!!! OMG! Within 20 minutes of his arrival I was up and running! Jared is so professional, efficient and OMG so very reasonable! Not only would I recommend Jared for his superior work but I will continue to use only ComTech for any of my electronic needs! Thank you Jared and ComTech!

My screen was cracked and Irepair Xpert Abq (kiosk in the mall) messed up my phone big time..they messed up the earpiece in my phone and could not fix it...I spent over 5 hours just for them to TRY to fix my phone...NOT 1 employee helped me from that kiosk...NEVER AGAIN...!!! Comtech not only helped me, but they fixed my phone..only took them an hour.....they were great...quick and not expensive at all...I will bring my phone problems to them from now on...Great Job...

The person I dealt with was very nice. The service was prompt. He communicated by text.If the door is locked just call the number because it seems they are in the back working sometimes.

I had a problem not even the manufacture of the pc could help me with that left it unusable for months. After drop off within the hour I received word that it was a much more simple fix than I had thought and it was ready for pick up. Thank you for the great help and customer service!

This guy burned me!!! My tablet worked for a couple of weeks then started doing the same thing. I took it back and he won't fix it waste of money!! Nvr recommend this place Bcareful!!!
