Our first experience with Bosque Animal Clinic and Dr. McKinney was unfortunately to euthanize our 16yo cat. We’ve loved many pets and thus had many euthanasia experiences but this was by far the best experience for our pet and us that we’ve ever had. We were put into a private sitting room with nice lighting. We comfortably sat cradling and petting our baby. It was lovely and I was dreading that transition to the cold impersonal exam room for final goodbyes- but thankfully that moment never came. Dr. McKinney administered the sedative while Boston remained on our lap undisturbed. After a reasonable amount of time while Boston was still relaxed on my husbands lap getting pets and love, Dr shaved his paw and administered the medication to ease his transition. Bosque Animal Clinic has put so much thought and care into these final moments for pets and their humans. We are grateful for this last experience with Boston and have found the right vet and clinic for our other fur babies. Thank you Dr McKinney and staff for this exceptional experience.

My pet went to BAC since he was 5 weeks old, he was always treated with love and care. He got very sick at one point that he had to be hospitalized and stayed the night. Dr.Mckinney went in the middle of the night to check up on him even though he was being monitored by a camera. Dr.Mckinney is the most compassionate, knowledgeable Dr I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. It saddens me that I had to move away with my pet but am very greatful of being one of her clients. This is the best animal clinic you can take your pets to.

Dr McKinney is really amazing. She’s taken such great care of all my and my boyfriend’s furbabies, Klaus,Feldspar, Link, and LeeLoo. All the technicians are great, thank you Mike and Angelica. And front desk Kristina and Julianna are really awesome as well.

Fantastic service. I had recently adopted a very young puppy. I was terrified when my 2.5lb puppy was up all night coughing. They got her in early that morning and let me know her issue quickly and at a very fair price. I will be bringing my pup here for all of her future needs.

I love how easy it is to reach staff members when needed. The paperwork is so much less cumbersome when done electronically as well. The digital communication on treatment plans, diagnosis, medications,vetc is so easy and much better than on hard copy. I love the App and everything included in that as well it's like My Chart but for my pet's. I will definitely use them for all of my future vet needs and recommend them highly!

I have been going to Bosque Animal Clinic for years with my passed away puppy name woody and now my baby girl Nyla. They take such good care of my babies and I couldn't ask for anyone better. They have always treated me and my babies good with love and care. Have used this vet for a long time. It only takes one employee to make me change that. The receptionist that answered the phone today tells me they can’t see my dog for a few weeks. I get it but my puppy was woke up extremely sick. She tells me my dog has to suffer that it’s not her fault I let my dog suffer sick for weeks. She’s only been sick since this morning. Hope her dog never gets sick. Poor thing will have to suffer

This clinic took such good care of my cat. We had a string-eating emergency, and they were so kind and caring throughout the fairly stressful process of removing it. Fortunately the little man has made a full recovery and is as good as new. They have very fair pricing, friendly staff, and a lovely clean office. They all put me at ease during the process and I was confident that my cat was in good hands.

Wonderful experience with very professional people! I didn't have an appointment, but I noticed my daughter's cat (Donut) was acting lethargic and sick so I rushed him to Bosque Animal Clinic, they were able to take him back and x-ray him right away, he had to have surgery the next day (silly cat had swallowed some yarn) and the vet called me to let me know how much it would cost and she called me again after the surgery was over to assure me that he was doing well and that she was able to successfully get the yarn out. I was able to take Donut home the morning after his surgery, and the vet even texted me a couple hours later checking up on Donut and making sure that he was still recovering and starting eating again! I will always take my animals here, you can tell that they truly care about your pets and will do their best to take care of them.
