0 starts. NEGATIVE stars. Ever since Joe left , this pharmacy has been a nightmare! I've had to wait for my chronic pain Rx for 2-5 days because they order generic. Tho I've never used generic. My Rx says NAME BRAND ONLY. My elderly father whom I take care of is now on his 3RD TIME waiting on a chronic pain Rx because they ordered generic, was supposed to place the order for Monday, no one did. Now 3 days have past and STILL they DID NOT ORDER the Rx.This inept, unbothered attitude of this entire pharmacy staff is now a common occurrence.They don't answer thier phones.You get an automated call saying the Rx is ready, yet when you go in, it isn't ready. No one seems to read the Rx OR check the patient profile to see what med they've been on they automatically order generic..It is always the same problem with this Rx. Even when I call to order it(it should be on auto refill) there's a problem. Maybe corporate needs better training. More staff. Something needs to change. This is ridiculous at this point.If you're shopping around for a new pharmacy, I DO NOT recommend this one.

Everytime we go to pick up our prescriptions after they show ready, the prescriptions are never ready. They never have the medicines we actually need. I had a tooth out with stitches, had hydrocodone sent to the pharmacy and guess what no hydrocodone in my rx. Made me wait till closing at 7 pm when I was sent a text at 5:30pm saying they were ready now I have to wait to go in to yell at them tomorrow about the medicine I was told to take by the dentist to stay on top of the pain. Last month it was my son's prescription for the nebulizer. They lied and claimed they never received the rx and never filled it. Urgent care said they sent it. If they actually didn't receive it they should be the responsible party and call urgent care and get it sent to them again!! Albertsons pharmacy has gone so downhill I will be finding out family another pharmacy after this mess is straightened out. I wish I could give a no star rating.....

Went in for a vax this week. Usually the people doing shots are very good. But the person who gave me my shot this time was not.I was asking questions about the 10% coupon and kept being told you can't use it unless you have a rewards account, which is not necessarily true from what I was told. Guess she didn't like that I said that as she kind of rammed the needle in my arm, it was very painful, and as it came out, she did some weird flicking and I got some weird pain, again, right below the shot, where she flicked something with the syringe.All I know is that 4 days later, arm is very sore, very bruised, right below the shot. Might have been an accident, might have been someone new at giving shots, might have been she wanted to inflict pain. I don't know. Been there in the past two months for other vaccines and the person giving them did a great job, no pain!

Of my 20+yrs of dealing with epilepsy & pharmacies, I’ve experienced a lot. I had the, take the cake, worst experience with store #919 in Los Lunas, NM. I had to wait 4 days for a critical scrip b/c their system was down. I was hung-up on & invited to move my scrips elsewhere by someone named Duy….

This Pharmacy has a lot of problems. The staff doesn't seem to know what's going on. It's always something. No compassion for their customers, not to mention being rude.

These people don’t answer the phone. I waited for them to answer and was just put on hold. No greeting. Then I waited about 6 minutes on hold. It started ringing again and they just hung up on me. This pharmacy has gone to hell in a hand basket in a few short months. My mother gets all her meds here and I hate having to deal with them. I don’t know what happened to Joe but things have gone downhill without him. I feel like we’re being held hostage because it’s so difficult to change pharmacies.

Gave them a whole year to improve their service. Don't answer phones, automated service completely ignored. Perfectly fine with me running out of meds. Yay Walgreens.

In the past under Joe this pharmacy was well worth a 5 star rating. Now, under this new pharmacist I'd give NEGATIVE stars if I could. I called in Rxs on WEDNESDAY. I then called THURSDAY AND FRIDAY and there was no answer. This was multiple times a day. A few times it would just hand up. I went in SATURDAY and asked if there was a problem with the phones. THIS MAN GAS LIT ME BY SAYING IT WAS MY PHONE AND NOT THEIRS! I told him as I was waiting I had called 5 times and the phone did NOT ring on thier side. NOPE, he still insisted it was MY phone.I have ALWAYS gotten a NAME BRAND under my CHRONIC PAIN MED. HE decided in all of his COMPETENCE to order GENERIC! My med has to be ordered in. They do not carry it. It is a special oder. I HAVE NEVER GOT GENERIC. Because this staff CANNOT READ AN RX I will not get my CHRONIC PAIN MED UNTIL TUESDAY OR WEDNESDAY. MAKING IT 5 TO 6 DAYS PAST DUE! I am Furious! Plus, my father also did not get his CHRONIC PAIN RX because of their INCOMPETENCE. This particular pharmacy has turned into a CLOWN SHOW of Monumental proportions!. THE IN COMPETENCE is DISGUSTING.

I’m not sure what’s going on, but I’ve been trying to call for 4 days now with no answer. I waited in line with 8 people ahead of me and they never have my medication ready even after a day or two. It’s gotten really bad.

One of the new male pharmacist are so disrespectful. He didn’t do what I called and asked and now a girl with severe asthma has to live without anything for 24 hours.. New Mexico employs absolutely anyone it’s sad.

Albertsons has really went down a lot their customer service is gotten to be rude their employees have gotten to be rude and it's just not right I've been going there for I don't know how many years I even come in from out of town just to shop there I mean I know quite a few people there like Evangeline she's a nice lady and Tina she's a nice lady also Scott Peter and Steven and Lionel they are very nice also and Jacob and produce but as far as the bakery and some people in general that work there they are just playing out rude and I'm considering I'm doing my shopping elsewhere from here on out

Albertsons is a great place I don't usually grocery shop there I use the pharmacy it's a Savon pharmacy and they are great drug dealers.
