Love my local Albertsons but I must say my visit today was dampened by the young lady working the sushi department.She was rude and very unhelpful.I selected my sushi tray and went to grab soy sauce packets but were none available. I asked to have some packets but was ignored. I asked again and she slammed her hand on the counter with packets. There were no chop sticks available either so I had to ask again for help. This time she did not turn around, I spoke up a little louder and was still ignored then a young man walked up grabbed some in his hand and put some in the container for me to grab a pair.Very sad to say I won’t go back to support the sushi department anymore.

Out of all of the Albertsons I've been too, this is my favorite one. The shelves are always stocked and items are well organized in their departments. The store is clean and the people are friendly. The staff is also excellent! You can tell they care about their jobs, and that goes a long way when it comes to customer service.

The store hasn't changed much over the last few years. They do a great job keeping it organized and clean. Staff was very courteous at checkout. Found a few items we haven't seen in years.

Employees shouldn't be allowed to have any weapons of any kind specifically knives, if they need a box cutter then get it approved. Me and my family were walking the product area and just looking around the whole floor gonna pass an employee on our walk and he stops what he's doing and puts his hand on his back pocket grabbing his knife which is very long and locked eyes with my partner who was pushing the cart with our kid as we were talking and we noticed it when we passed and he let go of it. That right there was out of line and could've been escalated quickly.. why do you let employees have big knives? He was working produce, hat, and long blondish hair with rubber bands.

Always pleased to see the fresh fruits and veggies here. Hard to find good selection this time of year. Also found Asian ingredients very easily. Best choice in Los Luna's.

I love this place. Everyone is always so friendly and they have a wide selection of goods, although I do wish they had better produce occasionally. There's a customer service guy there named Phillip and he's so sweet and helpful.

Pharmacy no longer doing walk in vaccines. I went in right after they opened to get my flu shot, and was told that they only do shots by online appointment. They weren't busy, but said they can't do walk ins. Nowhere on the website or flu shot banners do they say you must have an online appointment. I had taken off work to get my shot, and the only online appointment for today is 5 pm.

It is just a regular food market, the help dot assist very well, it's a little unorganized things are not grouped like some stores, o one really wants to assist you. They don't want to be bothered with customers. It smells a little dirty. The kids they have working with check out & bagging& cart return are all like in there own little word and it's not related to work at all. All around way to expensive for the service and cleanliness of the place... There are way better places to shop and get good help and that are cleaner...In general they are way to expensive. And in this case you don't get what you pay for....

Deli service was good. Check out service was poor. I got in behind a lady and after I unloaded my groceries, she said ypu might want to get in a other line because we are waiting on a manager. Only one other line open. Wish you had told me sooner, I responded. Manager came, they had another checkout problem. I forgot cream so went to self check line. Only 2 were open, 10 min in line.. One only took card. Gal checked out a cash person. Machines went down, up and down. Manager closed self check. They told me I'd have to go get in line again. Here is $3. I'm done.

Little pricey but better quality than Walmart and a great meat section. I love the fresh sushi in the deli area. They have plenty of quick snacks and dinner ideas in the deli. The bread selection is awesome!

So very disappointed in their pricing since COVID-19 hit. Doubt if I'll go back -- ever! (So disappointed! 😕) UPDATE: Two-days ago, a small bag of shredded iceberg lettuce was $3.99 --- before COVID-19 that same bag was <$2.00. Yeah, my husband has learned HIS lesson about price gouging here and that's RIDICULOUS! He ran in quickly to get the lettuce for tacos... We did without. NOPE, NOT GOING BACK!!!! (Uncertain if other locations are doing this, but this one sure is! SHAME!) UPDATE 1/6/24. - Ok, I went back. I needed some last minute things for a special birthday dinner and ended up buying more than what I went there to get. In Los Lunar, we're VERY limited as to where we can get finer food items, and I found what I needed and a few things more at prices I thought reasonable. The store was clean, well stocked, and organized, and staff (my favorite is PHILLIP 👍😎) are and have always been kind, helpful, and courteous.

I like the Starbucks in the store. Good music on the intercom, smooth rolling baskets, plenty of bathrooms. I would give 5 stars but they don't have samples anymore. I miss the tooth pick snack samples!

A recent makeover of this store with the addition of a Starbucks means it's now incredibly charming to go into. While previously a nice place to get your groceries and other items, it's now a beautiful place to get your groceries and other items

I wish this place had free Wi-Fi or that cell signal penetrated the building better but other than that it's the nicest Supermarket in Town. The vegetables are always good they have great bacon at the meat counter and you can always pick up beers in a make your own six pack. Come here a couple times a month and everybody is always very nice and helpful. They've been pretty well stocked as of late and the selection of usually hard to find keto products have made it to where I don't have to go to Albuquerque very often. Love this store. Still a great store, Veterans discount on the first Saturday of the month. Always make it here.

Los Lunas Albertsons and Street Side are amazing!!! Friendly, helpful staff! Along with groceries, if you time your visit right, you might even get a joke and/or movie recommendation :) Almost 19 years I've been shopping here. Thanks Albertsons for always being awesome!!!

Started shopping here 6 yrs ago. Big selling point was the delicious sushi section! Prices are what you'd expect. The store is clean, organization can be a bit weird. Very small self checkout area (6 kiosks and one is always on the fritz) and my complaint about that is if you pay EBT you'd better have the right amount left on your card or it becomes a fiasco. Why can't the machine be like every other store and allow you to enter the amount your card has rather than reject your payment? My other complaint is while this store has a nice, impressive little section of FROZEN vegetarian options, their fresh vegetarian items section near the vegetables has taken a little nosedive in variety in selections. Cheese section is disappointing due to a billion shredded cheese options and a handful of small block cheeses. Shredded cheese is not the same as block cheeses--melts weird. This is a nice store though, clean, often a nice variety of flowers, a Starbucks, tons of bakery items and decent produce. This place is always kinda busy which begs the question, how about some more sale prices for your struggling consumers? Thank you for restocking LiteLife Vegan Crumbles! You're the only chain that carries this brand in Valencia County and I hope you keep it in stock from here on out. Glad to have an Albertsons somewhat nearby and kudos to the hard working, friendly staff!

Management needs to do something about the staff and their parking spots. All the workers from Albertsons and Dollar tree park in the customer parking taking all the front parking spots. This is a huge disservice to our elderly who need to walk from car to store. Staff should allow customers access to park and have their own designated area. This is considered Poor customer service if your customer is not considered.

We love this store! Most of the employees are very nice. We have been going there for a long time. The store is bright, clean, and open. Prices, especially during sales, are good and competitive.We have used their delivery service and have done curbside pickup. Wonderful on both. No complaints. All the employees have been great for delivery and curbside.We would give 5 stars for this store, but, the past couple of times we've gone to the deli, the cooked food area in particular, the employees are not so wonderful. We were there the other day and an employee was cleaning something. She knew she had several customers, but she took her time, kept her back to us, no I'll be with you in a minute, no nothing until she was done. She didn't pay attention to the order as we had to repeat it, and acted like the people waiting to order were a nuisance. This has happened to us more than once. They also don't get more food ready when they see they are low. They sometimes wait until they are out, then they cook more. They should start cooking more food when they see they are getting low. Was told once we had to wait half hour for some of our order.Other than that particular department, the rest of the store is great and I recommend going there.

The market is hidden away, it has some custom-made food and sandwiches. If you're in central. I think it would be worthy to stop. Just from the standpoint of curiosity. There's a front entrance and a back entrance. Definitely the culture of central good for people watching.
