We were headed to City of Rocks State Park in truck and camper then hail and torrential rains came. We decided to get gas and hunker down for the night here. Clean and staff are busting their butts to keep customers happy! Best part, they had a dog park for dog! Thank you for being there.

Went in to get a sandwich from #Subway it was busy, the subway girl pushed my sandwich aside and fixed the sandwich of the guy behind me, then she did it again! And started to fix his sandwich so I said excuse me what about my sandwich? She responded "Why are you yelling at me? I said are you kidding? That's when I blew up told her to shove the sandwich and walked out. The people who were with me told me after I left the three girls working there said that was totally unnecessary of her to treat you like that. They were totally clueless. You know #Loves they are the face of your company my company spends thousands of dollars at Loves every year, guess what Loves you just lost our business. Have you not taught your employees rule #1 THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT One bad employee can cost you a lot. I will be instructing my drivers NOT TO USE LOVES .

Busy location around 8pm! The staff were friendly and got people moving through. Cashier let us know there were a few people ahead of us for a shower but it wasn’t that long of a wait. They clean them swiftly and thoroughly. There aren’t too many pumps but we were parked and waited for a spot to open up and had no problems. Couldn’t ask for anything more for a quick stop!

This gas station just stole my money. It charged me for 10 gallons of gas for a motorcycle; three times what it should be. The manger was very skeptical of me and did nothing. She claimed there was no cameras by the pumps but I saw at least one. She refused to help me. Treated me like a criminal.I called corporate and was given more of the same. They claimed after the charge goes through, then they can "contest" the charge. I was given no assurance. I was allowed no help to prove my side. They are basically telling me my money is gone.I called the police. Also unhelpful. The officer was nice but had a poor standard of evidence at least for me. I told him what happened and he didn't believe me. The manager told him something and he believed whatever she said. All they did was repeat the same things over and over again.When did corporations start being able to do whatever they want with no consequences? If I stole from them, I would be prosecuted. If they steal from me, apparently that is legal according to the New Mexico state police.Thanks for the unnecessary stress; oooh and for stealing $30 from an innocent person. Loves has lost my business for the rest of my life and clearly the New Mexico police are not worth calling. No wonder why there are so many violent crimes there.

For a loves there were very little pumps extremely over crowded due to its location being in the middle of nowhere where so you'd need to get fuel going either way. Inside is clean but if you're in a rush and need to get fuel i would recommend that you go to the pilot or flying that literally right down the road that both have plenty of pumps and less traffic instead of being parked right behind another car at a pump that also has a vehicle parked in front of it and the two of you blocking the vehicle at the pump then flight on who gets to pull in next once one of you decide who's going to move so the vehicle can leave the pump.

I had a blown radiator hose on my Volvo. The part wasn’t available “today” so I got a ride back to the truck stop with the mechanic where I was able to get a room at the days inn next door. The next morning, I rode back to my truck with the mechanic where he put the part on in minutes. Alex, Josh and rest of the team were very friendly while I waited for the parts to arrive. Their service was highly appreciated

I need to get my truck's axle oil temperature sensor fixed. But they did not do it right and charged money from me. They charged me $209. Their staff is not good. The time taken on my track is only 20 minutes and this one says 1 hour.

Im very upset with this guy I think is Josh (a white t men eyes color) he’s very 100% rude with me , discriminates against me cuz I’m Mexican hello Josh in USA citizen.. I ask fr a free drink he said not free but w u love’s reward card ok he tell no poits ok I go get my other loves card other clerk said yes u got drinks. I go back t get my own cup t use fr the refill, I yes got ice I told him he said ok r 50c and my loves card again don’t hve any points t pay t drink w t pints , and i said omg and he looked at me like pay he’s attitude so rude . He got angry just because I ask for a courtesy. So ther I ask other driver fr 50c t pay him and off cursed I ask fr my ticket…. So plz don’t stop in t locación

Typically, I would rather this place at 5 stars, however, at least 5 people behind the cash registers and people just about lined up out the door waiting to check out and yet there's only one that is actually working. The rest of them are gathered up in groups, right in sight of all the customers I might add, laughing and talking and having themselves a good ole time. Another reason I'm only giving them 3 stars is because when we went to order a pizza the lady say, "oh well, it's going to be about 30 minutes before you can make the order because I'm going on break," and walks off. Other than that, the place is very nice, clean showers with great water pressure and they have a huge selection of products to choose from!

This Love's is old and it definitely shows it. There is only one road to get to the pumps and as two pumps weren't working, cars and trailers end up waiting at this chokepoint for a pump. The hoses on the pumps are also too short to reach over pickup so we had to move to another pump. And the space between the pumps and the store is too tight if you are trying to navigate with a trailer or RV. The store is dirty and the bathrooms are also, there were lines and lines of customers and 1 worker at the counter, who was trying to work on two registers until someone else finally came to help. Finally, in the side parking lot the air tire pump is located in the driveway / exit so if someone is there you are stuck - you can't really navigate back and have to wait however long for them to use the pump. Really, the set-up of this location is HORRIBLE. As we left and drove across the bridge to get back on the freeway, we saw a brand new Chevron there that had a lot of pumps, good room for parking and driving, and a store. DON'T BOTHER GOING TO LOVE'S - it's not worth the frustration. Give the Chevron a try.

I will be forever grateful to the gentleman at the mechanic desk who helped me fix my window that stuck down after I went through the patrol stop coming west. I will always stop at a Love's to get my gas on the highway. Thank you to the fine gentleman and thank you to Love's for hiring such caring employees!!!

Pump 8 doesn't have shut off for gas pump. It spilled a bunch of gas all over my motorcycle tank and motorcycle. I had to use many paper towels and one of my cloths towels to gas low enough to put my gas cap back on. Then I still had gas coming out of my over fill line. Spoke to Josh operations manager. He had that look of yea it's happened before.Ridiculous....

Does not honor sale signs. According to the lady, the sale ended 7 days ago. Your lack of maintaining your signs is not my problem. Give me the sale price and then clean up the signs. Never again. Not to mention, the parking lot is all messed up because they allow drivers to park anywhere they like.

Terrible service even from management, and when they make a payment mistake, the only time they take a break from complaining about the work, is when they are blaming the customers for their mistakes for rushing a simple transaction. At the end of said transaction you will be notified that you should have known their job at the start and intercepted their attempts to rush you through it. The food is in terrible shape, subway and the pizza are almost as filthy as the restrooms so the food is as stale as the toilet paper they refuse to stock.

For as much money as this place pulls in, you'd think it wouldn't be a hole. Beggers everywhere, including blocking access to truck parking area. Shower water is barely lukewarm and shower was dirty. Your food choices are pizza or subway. They have no bags for your purchases. The entire property is a mess.

I just need trailer signal light and I was checking in morning 7:30 and said 30,40 minutes wait time but I’m waiting until 1100 am then I go again to office and guy said mechanical already working on 1 truck then he go road service then if we another road calls first covered that no matter I’m waiting here 24 hours or 48 hours until no road calls service then my turn That LOVES makes them drop everything and do those calls before they even start on appointments. Makes no sense I’m on ELog and have an appointment to get to. I guess it takes me to break down on the side of the road in order to get help. is this so?My advice to truckers if you don’t have emergency to fixed your truck trailer no waste your time and go to another shop

The subway toaster doesn't work. One line for Subway purchases. The other line is for locals and others have to wait for the cashier to acknowledge you are waiting for a while after having to get out of the Subway line because they are out of what you want.One cashier on the phone stopped her call to help a friend but not those who are waiting.

A real legit travel stop at the western edge of New Mexico. They have some epic windshield wipers and they’re always stocked up on windshield water. No complaints really. People keep tagging on the staff and management, but I had a pleasant experience here. Maybe a different shift is a little rough, not sure. I recommend stopping here for snacks and gas!

Based on my experience here, the store had a large variety of things. There is a Subway inside and pre-cooked personal pizzas (from Godfathers) within as well. Hotdogs, corn dogs, pre-made sandwiches, fruit cups, and more, available. The small pizza I had was decent. Nothing spectacular. Cost is approx. $5-7 on average, depending on toppings. Restrooms were decently clean. Customer service was not that good. Gas pumps were semi-clean. Decent place to stop for a break. Not the best nor worst. Would maybe recommend.

Avoid pump 17.Feb. 21st, afternoon, no handle on satellite fuel pump. I was trying to get DEF, pulled out the hose, which has a big crack on it and splashed my face. Lucky me I'm wearing glasses. Still a few drops went in my eyes, and I went inside in tears. I explained to the manager what happened and gave her a suggestion, to turn off that pump.Instead of apologizing for what happened, or to offer some help with the ammonia in my eyes, she had an attitude, started to raise the tone and said she will not turn off the pump because the main one, the fuel, is still working. Also said there is a yellow bag wrapped on DEF handle and it is my fault I got splashed. Indeed there was a plastic yellow bag on, but all the way down on the hose, and I only saw it after pulling it out.Anyway, in a short time she asked a mechanic to wrap it again. So maybe other drivers will have the chance to get blind, I guess. Or to walk in the DEF around the pump.There wasn't a customer phone number available on Love's website to make a complaint, because of the President Day celebration, and the only reason I didn't file a complaint with the NM State Attorney Office, Division of Consumer Services is the possibility to be asked like witness in a possible action in court, and I don't have time for this.Wondering if anyone in the Corporate Office is reading the reviews, that manager really deserves a "bonus"....

Love's is my favorite for fueling all over USA.. sometimes ups n down but it's 5✡✡✡✡✡ from me always getting my truck fix but nothing really fix. And stayed here all night. They need to hire more people in fuel desk waited 20 mins

How is it that I’ve been here since yesterday 9pm made an “appointment” for noon? today and I’m still here at 1:46pm waiting to be seen. Michael the “associate” on duty said that road call comes before anyone on site. That LOVES makes them drop everything and do those calls before they even start on appointments. Makes no sense I’m on ELog and have an appointment to get to. I guess it takes me to break down on the side of the road in order to get help. is this so?
