I have currently so far been in line at the drive through Pharmacy in Las Vegas N.M. I have time to write this because I'm the fifth in line for literally the last 58 minutes it's now 1 hour 20 minutes NOT EXAGGERATING. the Pharmacy has gone way way down in the last year and half, they don't have the medicine ready when they say they do and some of the staff are so very rude. Walgreens district manager needs to do something about this Pharmacy it's just a matter of time when they get someone medication wrong.

Was told script would be ready in 3 hours, came back they said another 45 minutes then came back still waiting 39 minutes and counting, we have a 3 hour drive home. This is aweful. Will not come back here ever again.

This store is literally the worst pharmacy in Las Vegas I’ve been sick twice this year and both times (separate times) I’ve gotten prescriptions from this place I’ve had to wait hours in line just for them to mess up once again. Definitely going to Walmart.

Walgreens in Las Vegas New Mexico is a disgrace they never have their window open at 9:00 they open it at 9:30 and even if you go through the drive-thru you wait there for over an hour and inside the line is crazy I feel like they do it on purpose that's the worst Walgreens ever I hate when I have to come for my prescriptions they should shut him down

Incompetent workers who haven’t the slightest clue about time management. Dropped off my son’s script to be filled yesterday and was very patient. I waited for hours and was told they close at 6pm. Come 5:30pm, the drive through and the line inside was from here to China. Returned next morning and observed 4 women workers walking behind the counter aimlessly like a bunch of chickens. I hoped to pick up my son’s meds then and was told it wasn’t ready and they didn’t even know when it would be ready. Others around me were told it would be a min of 1.5 hr wait. My patience was nonexistent at this point so I requested my scripts back to go elsewhere and was given nothing but rudeness and attitudes. I said a prayer and drove myself across town to Plaza Drug store with Mr. Elroy Aragon and he gracefully & kindly filled the two prescriptions in less than 15 minutes. I HIGHLY recommend anyone looking to fill prescriptions within reasonable time & with respect, to go tell The Aragons at Plaza drugs I said “hello” and that I sent you there. You won’t be disappointed

They have a sign that they give flu shots. I stood in line for about 25 minutes to get one. When I finally made it to the counter I was told I would have to make an appointment online. Is it really that hard to print a sign that reads “Flu shots by appointment only”??

The level of incompetence is astonishing. And then thay have the audacity to be rude too.. now I know why this is the least busy walgreens in NM. Just all around bad 👎

The hospital called in my prescription at 2am. Of course had to leave a voicemail about my script. Pharmacy opens at 10 on Sundays. It is currently 11:30. Came to pick up my script. Was given two prescriptions that didn’t even belong to me. Belonged to someone else. First mistake. They didn’t even bother to check that I was the correct person. Then when I let them know their mistake and asked for MY prescription they said they didn’t have one. I explained that it was called in. Then they had the gall to say they don’t check their voicemail for call in prescriptions. Excuse me! Was then told I had to sit and wait for a minimum of 20 minutes while they check voicemail to see if I had a script. Absolutely appalling service. If you don’t open til 10 then someone should be in by at least 9 to check voicemail and fill scripts prior to opening. No wonder I never do business here. Unacceptable in my opinion.

Pharmacy drive-through takes forever and one of the r speakers has been broken for months. They’ve also been out of stock of essential medications several times, which causes me to make another doctor appt and get a new script sent elsewhere. Huge waste of time

Elderly today we went to Walgreens to get our booster shot. That was a disaster. The head pharmacist was not wearing a mask. It took much too much time to attempt to get through the process the drug store pursues for us to get a shot including asking us for insurance cards - my husband's VA card not accepted. Ridiculous. Frustrated by what should have been a fast efficient process we walked out and will not go back to Walgreens.

My wife Efemia Brenda Gutierrez has been on the phone waiting for someone to answer the phone. She talked to Korry and he gave her the wrong information about my medications.She calls again and a woman answers phone and hangs up. She is calling again now and still waiting for the pharmacist or a person to answer. She is 1 on the waiting list and still waiting for 30 minutes. I am really disappointed with your customer support.

Young girl without a name tag told me that my FedEx shipment was not there even though tracking shows it arrived days ago and waiting for pickup. I called my office and FedEx to confirm the tracking was correct. Finally the manager Arch did find my delivery but the initial Walgreens employee was worthless and required other people to do her job.

Pharmacy messed up my wife’s high blood pressure meds script..she will not have the meds for 4 days because of this…I asked them what I was supposed to do for my wife..and I swear to you..she hung up on me . You are playing with peoples lives..

On Wednesday, May 11th, 2022, I stopped in to have a Percription filled and I was immediately assisted. My Percription was filled in 5 minutes!!! I want to thank the Gentleman and the Ladies who were behind the counter that morning between 9:30 and 10:30am. I apologize for not remembering anyone's names but I received EXCELLENT Customer Service!

Pharmacy 👎👎🛑 needs ethical training, customer service training, and patient advocate training . Patients are suffering from this place.. it's not okay anymore to be treated and discriminated against from them. People who need help and are not getting it - need to report to the pharmacy corporate in ABQ. They protect us patients from this Walgreens.Look at the comments.. this Walgreens pharmacy is horrible to people. Reviews speak for themselves. Things need to change and corporate needs to be involved. We as patients have rights to be protected from the this behavior.

I wish I could leave negative Stars this pharmacy is among the most unprofessional I've ever seen the other Walgreens in Santa Fe or Albuquerque do not do this to you it's mostly a streamlined easy process to get a vaccine.... I stood in line for over an hour with other appointments that I had to go to I was on time for my scheduled appointment and they were taking walkins in front of me it was excruciating... I got my card back and just left.

Horrible pharmacy. Sit on hold forever. They never answer the phone, and no one there cares enough to do anything about it. It's a phone. Answering and processing calls is not that hard.

Awful customer service. Called to fill a prescription, was on hold TWICE, each time for over 20 minutes and I was hung out without spending to the pharmacist. Go somewhere else to spend your money.
