Lack of customer service!I shop here regularly but more and more the staff has become cold and rude. They can't even say hello when you come to the register. Just scan your items tell you the amount and ask if you want a receipt.Don't work in customer service if you can't be customer friendly!

Prices are a bit high but it's not crowded, it's clean, they have good meat and produce is decent. However, I don't care to shop here because the cashiers are not friendly. They are not rude but indifferent; they don't greet you or say thank you for shopping there. It comes across as uncaring. I don't want to shop where my business is not appreciated.

This Lowe's super saver food market has been my place to shop for many years until "Today". I have shopped here for many years. And today is going to be my last day. I spend on average $400.00 a month at this store. The staff as of the last year has been "Horrible". I have talked to the store manager and got nothing but nothing but "okay I'll take care of it". Attitude and untrained employees don't make up for good customer service.

Have shopped here for many years until "Today". Horrible store manager "Didn't get his name but has been the manager for awhile" (at least the last six months). Along with immature staffing with no respect for their job or customer service witch is apparently a severe lack of training in customer service. Posted June 2nd 2023

They have an excellent vegetable and fruit display. Also their meat section is good because they never break the cold chain. Walmart has problems because their employees don't understand the importance of not breaking the cold chain

Yeah, the girls are so busy following the male employees they are never at the registers.. customer service don't open till 10am.. so, best yo go to Walmart or Lowe's on Mills for bill pay... they do have some great girls working at night tho.. day shift.. (Morning) not so much...

The cashier was rude! She behaved as if she was doing me a favor by scanning my groceries!! People like this particular cashier shouldn't work where she has to serve the community, I suggest she try working at the zoo, but then I'd feel really bad for the poor animals that would have to deal with her!!!

I get to the register and the guy is rude, he scans one of my items twice. Then I forget to check the bag and guess what! Two of my items are missing, but I was still charged. He never even tried to stop me. Absolutely pathetic service!

It's quick, convenient, and always stocked well, but it's more expensive than Walmart by like 10% which is fine to me. I know some might skip out to save a small amount, I'd prefer local enough, quick, and readily available.

Best produce locally! The only way it can get any better is if you visit a local farmers market. The prices are amazing too. Avoid the sister store on Mills unless you're a fan of rotting produce.

I always signed everything I need on the shelves and if there is an item that I can't find a sales associate will help me find that item love the store in the cleanliness and the prices are awesome as well

This store is okay. Not a high volume store so can't offer high volume, large variety items as stores in high volume markets do. With that said, it does okay for this market. I'm glad it's here!

Disappointing when compared to the large supermarkets in Phoenix where I'm from. Ok got a small town with the basics but I guess I'm spoiled. Prices are a bit higher.
