I asked the morning/early afternoon clerk if he could charge a phone battery charging pack for me and that I would come back this evening to get it. He stated "absolutely and he would let the evening person know where it's plugged in at". When I came back to pick it up, the rude lady working started yelling at me and asked if I was going to purchase anything? I stated "I only want my phone backup battery" and she again yelled at me. She refused to all the guy who worked earlier to ask where he put it stating she didn't have his number. What kind of business doesn't have their employees phone numbers to contact them for any necessary reason?!? I will never come back in here if she's working! Everyone else is super nice here except her! She's very rude, unprofessional and hostile. I spend at least $20 a day in here to be treated like this, I think not!!!! Hire better employees, relatives or whatever but you can only treat so many customers this way before you run out of customers!

I would not call this place. The truck stop. And the restaurant was closed. If you blink, you might miss it going by. Even the convenient store did not have much.

Excellent food and waitstaff! Even though they were busy, our food was to the table quickly and it was hot and delicious! Gracious and patient and always checking to make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks for a nice evening meal.

Its a spot to get fuel, snacks n park... located off mile marker 347 on Interstate 25, its tha only game around. Not many fuel bays, only 1, really, and they dont accept Fleet1 cards.. theres a deli inside and a separate restaurant outside. Moderate parking in rear. Good luck here!

I took a picture of this sunset way back in 2017 at this truck stop when I was doing flat bed. I would always stay the night here whenever I delivered to Las Vegas, NM...life was so much simpler then

The wait staff was very good. The gal said the pork belly burrito was her favorite. You could not even stab the meat with your fork. The complimentary chips were very hard as well. However they were kind enough to take that burrito off our bill and did offer to get us something else

Cleanest women’s bathroom ever! And no line! Thank you for the cleanliness! Plenty of stuff for snacks and food just not as wide a variety as it’s major competitor down the way. I will always go here now on our stops through the area.

Not really a truck stop anymore. Has a Dispensary in the parking lot, very little parking but they do have a decent beer selection and no more bar or restaurant. Nice people though.

Something about a box of chicken wings on the floor takes away the appeal of food. I used to go there for chicharrones. They are twice as expensive and tasted like chicken. stick to gas and drinks and you should be ok

Had the most delicious authentic Mexican lunch at the restaurant next door, with friendly staff to boot. Husband had pork chops and sides, which weren't as good. Store was small, but carried all the essentials and had friendly staff. Worth a stop if only for food.

This stop is an incredible place to grab so high quality food and service by the servers and staff. Flavor of the food excellent, food is fresh and hot. Under $15 you get a fabulous size portioned plate with baked chips. Great place to eat. Highly recommended!

Before anyone puts there criticism forth on Pino's let's establish some facts. Restroom males of course is always clean. Store is always clean. The short walk to the restaurant is worth it. Great food. The c-store has good hot food pretty much 24/7. Loves opened a store down the street. So now there is usually parking. Not a lot. It's OK to park on the north side of the restaurant. Lastly. Las Vegas NM, is a rough town and Pino's has been serving the truck driver community a long time. Thank you Pino's.

Truck parking at the nearby Loves was full so I gave this place a chance. Good parking, awesome green Chile burritos and breakfast burritos, reasonably priced, clean restrooms, friendly staff, fresh coffee. Very impressed.

Clean bathrooms and lots of choices for snacks, burritos and drinks. My family always stops here on our way from Denver to Albuquerque for the chicharrones. They're now $13 for a small container and mostly crumbs.

It smells awful and the ATM is older than the hills! It's not very comforting and doesn't feel clean when you walk in. Not a good environment at all. They do have good burritos but their chicken is awful!

The owner needs to check what the cooks are doing. Have gone three times. First we ordered fajitas and they gave us no meat nothing but bell peppers, 2nd we ordered them again my fajitas came with pieces of scrambled egg, 3rd time my fajitas came with hashbowns pieces. Will not eat there again.

Ordered nachos supreme. Nothing was hot or even warm. Cold cheese on cold meat and the cheese tasted like it was out of a can. The nachos were probably the worst I have ever had. I would pass on this place.

Their grill area was was overflowing with food items that looked as if they had been sitting out for a couple of days under their 40 watt 'heat lamp.' The grill area was unclean, and poorly illuminated. The restroom was disgusting.My biggest concern was their nonchalance toward selling alcohol to intoxicated persons. During my visit, a gentleman came into the store who reeked of alcohol, and was behaving less-than appropriately. He left the counter area to retrieve more liquid denial, and I suggested to the cashier that she not sell him any more alcohol due to his obvious inebriation. Her reply was that, "He isn't drunk; that's just how he always is."Selling booze to functioning alcoholics is common practice here? Thankfully, the man walked away from the store.This place isn't worth a stop for travelers.

We had an excellent hot meal and cold beer. Great, friendly service. Came back for breakfast. We will come back again.The only negative is the restaurant closes @ 8:00 pm and opens at 7:00 am. A little inconvenience for us truckers but it worked out ok this time.

As a truck driver, you need repairs, and this trip we had a trailer tire needing fixed but there were 7hrs behind. The mechanics were nice but couldn't wait. Went to Loves. TA does handicapped parking and facilities.

I ran out of driving hours here last night and I read the previous reviews about the burritos so I had to try one. Whoa, these things are incredibly good. I find myself back here again and I bought 3. Well worth it!

Breakfast sucks, I ordered a burrito expecting egg got nothing but bean. Overpriced too. 10$ for two, your better off buying a sack of beans and scrambling your own eggs for that kind of money

so my wife and I have a small business that that takes us up and down I25 from Denver to I40 and on to AZ for the last 20rys we have enjoyed stopping at Pino's to get food and gas last Sunday 12/1/19 we stopped in and as I entered I was asked to leave by a man at the counter he was a new cashier to me I had never seen him before we are bounty hunters and we do carry firearms he look vary alarmed at my presents I could see it on his face the food and services there are good and we are disappointed that won't be able to stop there any more
