Understaffed. The place did not open this morning and the folks in the drive-thru were told to come back later in the day. Yesterday I waited over 15 in the drive-thru. A drive-thru order for a couple of hamburgers requires you to park and wait another 5 minutes. The staff that do work there are courteous (and probably frustrated that their owner cannot support the business or the customers properly). This place is a black mark on the brand.

Everytime you go through drive through they take your order and payment quickly. Then they tell you to park in one of the spots & leave you waiting for your order for over 20 minutes, it's so annoying. & I never order anything extraordinary. Just one single meal. It's so frustrating.What happen to paying then driving up to next window & getting your food smfh

This place discriminates against people who are experiencing hardships.A friend of mine who lost his home and all belognings in the Calf Canyon fire stopped by one morning for food and coffee. He was told to purchase and items and leave.I called mcdonalds corporate office on behalf of said friend. And they assured me I would receive a call from the owner of this mcdonalds to give an explanation as to why he was turned away. The call never came. Further clarifying that if you are down and out you are not welcome here. I will never again spend a dime here.

We had the unfortunate experience of Tina. She yelled, screamed, barked orders, and she did not like anyone telling her she was wrong. She made the entire experience way worse than it ever needed to be. No one likes to be screamed at the day after Christmas on their way to a funeral. Someone needs to step in and relieve Tina. The food was absolutely terrible. We should have gone to KFC instead!

We entered and had to wait ten minutes for service at the counter.The young lady taking my order acted as though she couldn't care less. I asked to use the app code for free coffee and was told I could not buy a large decaf. It had to be a specialty coffee. She then got frustrated when I had to choose a latte wanted.We placed the order at 4:37 and it was brought forward at 4:52. The restaurant was not busy enough to warrant that length of wait for soggy, cold fries & tepid burgers with so little green chili that we had to hunt for it. For $2.50, those burgers were a VERY SAD value choice.The restaurant was clean and the woman's bathroom was immaculate, however - the men's was so/so.All-in-all, we should have gone to Sonic or Burger King.

We were visiting family from out of town. We stopped for breakfast on our way home. The person taking our order was very rude and disrespectful. I was going to ask for the manager when we got to the window, when I realized she is the one taking our order. When we got our food. We were missing items and the ones we got were wrong. The poor boy working the window was trying his hardest to fix our order. But the manager asked him what he was doing and he told her the order was wrong. She blamed it on him calling him stupid and saying he was not listening. For someone being in a leadership position that is very inappropriate. No employee should be degraded or embarrassed like that period. Much less in front of other coworkers and customers. I asked him what his mangers name is so I could address the issue. I said excuse me Mrs. Leslie. But she ignored me like I wasn't even talking. I still told her that I was going to follow-up with corporate and it didn't seem to bother her. I think that poor kid should file a complaint with HR against his manger. There are plenty of cameras that caught the whole thing. My family and I will eat elsewhere from here on out when we visit family.

Food is old nothing is ready the lobby is absolutely foul with used napkins all over spilt soda all over staff burping on customers food just randomly sitting on the table no staff is sitting around talking about how they don't have fries or ice cream and how they are losing customers had manager walked out and said don't send anyone home it's foul I will never come back to this clown show

We stopped here on Sunday afternoon and were extremely disappointed. Someone ahead of us told us that they had very slow service,so before ordering, I asked if Iced coffee and Iced Mocha were available. She said yes to both items being available. It was over 15 minutes of wait yet no sign of anything. Had also ordered fries, which were super cold and tasted stale.So eventually cancelled the order and received a refund. The employee was courteous, though.Bathrooms were not clean and were out of paper!!!! :(Hope management reads this and fixes the issues.

On October 5, 2023 we stopped for a Happy Meal and Big Mac meal. Greeted by a young man who was in training but very nice. Waited in the store over 30 minutes for our order. While waiting the young men cooking were cussing constantly loud enough for customers to hear it. 5 to 8 young girl employees standing around doing nothing and cussing equally as much. The trainee apologized for it taking so long. Absolutely ridiculous for fast food to take soooooo long!! Disappointed in the young men and women and their behavior. NO customer service. These people need to be retrained.

Im Disgusted with this place. Stoped in to treat wife so she did not have to cook dinner, Give her a break becuse she takes care of me and the family all week.Orderd on app. Pull in Drive-thru .keept me waiting over a hour to get my order Which happend to be missing a Delux quarter pounder. Informed the guy @ window ans he looked @ my recipt and my order on app like a deer in head lights. Finally got his manager Lindsey fernandez who came from the back yelling @ people. To give me Attitude with out even knowing what was going on. After Arguing with her for a few minutes what seamed like hours. Because shes has the Intelligence of a 3rd grader. And dont listen even tho the facts are right infrount of her. She gives in and yells @ Employees to make the Burger. And tells me to pull up to the rails and it will be out. Waited another half hour and never got my order. I left in such a bad mood .decided to call and aske for there Corporate office were i got hung up on. So called back. Were i messed up and took out my anger on the poor guy that Answerd the phone who happend to be the cook. He talked me down and Apologized for his fellow crew members and seamed to Genuinely care he offerd to buy the buger and make it for me, for my troubles. But i Decline i was already home a half hour drive from this location. I think they need to clean up house and get ride of this worthless managers that are taking up Oxygen ,and Promote good Employees like the poor cook that i took my Frustration out on him.

After this most recent renovation the interior of this mcdonalds I am very impressed. The kiosk for ordering is pretty nice and I enjoyed the convenience of it.

The biggest turn off was the group of workers by the register using profanities. I asked them to stop cuz I had my kids with me, but regardless talking that way in a workplace is inappropriate. They messed up on a few items in our order, which I understand human error occurs, I just wish they would've asked when they ran out of the sauce we asked for instead of substituting the kids meal classic sauce for a spicy one.Otherwise the place was clean and modern. Looked cute.

big mack hamburgers were the size of a 50-cent piece and as thick as a 50-cent piece. they were put together like they threw everything at the box. not properly constructed. and no, they were not busy, one lady in front of us, and a few cars in drive threw. it took about 15 minutes to get the order. so my occasional trip to mds probably will not happen again.Parking: small lot. if you have anything bigger than a car, you will not find a spot.

Green chili cheese burger was a joke no green chili to be seen for 2.50 should of been a1.00 and the chicken sandwich was very dry no diet doctor pepper no refills the flurry machine is broken no surprise no condiments they gave us one napkin for four people we thought it would be a great place to start as we drove through our travels guess we were wrong normally I don’t do reviews but how do this time Kids walked him happy walked out sad
