The KFC in Las Vegas , New Mexico , 87701 is SOOOOOOOOO unprepared! We have to wait 20 minutes for a pot pie after 5:30pm . Most days they are out of chicken and almost everything on the menu ! KFC is out of chicken , Mac-N-Cheese and whatever else . I would rather go to Santa Fe every time I want KFC from now on .

Waste of time waiting in line. The drive thru cashier didn't acknowledge until I said hello. When I got to the window, he told me my total was $7.56, I gave him $8.00 and didn't bother with giving me my change until I mentioned it. He claimed they didn't have the exact change. He claimed it was only $.20, the exact amount was $.34. Next time, I'll just go to Subway, at the Love's Truck Stop.

Stopped here while passing through and it was a poor choice. They ran out of chicken so they started turning people away. They made my sandwich wrong but couldn't fix it because they had no more chicken. I ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and they didn't tell me until they already gave them to me that they were out of forks. They said I could eat them with a knife. Really? This place is a joke.

Passing through, went through the drive-thru, already 15 miles away and ready to eat, the chicken turned out to be so old and dry, it was as if been sitting under the warmer for days, wasn't even edible. Paid 30$+ for food that went straight to the trash.

They seemed angry that I dared to order food from them. Very passive aggressively handed me my order while not saying a word like an angry toddler whose parents wouldn't let them buy a toy at the store. The food was cold and the chicken strips I ordered were comically small which I'm assuming was intentional based on the aforementioned child-like cattiness on display. This place clearly has a problem. Don't waste your time.

UPDATE: I had to wait over a half hour to receive the correct order. The gentleman working was respectful and pleasant. However the other worker was not simply unkind but, actually hostile and confrontational. The female worker with glasses just gave me random food and said i Should be happy because it was free. I had tried to give the incorrect food back in the drive through. I finally walked in and the female worker with glasses shouted at me when I again requested what I ordered. I was given an incorrect order again. When I asked for the rest of my order the worker I discovered I had been incorrectly charged for the rest of the order and she said I should be happy with what I was given. I again asked that I be given the order I had originally requested and she said she needed to charge me an extra $2.49 for that. I respectfully complied and she FINALLY gave me the correct order WITHOUT a receipt. Worst service I've EVER received! On...NOV 11 4:25PM -5PMExperienced improvements in this KFC location. This time I was able to pay with cash and a training manager took care of my order very quickly kindly and efficiently. The food was fresh cooked well. Hopefully this continues just a little trouble in the drive-through understanding the orders

I feel like this location was bad 8 years ago when I moved and has only gotten worse. Dared to give them a try today as I was in town and of course many basic items were not “available.” I ultimately had to request a refund of my online order since they either have zero critical thinking skills or simply do not want the business. Site is also unkempt. The town deserves a better chicken QSR. I say don’t waste your time here - Sonic, McDonalds, Starbucks, Wendy’s or a locally owned restaurant is the way to go.

Decent. I order a meal with two sides I got my order & noticed they gave me only one. The girl behind the counter sighed annoyed & went to complete my order. I thanked her & she just turned her back. I was the only customer in the lobby. They were not busy between the 4 of them. One guy worker came back from what looked like a break with a pint. LOL!

The service was awful. The only has 2 people there and one person was doing all the work while the other guy was just sitting in the back. Then they were serving food in Tray covers. They only had 1 size of cup and no sauces what so over. The staff also mentioned that the owner never orders anything and they've been without plates for the past 6 months. In all honesty I think the main bosses from KFC need to come down and inspect everything and have a brand new owner that can manage it other than that I'd say the food was fairly good I'll give them that just no ingredients for most of the food so there mashed potatoes were unseasoned and they had very little chicken available. Trashcan were empty and very clean.

Usually I won’t leave a review unless I feel the need to do so. Overall my order was taken and I didn’t mind getting different items that were not what I asked. I initially waited 23 min and then whom I think was the manager.. a guy with colored eyes came to the window and was telling me it’ll be an additional 16 and I was like ok but he reviewed my order and I told him I had asked for original but the girl offered crispy and I thought it was because it’ll be sooner and I understand waiting trust me. But now it’s been 30 min since he told me 16 min and they have helped 4 cars and I’m still waiting here. I’m not sure if this will even get to the right person but this is kinda sad if you ask me. I know my money won’t make a difference but I was trying to feed my kids because they worked so hard this week with tests at school.. oh well there goes the 5th car and at this point I am going to drive away and just hope they enjoy the food I purchased because why wait any longer:( oh there’s the 6th car!!! Smh $55 or so down the drain!

Omg was the best ever. Employees were so nice food was great as always. But the 1/13/23 night crew was the absolute best had us laughing best service ever KFC you need more guys like this working your store. Man we must have told everyone about your KFC. Keep up the great work and fantastic atmosphere. We will definitely visit again Parking: Plenty of parking or hit the dive thru.

Haven't had KFC in well over a year. Stopped here while passing through. They were busy because of a power outage in other parts of town. We didn't mind waiting for our food, as we weren't in a hurry. They were out of my requested chicken, so they subbed, and charged for breast meat (i didn'trealizeit was an upcharge). A few minutes later, they were back to serving original. Had they asked, we would have waited to have our choice. The counter person was also working drive-thru, and stayed at the drive-thru window to take our order. With all the noise it caused us to have to shout back and forth, with several repeats on info and "what was that?" Exhausting just to order a meal. Their lemonade was quite good, and their coleslaw always is.

Wow!!!! Best KFC I’ve been to on this side of the US! Friendliest staff with little to no wait time, and had more chicken than they know what to do with. I hear they also feed the homeless for free at night. Great place, would eat again.

Coustermer service was good, but Wait time was not we were told it would be 16 mins took 45 mins I even left then came back and still waited 10 mins. On top of that forgot plates and utensils. I won’t be going back.

Worst experience with any restaurant in Las Vegas!!! Ridiculous waiting time even when I ordered online, when I arrived I was told to park and wait 15 minutes, as 30 minutes pass I see 5-6 cars grab their food and leave, general manager JULIE was horrible with communication and didn’t make me feel welcome, will not be eating here again especially with the bad customer service…

Went in a few months ago and didn't get everything we ordered. Decided to try again today because hey we all make mistakes. Bad idea. When I drove up they informed they were doing shift change and couldn't take my order. Ok fine. I get it. I asked how long it would take and wouldn't mind waiting. They said again, we are doing shift change we cant take your order. I ended up just driving off. However, I wondered how the owners or GM would feel about the staff turning customers away?
