Gallegos Tires I highly recommend. If you are looking for top notch service at prices that are reasonable , look no further. Gallegos Tires offer great customer care. They responded to my emergency situation quickly and really went the extra mile to provide excellent service and they charged a very good price. I was in a jam and instantly felt like I was in good hands from the moment I called. I couldn’t have been happier , and I so glad I found them. They have a customer for life in me! I can’t remember when I’ve have better service for a vehicle. Thank you Gallegos Tires, you really took great care of me.

This company did not have my tires in stock, however they ordered them and had them in the next day. They also fit me into their very busy day to replace my tire, and completed an alignment.

I accidentally told them the wrong tire size for my vehicle, they sent back the ones ordered, ordered the right size, and got them the next day. They weren't upset, super friendly and professional. My dog played with their puppy while we waited. All around, very nice.

We stopped for the night in Las Vegas NM. The next morning we found we had a flat tire. We had a small spare but it was also flat. We called around but couldn't find anyone opened on a SUNDAY. We called a tow truck company for tire repair and was referred to Gallegos Tire Shop. We called and got an answering machine with a message telling us we could send him a message. So we sent a message and received a call back shortly and was told that she would come and get the tire, which she did. She loaded the tire up and said she would be back in about 30 minutes. What service!!! We thought we would be stranded until Monday. Thank you so much!

My Dad was stranded with a flat over New Year's weekend. He was unable to find anything open until Monday. Gallegos tire shop was the first place that popped up when we googled tire shops. They advertise 24/7 roadside service and have great reviews. We called them and spoke to Jeremy who told us he would get back to us and never did. We called back a few times and also left a text message and never heard back from them. Disappointing to say the least.If you were out of town you could have told us when I spoke to you but instead you didn't and made us think you could help and then just ignored us after that.

Four years ago, my now-husband and I were on a trip to Albuquerque NM, my hometown. We got a flat tire, and the gentlemen from this garage helped us. Excellent customer service!
