The store itself is fine. The problem is they let people panhandle for money outside of the store and it’s freaking ridiculous. The dollar just doesn’t go as far anymore and it’s really despicable to walk out the store and have more people beg for money. Keep your store fronts clean.

Great store, just lately the cleanliness of the store has really gone down. As soon as you walk in the front door there's dirt from outside and you can tell that the Isles in the store are also not swept. That's kind of hard for the consumer because the Dollar Tree is a multi-million dollar company.

The branch here in Las Vegas, NM is a lot cleaner than the ones in Samya Fe or Albuquerque hands down. They definitely maintain the shelves and inventory way better than the others I've been to. And of course as always I went in for 1 item!!! But came out with 120 bucks worth of stuff. But their inventory is really gaining quality and diversity. As you can see the home and garden section actually rivals Walmart! I always love a trip to the Dollar 🌳 Tree and so do my kids! Haha! The ONLY down side is they raised the price from 1.00 to 1.25. And it really adds up. 🤑😬☹️

Went to dollar tree today, I was in shock over the filthy condition of the store. I asked the cashier what was going on? She asked me why and I told her I have never seen the store so disgusting, she told me I didn't have to shop there and that it was the customers fault. I was there for 5 minutes and I didn't do that to the store. I told her I couldn't believe she was blaming the customer. I told her to take some pride where she worked and clean the store. I hope this is a temporary situation as we don't have a lot of stores here and I would love to continue to shop there.

The condition of this store is appalling. It’s obvious not much work is taking place to stock accordingly or face shelves. Just a mess! Worst part though was the long haired brunette cashier with the worst customer service - just an all around rude little girl.

Terrible service. Long lines when people available to open registers. I was in a line when was told by store person to go to an unopened register. I did as well as a couple other people. Then the person walks past that register and goes to balloons and helps people in balloons when there are multiple long lines at the registers.Why tell me to go to a register if no intent to open? Why help people in balloons when multiple people trying to check-out? After waiting at unopened register, I asked her if she was going to open. "Yes, in a moment." yet continues to bumble around in balloons. Meanwhile the register lines grow longer, I have lost my place in line and would have been out of store if not told to move and have to wait for nonexistent service. So... I like spending my money where it is easy to spend it. Not easy to spend it at this Dollar Tree. Left the stuff on the register.Tried to contact corporate. No way to complain there. Bogus employee and bogus corporation. Can tell both from the employee and corporate lack of interest in feedback, that they care little about their customer base regardless of what blather they spout on corporate website. Not that I have an opinion. LolDollar Tree USED to be a favorite but terrible service leaves a terrible tastein my mouth.Bet the mask I was wearing would taste better. Lol

The store is bare I could not believe how terrible it was. Their order came in 2 days ago and is still boxed all over the store but nothing on shelves. I spoke with the store manager and she did not care, walked like a turtle like she had nothing to do. She said she was off after today for the weekend and that her staff would probably not put it out anyway but again she did not seem to care much. For a manager with a store in shambles she began to tell me that she has staff that have no working hours so seems to me the problem is not the employees but management. Too bad because we are a small community and depend on the store to feed our families. The manager had such a bad attitude and horrible customer service no wonder her employees are not working harder for her. They do what they see done..... Too bad she blames everyone but herself.

Everything is a dollar which is pretty cool. Generally can find a little of everything that can help with whatever you need. It’s all subpar quality as expected so keep that in mind. Can be cluttered and usually only one register is open and sometimes the cashier won’t be there either for whatever reason so you may stand in line for a couple minutes

Great products. Sometimes the price you pay will be the same or a bit more for the amount you get, compared to a big box store. However, the convenience makes up for the, sometimes, added cost.

Worked there for 6 years, it's a good store. They've recently enlarged the place, tile flooring, and added a frozen food section in the back. It's gotten better over the years.

Not bad.I mostly shop for items here. The store is not a dirty place and restrooms are clean. A little crowded at times because of stocking . The employees are friendly .
