If I could I’d leave NO STARS. Literally sat at the window for 20-25 waiting for our food. Girl was extremely rude taking the order. Asked her to give us a second at least twice, and she kept asking “is that all”. 5 people working and 4 of them just standing around. Doors were closed as of 8:15 pm! Order wasn’t complete and had to use the drive up window to bring it to their attention. (We had to WALK into the drive thru because the line was so long.) AFTER standing at the door for 5 minutes banging on it. Girls standing in drive thru window just kept giving dirty looks and then got on phones with, again, ONE person cooking and that person eventually bringing out the missing food items. Total time was about 45 minutes and I know there are cameras to confirm this. NEVER again will we go to this location.

Worst service ever. We waited about 8 minutes at the counter before someone waited on us. We all ordered chicken strip which comes with gravy. Got our food and there was no dipping sauce. Had to go back to the counter to be told they are out of gravy then was offered other dipping sauce. They then locked the doors on us because a bus drove up and they didn’t want to serve them. Which was a big fire hazard!! There was several other customers locked in besides us!! I will never go there again.

Bought an ice cream cake for my sons birthday and the frosting tasted like there was chemicals in it. Tasted horrible. So disappointed. Also when I went to buy it I had to wait for more than 10 minutes at the front for someone to even acknowledge me. I had questions about the cakes and wanted to see if they had different ones and no one knew if they had more in the back. The only they had that was the size i needed was frosted so horribly. All if the icing was smashed onto the side and looked awful. Horrible experience. I will not be buying anything from there again.

I was tripping on like 4 grams of mushrooms and knew I was going to need munchies at some point, but I couldn't really talk right I just pointed and they were really helpful and were able to the food I needed.Parking: There is a giant yellow duck that you have to shake hands with in order to park!

I had a terrible experience with both product and service last weekend. I ordered a cake in advance for my moms/brothers birthday. I called in advance to ensure it was ready for pick-up, I was told yes. Upon arrival I was told there were issues with freezer and it needed to be remade and I would have to pick it up later. This was very inconvenient but ok, fine. I go pick it up later only and the cake almost slid off the tray as it was being handed to me, clearly still not frozen. I take the cake anyway because I wanted it for the birthday(s). I froze it for additional 3 hours before cutting it, only to find a mess. Since when is there no cookie or fudge layer in an ice cream cake. Please let me know if you've ever seen anything like the photo below. I was very disappointed so I called to speak to manager, who needed approval from her superior to make this right. I was never called back. I grew up in Las Vegas and never experience this kind of service/product from Dairy Queen on 7th street.

CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE IS HORRIBLE!!! "Dom" as they named her had the worst approach. I believe I've left a review about the same young girl somewhere prior. Hiring folks that have such bad people skills really hurts the business reputation more than it doesn't. Shame on Dom for her irrational attitude at the window at 3pm today. I'd love to see friendlier employees engaging with customers rather than the -bad attitude, I hate my job- type people at the window slamming it closed to exaggerate their unscrupulous eye-roll. It's up to management to fix these errors. No employee should ever get away with such things.

The cleanliness of this location is gross. As soon as you walk in the floors are all sticky with dirty napkins and old receipts layed out on the floor, trash is piled high, drink stations and tables were dirtyMy family was sitting at one table where the bottom of the floor was all sticky and you could feel it sticking to our shoes.The girls working in the back were nice and friendly; however, there were no customers in the dining area or drive-thru, and your employees are jamming out to music just laughing and hanging out, when they could be doing other tasks, such as cleaning the area around them.If your dining area looks dirty, I can only imagine what the kitchen area looks like? It’s just not a good impression overall. No one is saying employees can’t have a fun, but they can still be productive.As far as the food, the burger wasn’t that great as it usually taste and my chicken basket fries and chicken tasted old. We were very dissatisfied and disappointed. I really hope y’all make some changes in the future,

I waited almost 20 min for them to write happy birthday ____ on a cake. They misspelled the name, put it in a filthy box that was too big for the cake (the only size cakes they had and the only size box they had). The box looked like it had water damage on it. The employee smashed the cake by the way he was holding the box when he handed it to me.

Always closed, management is very rude, cleanliness is bad. They close early, also with give kids meals milk from a gallon in Styrofoam cups instead of what is advertised on menu. Also saw a employee that was mopping floors put mop down and touch food with dirty hands.I wish Charlie and Liz never left there.

Charged us for sauce that was supposed to already come with the meal. Tried to charge me 3$ for water. I understand needing to pay for the cup but most places only charge like 10¢ in that regard. They had a completely empty building but like 8 people working, all looking about highschool age. Most of them were just sitting on the countertops and gossiping. I think it's fine to have a good time wherever you work but sitting on top of your work space in a food establishment just grosses me out 🤢.

This place sucks. By far the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. The woman in the drive through had a terrible attitude and sounded like they weren’t paying her to be friendly and provide good service. I ordered 2 blizzards and 2 chicken baskets, and somehow was charged and received 3 of each. I asked for ranch, I didn’t get any. I also got mozzarella stick bites that I didn’t ask for? When I got to the window they had me drive around through the drive through again to let the person behind me receive their food first. Never have I been asked to do such a thing at any other decent fast food establishment. The food was absolute garbage (complete with a few hairs!), it was cold tasted like it had been left out for a few hours even though I waited an additional 5 minutes (at least) for it to be prepared. Please do yourself a favor and save some money by never going to this terrible place. There are many other close by fast food options to choose from!

Every time we have come here our food has always been either made wrong or undercooked. You wait in line for half hour tops sometimes and get your food cold. The staff is very unprofessional and has a bunch of teens that have no respect and like to give attitude taking orders and give attitude at the window when told the food is incorrect. Don't even bother asking for a manager because the manager is also a child and disrespectfully back talks you and fails to give out there name. I have let corporate no about the experience with these employees and hope something is done about it. But for future advise I wouldn't waist your time or money going to this dairy Queen.
