If you're anywhere near Las Vegas New Mexico you must stop here! I was disappointed the day before because I did not see this restaurant before I bought the dinner I was going to eat. So I made sure that I was able to go in the morning to get their breakfast burritos! I'll be back through when the new restaurant's done, they're building it next door!

We had two green chile cheeseburgers🍔 with fries. Food is good, the service is slow when tons of people are waiting for their orders. The worst part is there is no shade outside so when the place is packed you can sit only in the sun 😔 4*because no shade outside and tables are not clean.

Unfortunately this restaurant that my family was really excited to go to caused us to leave highly disappointed and frustrated. We waited 30 minutes and our burgers were cold when received. When we brought them back to the counter to get remade, the manager, Robert, said “Oh, it’s like that sometimes. We’re making 50 burgers and it’s just like that.” He didn’t agree to remake our burgers and was highly disrespectful to us. We are never going back to this establishment.

I love Blake’s and this one is my favorite …. Great stop for a fresh burger and a cold drink 🥤. Betty and her crew serves it up so yummy and fresh ….. mmmmmmm my mouth is watering

quite possibly one of the worst changes ever to be done to a restaurant. multiple times ive gotten food poisoning from here. many many people have complained about the service. blakes corporate is a bunch of incompetent and greedy people. they ruined the management. they overworked and underpaid their employees and as a result have only about 3 or 4 good employees remaining. i personally worked here for a while and did witness the change. i also witnessed blakes corporate being unfair and rude to its employees. of course employees are expendable, so corporate doesnt bother to listen. do not eat here. for the sake of your own health. their ingredients frequently go bad and they still use them. BLAME CORPORATE FOR THE TERRIBLE SERVICE. know that anytime we had a proper working system that kept everyone happy, corporate went in just to ruin it all. on countless occasions this has happened. corporate is disrespectful and ignorant. do not visit this restaurant, unless u want food poisoning.

I was pretty disappointed the first time I went, and tonight my fiancee got us food again and got a "Frito" pie but it didn't have Fritos in it. But the first time I went the girl taking the order was a little rude and didn't seem to know what she was doing either. When we got up to the window 3-4 girls and one young man were all crowded in the back drive thru window giggling and drinking and eating and just messing around in general. Lobby was locked and we went a good 2 hours before closing and the first drive thru window was closed as well. For all the training that was supposedly done before the store opened they had time to mess around and hang out in the back eating and drinking but not finding other things to do and the food was cold when we got it. Not very impressed at the moment if I'm being perfectly honest.

Super expensive who charges 26 for 2 burgers. Food took long and there was no line ahead of me, when I received it the fries were cold and hard burger was also cold. I asked for no condiments and it seems like they put me extra. I then walked inside to talk to the manager and he didn't wanna hear it. Disappointed I'm never coming back.

This is a genuine New Mexico location. Full of green chile and nostalgia of the 50's. One thing this location could use is a revamping their seating area outside. It's been hot lately and without shade it's too hot to sit outside. This is why I prefer to call in and to take it home rather than stay in the heat.My favorite combo is the Itsaburger with green chile, bacon, cheese and regular fries with a seasonal shake. I like to mix it up and get onion rings too or a Nathan's hotdog. Most people don't go for the Nathan's hotdog but they are all beef seasoned with a recipe that originated in old country and brought to Coney Island, New York. They have a blast of flavor that's hard to compare.If you like soccer, Lotaburger also supports New Mexico United along with Meow Wolf another neat New Mexico treat. If you go to Meow Wolf in Santa Fe there is a Lotaburger close by too. They sell their shirts too if you're a foodie/soccer fan.The crew changes but thank you guys for dealing with us. Savanna, Brandon, Crystal, Carlos, Fries guy and bun lady... You are all valued.Kid-friendliness: They have a kids menu.

Came through at 11:40 am asked the gentleman behind the counter if we could possibly get a breakfast burrito still! He said yes! We were so excited nobody gave us a hard time and the guy had a great conversation with us! 10/10 hand down best experience.

BEST Hamburger I can remember. I previously rated the his a bad burger. MY BAD! I Ordered the most boring hamburger. Now that I know how awesome the LOTA burger New Mexico style WOW. I went in, greeted the counter person telling them I had heard about food and it is everything they said! Staff is the best around. They really seem to enjoy working there. When they get the new place that is being built next door! It will dominate the other places in town.

Stopped in to Blakes for lunch. There seemed to be some problem communicating with the woman working the register as one of the burgers didn't have chile or cheese on the order. Also, the frito pie we ordered ended up being chilli cheese fries. 😥Anyway, my burger with chile and cheese rocked. I tried the fries and they too were too notch.Empty your garbage cans and clean the tables periodically!

Haven't had Blake's in years, and this place didn't disappoint! The food was fresh, warm and tasted great! Service was exceptional as well. The tell tell was how packed it was and it wasn't even lunch or dinner time. Best burger and green chile I've had in years. Traveling through and we've never stopped in Vegas, NM. Will definitely make it a point going forward. A must try!

1st time visit.... no cash taken...credit card only...not posted anywhere. Order was wrong the first time....asked for refund so we could start over...nope couldn't refund...reordered both orders. Paid for both. The girl in the red shirt at the register was rude and didn't really seem to care. We recieved the second order...waited another 10 minutes for that original order because she failed to turn it in....the lobby was extremely dirty. Sadly disappointed.

I recently moved from Albuquerque to Las Vegas. I was happy to see a familiar favorite! Went in, everything seemed normal until it came to recieve my order of Breaded chicken combo with only cheese, green chili & bacon. They had to remake my sandwich 3 times!! The employees couldnt figure out how to just make it with green chili, cheese & bacon. I thank LotaBurger for being an E.O.E and staffing the whole place with developmentally challenged individuals.🍔🍔02/10/18 Update: Went to LotaBurger today & they got it right the first time! Thanks lunch was great! Up 1 star!04/17/2019 This location gets worse with time! Female with fresh arm tattoo prepares food with wound exposed. Manager with all the make-up gets high with crew in full view of customers. Food is never correct on my order. Coke dispenser needs a good cleaning! Soda tastes like mold. Down another star!05/30/2019 Eating here this morning was so depressing! Seemed like employee's were sobbing with a real funeral vibe. Never tried them before..Great green chili double burger, which we split! Drawback..WAIT..over 15 minutes. Didn't look crowded, but TONS of call ahead, to gos...which is definitely what I'll do next trip through. Funny note: I ordered coffee, and didn't get a cup handed to me..so after paid, receipt, I saw a cup sitting out on counter...I grabbed it, thinking she put it out for me. When I grabbed it, she snatched it back, and said it was for tips...No $ in it, or writing on it. ( still glad I didn't pour coffee in it)
