Drove in from Sierra Bonita after lots of coffee, water, and tea and was excited to see an Allsups where we could stop to use the restroom, get snacks and gas. When I went inside there was a sign on the bathroom door that said, "Bathroom closed sorry. Please respect that it's closed," so I took a picture and went to help my kids check out. A man, who I assume is the manager, saw that I took a picture and proceeded to explain to me customers are always welcome to use the bathroom, but they put up that sign cause there was someone smoking Fentanyl, I was welcome to use it. The cashier was very kind and had beautiful green eyes. Thought I'd write a review in case other paying customers were confused about the bathroom closed sign.

I am from out of State so I haven't had Allsups in over a year. First one we get to on the way in I call them 15 minutes beforeand to ask them to make 2 green chili chicken chimis and 3 been and beef fresh. She said she could make the green chili but not the been and beef, I would have to take what was there in the store. I said that was fine and we would be there. Got there and pumped gas, which took another 10 minutes because the pump was slow, and went inside. When I got inside I came to find they hadn't started cooking the green chili chimis, and they didn't even have any beef and been cooked either. Very poor service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Here at this location and the team member leader is disrespectful, very rude and dismissive of customer’s concerns. Instead addressing the issue, she just stares at you with a confuse look on her face like she doesn’t know what to do. She did a customer like that. It’s so sickening to see. Customers just want to be treated with a little curiosity and little respect why is so hard for these ppl now a days. Smh!

Went in to get gas and use the restroom. They said it's not a public bathroom. What kind of allsups has "private" bathrooms.

Both were extremely rude and wouldn't bother to help us because they were on their phones the entire time. I've always gone to this allsups being that I grew up near it, but i will never come to this one again while I visit my hometown.
