I just now had Walter—the super friendly head honcho/owner here—repair a leaky radial tire from my F150 (the spinning-the-tire-in-water technique revealed the air leakage; as Walter said, “You got bubbles, you got troubles!”). Walter did a top notch, quick job of locating and patching the hole punctured by an embedded, thin screw barely the size of a thorn (there must be a poetic metaphor in there somewhere). Cherry on top: he charged me what was possibly 1/2 of what I’d have had to pay in an Austin, TX tire repair shop. Super nice guy, excellent workmanship, & unbeatable pricing. Can’t beat that!

The owner and staff here are amazing, wonderful people. My fiancé and I were towed to their shop because our wheel came off while we were driving through on a road trip. Walter and another staff member stayed after hours on a Friday to help us get back on the road. We felt blessed to have had such good help in a time of stress. Outstanding shop !

Highly recommended. I came in with 3 tires (2 different vehicles) that needed fixed. Walter and his guy got right on it and got them fixed up. They are always very friendly and helpful when I go in. Very nice people. Between the price and the service here at A-1 Tire it's hard to get any better than thus in town.

We had a problem with our van on the way to a dog show. The owner of this shop went way beyond the call of duty trying to help us. We needed a part, which we had to have someone bring to is from Albuquerque and the owner even gave us his cell phone number and came back to the shop after hours to replace the part for us. They were extremely reasonably priced and courteous and friendly. Can't say enough good things about these people.

Had a tire blow out on my minivan on the freeway (I'm from out of state), and had 15 more hours to go on my road trip. After googling for a tire shop and calling, they got me in and out with a brand new tire put on in less than 30 minutes. Wow! Good price and great customer service.

Duran A-1 Tire is excellent! I had car trouble while driving and got stranded in Las Vegas and they were such help to me. Very friendly and personable, they in no way try and rip you off but rather make sure you get the best deal! Would definitely recommend.

My dad and i were passing through and unfortunately had a broken windshield so we pulled in asked and for advice in the right direction for a new wind shield. The gentleman behind the counter was more then helpfull he made multiple phone calls in the area and nearby cities and continued to offer his time and help. I would recommend this honest place of business to anyone.
