This plaza is a beautifully cared for historical square surrounded by buildings dating back to the 1800s. The park holds monuments and statues commemorating the history of the town.Currently the surrounding buildings are still functional antique and art galleries, restaurants, and the grand Historic Plaza Hotel.

Great place for walking, lots of live music take place in the park. Lots of historical art, shops and hotels around it. The breeze is amazing at 3:00 p.m. in June.

Neat place with tons of potential that has unfortunately been turned into a toxic waste dump by birds. Still recommend visiting if you haven't been but don't plan on using any of the benches or tables.

Our beautiful historical city and Plaza will take you back in time of Billy the Kid.Original and loved by all who visit. Patrick Swazie made our city his final resting place of peace.Come visit and then you can discover a Castle right outside the city located next to hot springs.

Not impressed. My wife and I waited to be noticed for about a half hour. We were looking for a man's gold wedding band as I bought my wife's engagement ring there last year, when they had a real nice observant and professional woman there who The store has many beautiful items but the customer service is lacking. Unless you know them?

I love the spirit of the Plaza Park. The history is tangible, you can feel the spirits of old. Many marriages have been blessed here. People have been hung here. Couples met dancing to authentic northern new mexican music. Check out a local restuarant or just stroll through... its a favorite spot of mine...
