This was the second time we've stayed here and we intend to include it in our itinerary on our trips to Texas. Very friendly and helpful employees. The grounds are exceptionally well-kept. I think they have someone working on the ground every day. Beautiful views of the mountains, and some of the sites are set up specifically for the views. It would be nice for me if there was some kind of shopping or restaurants within walking distance, just for something to do, but I'm certainly not going to ding them for that. They have a very nice, clean dog park with a couple things for agility. That was a lot of fun for our border collie as well as us!

Went there for like 3 items, found them and left, before the late Easter Egg customers came into store for last-minute things. Store was clean, the workers are helpful. One of items on my list I could not find, this young man took me too the aisle it was in, which I never would of thought to walk to that side of store.

The gentleman monitoring the Self Checkout registers a couple weeks ago was one of the best customer service providers I have encountered in a long time. (I usually order delivery.) He made checking out so much easier and more pleasant. He also put Albert's market's employees to shame!

I am disabled and your employee, I think his name was Atticus, before I could even ask he volunteered to load my groceries in my truck. Very courteous and professional. He's a keeper. Give that young man a raise.

One hour wait for one tire and nobody ahead of me. Tire was counter balanced and no anti seize was applied. First tech I talked to said warranty went by tread depth 2nd tech said it was by millage. Every time a new customer showed up all 3 techs stopped what they were doing and went and huddled to see what they wanted.

The worst curbside pick up experience ever. Waited 40 mins for just one vacuum cleaner to be picked up. Horrible!

Parking can be tough, and not everything is in stock. I would suggest that you join Walmart Plus to make your life easier. It cost about $100 a year, but they deliver to your home, and shipping is free.

Big shout out of Thank you to the Camera Security Officer's of Walmart at 1550 S Valley Dr, Las Cruces, NM that took care of me after a man hit the back of my left foot with his shopping cart at the exit door. He didn't know I was in front of him, because he had a big flat screen tv in his cart. The Security Officer's brought a chair out for me to sit, gave me several napkins to catch blood flowing out of my heal that was filling up my shoe, knew how to take care of anxiety attack, did accident report. When blood finally stopped, gave me bandaid & escorted me to the car. To which I sat in for several minutes to Pray & calming down to be able to drive back to the house.

Walmart is busy place on Friday Night and I experienced a lot of stuff out of stock on busy timing, good thing is they restock pretty quickly because on Saturday afternoon I find the things being out of stock on Friday night

Great clean store. I rated this store a five star only because of their employee Saul. He helped me find some plastic drawers that were listed online but not with the others in that proper area. As he directed me to lawn and garden I found the drawers there and price was stated 9.00 on all items in that shelf. When I was checking out, the prices jumped to $19.99. When I was told by Norma that they were not 9.00, I was told rudely that she could only give me one for the 9.00 posted price and the 2nd one 19.99. This pricing was not the customers fault, but it was the employees fault. I left the store disappointed. If all employees would be as courteous as Saul and knowledgable as he, this would have been a great out of town trip.

Had a manger lie to me when I asked politely if she had time to help me. Was looking for a pan they said it would be in baking if they had it on other side of store. No pans at all on baking side. Know your store and don’t reroute people because it’s not right. Will never come to this store again.

Actually got a real live cashier. Very pleasant. It was nice to deal with an actual person today, rather than have to work after going into the store, trying to get last minute items for dinner tonight. Thank you for having customer care

The self ckout didn't have plastic bags, you have to buy paper ones, so we just carried items out by hand, no one even ck the receipt

Horrible costumer service from the store supervisor at that they have things posted on the website and when u get to the store none of those products are available try to ask employees get rude reactions beat bet go to customer service center and wait to get some one you got security also asking u if ure their to start trouble they simps over their!

I really like the employees at this Walmart. They all have been trained in Customer service, all are friendly courteous and respectful I see the difference

There is a certain alluring perspective about this Walmart. With it being in being just off the interstate that makes it so convenient and just a couple miles from the I-25 interchange. But the service personnel and representatives are so kind and down to Earth regardless of what language you speak. They are patient and attentive. I live at the other end of I-10 near the NM - AZ border and this Walmart is my go to even with regard of the distance. To the Store manager of this location and your Department teams you are wise to have higher education those you have on your team from the door to the register, to the pickers for the pick-ups and tothe food stations this one of my favorite Walmarts in the nation and I have visited so many from US National coast to coast North, South, East and West! These are some kind and friendly representatives of Walmart...

Customer service needs to know that they are there to help the customers not gossip amongst each other. Also your floor employees aren't very knowledgeable about where things are. I'm 57yrs old and am Army retired Veteran and I've been treated very disrespectful at customer service Everytime I have to go return anything. Even though I always have my receipt. So I've resorted in ordering stuff from your stores so I don't have to put up with your rude employee's.

Update:Still probably the best stocked Walmart in town.This Walmart is probably the "best" Walmart that we have here out of the four. It usually has more things in stock. But still always with the employees in the way with those stupid blue carts. Wouldn't be bad if they would just get the stuff and move out of the way. But they have to roam the store together in herds and block entire aisles. When they aren't in herds they are just standing in the way staring at their phones. Then they get annoyed when you need to get by or grab something off of the shelve. I hate the sled check-outs, and now they have put in even more and made the checkout counters teeny tiny. If you have a lot of stuff, you need two carts so you can put your scanned items in a cart.

It's a Walmart 🤷🏻‍♂️. This is normally where I would end my review for a chain like this, but in this case... GO TO THIS WALMART AND NOT THE OTHER ONE IN TOWN. That one is... Not good. Just downright scary. I repeat- go to the S. Valley Dr. Walmart. Way better. Even if I'm by the other one I will drag myself all the way to this one.
