it's very clean and extremely well laid out. the produce looks very fresh and everything is a notch above their other locations. the prices are just as high but it's a great place to shop! But since when did they put locks on their nail polish and cosmetics???

Decided to go here for the 1st time a week ago, while my husband was in the hospital. The Walmart Neighborhood Market is located just down the street and I only needed a few things. I was so impressed with all aspects of this little gem. It was clean, everything I needed was available and everyone, from the customers to the associates were more than friendly. I also found management to be very helpful. And, even though this store is located across town, from my home, I went back to do my weekly shopping today. I was not disappointed. WMNM will now be my go to store for groceries...I love this store!!!

I had purchased milk perviously and wondering why it was already expiring the same weekend. I double checked the date before purchasing today and a whole row of milk on the shelf is 4 days past the expiration. double check your expiration dates before you buy here and step up your game walmart to make sure your not selling expired food

Milk is still on the shelf 4 days after expiration. Please trash or you all should've donated long ago versus trying to sell spoiled milk. Sales vs safeguarding its community from spoiled milk.

If I could give negative stars I would. I don’t appreciate the way my family was treated in your store today at 6:30pm at the self check out by one of your associates who helped with register 11. Since not one person in any department wanted to pick up the phone to connect me to a manager except for Gerald in grocery pickup (who was very nice) I have to post this review. I had multiple departments pick up and immediately hang up before I could even request a manager. I will update my review if my issue is resolved by management.

Update to my update:Still horribleUpdate: No changes. Still noisy, dirty, and never stocked.When this location first opened it was really nice, but it has quickly declined since then. It is always loud and dirty. I used to be able to run in real quick and find the few items I needed and get home. Now it is a waste of time to even go here. They don't ever have items stocked, but yet there are always crates stacked with boxes wrapped in plastic. They only have one check out open at a time with the lines backed up to the shopping aisles. All the employees seem to be standing around by the candy aisle/pet area talking to each other.

I absolutely love this pint-sized Wally that has everything you need for MOST shopping trips. Compact, easy to find things, excellent staff, even a bit of holiday decor and candies. Pharmacy, too! And deli! Just a clean, wonderful store.

This is a really likable and pleasant grocery store and gas station/convenience store combo. Almost anything you need is readily available. Has a nice deli and bakery and a good selection of liquor, wine, and beer too. Also plenty of housewares and kitchen and bath supplies. Its very clean and staff are friendly and always willing to help. A+

They wouldn't sell me alcohol because I had my 13-year-old son with me. He didn't have an ID 🤣 I guess if he did I have an ID they still wouldn't sell it to me because he was only 13 and he's a child! Pretty silly.

I shopped here for many months mainly because the people working there were quite friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the management of the place is totally out of contact with the needs of the customers and don't appear to care. The store was quite user friendly until recently when a decision was made to completely change and rearrange the layout and remove a very user friendly center cross isle. More shelving was added and isles narrowed. Not much new product was added but more of the same stuff added. The narrow isles are now filled with store employees pushing around large carts filled with tubs in which they are placing items for people who apparently don't want to have to endure the inconvenience of coming into the store. They have also taken up a large section of the parking lot with special parking for order pickup. None of which was being used when I last stopped there to shop. I had to ride around the parking lot until someone left to get a parking place. As I approached the building the entrance was blocked and everyone had to go in the exit. No shopping cart were available there or anywhere. I turned around an returned to my car and left. There are many other stores. I usually spent a couple hundred dollars a week here, but not any more. I have never left negative feedback ever, but the stupidity here is so profound, I felt it was a must.

Walmart neighborhood market is clean. Smaller then the super center. Has a nice selection. It is configures like a neighborhood market. Their is ample parking. It is well lit and a good shopping experience. I do want to encourage them to pay their workers better and to consider solar carports. Walmart Parking lots across the United States equipped with car ports could do a lot to decrease their carbon foot print.

This store the past 3 years been my go-to for groceries, however, after today, I will shop at Fiesta Foods or Albertson's. I was in the store at approx 10:30am today (Thursday, Sept 28), and when ready to check out with my basket full of groceries, found no lines open but "Self Check Out" . When I asked the manager if any lanes were open with a cashier, I was told no. No explanation, no apology, no courtesy whatsoever. I was fortunate to find a nice young woman in the office area who checked me out, and I did appreciate it very much. If Walmart wants to have self-check out lanes, then a discount should be given to the consumer for being his/her own cashier and bag person. Ridiculous. I later learned there ARE cashiers, however, they were all at lunch.. at the same time. The managerial staff at the Walmart Neighborhood Market in Las Cruces needs some intensive training in customer service. My review will also be submitted to Walmart home office in Bentonvilled, Arkansas.

They deliver my items satisfactorily. Produce is always great. Frozen items have been great. Their stock has been sufficient. Staff members are good. Manager cares about the deliveries. They've been great.

I wish it could be zero stars. My husband went to buy me my cigarettes from here and asked for Marlboro menthol ultra light 100's or silver. The lady gave him gold and said yes this is it. He doesn't smoke so didn't realized they were wrong till he called me from parking lot. I know smoking is bad but for a smoker that is trying to quit ultra lights are the weakest ones and the gold are lights and too strong. He went back in to try and exchange them and she told him oh yeah we don't carry those I try and give the next best thing. Why would you not say we don't carry those instead of giving him a different and stronger kind. So now I have smokes that I get to throw away bc they are too strong because an employee who took it upon herself didn't just say we don't carry those. Just not right. Just say you don't have them don't try and substitute for something that is not the same.

I used to hate, no well at least seriously AVOID Walmart AKA the great Satan, but I have converted. It so convinced and they have a great selection for a smaller Walmart. It organized so you can get in and out quickly , there's also a pharmacy and gas station and they sell a good selection of beer, wine and booze at good prices. So I have enjoyed shopping there. They have surprisedly gluten free and vegan and vegetarian items too. There's a few, not many but it was a pleasant surprise.

First, I like this Walmart because it is small, but they really need to work with some staff members when it comes to customer service. I use the Walmart app and prices sometimes are cheaper online then in the store. As a customer, if I ask can you honor the cheaper price online, i don't need the staff to be rude and tell me you will honor the price this time because it is only a 4 cents different but if it was more you would not.Really?

Needed an eyebrow pencil. Makeup locked up. Went to cashier at front of store and asked for assistance. She said she would be right there with the key. I went back to makeup aisle and waited several minutes. She never showed up. I hollered for a Walmart employee to help me. Was chastised by another employee for not asking politely. Was also told that locking items up saves money due to shoplifters. What a bunch of bull____! I DID ASK POLITELY FOR ASSISTANCE IN THE FIRST PLACE!

They rearranged the entire store for my shelving so it’s harder to get around and when waiting to check out there is nowhere to stand except in everyone’s way. The parking lot now has a lot of spots for pickup orders so there are less places to park. Used to be a great store now it’s just hostile design that makes me avoid the place

What a nightmare for pickup! Under construction, horrible mixed up to no signage for pickup. No one answers pickup # nor main #. Had to ask employee coming out of store for directions to pickup area. Then after circling pickup area for none existant entrance had to ask another employee how to get into pickuo area. To be told that the only way to get into the pickup area was to enter road that has 2 large red signs stating, DO NOT ENTER in Bold letters! Who ever is in charge of this needs to fix this nightmare.

There's a lady named Patty who works there. Patty is a gem. She really cares about people and the human experience. She treats people so kind. That's a rare event in retail these days, especially a Walmart. Shout out to Patty!!!

Three times I have used store pickup and have had my order sliced in half because they say the items are not in stock. I parked my car and walked in and the very exact items are sitting on the shelf. Absolutely pointless to use this service. Walmart is also now charging a $10 fee for weight on most orders for delivery as well.
