I came in past 3am and had amazing customer service from two employees. (Samantha and Angelica) they were both super friendly, caring, and helpful! Samantha went out of her way to help me find items I was looking for. And Angelica was super helpful and patient with helping me print a document. It was overall a great experience! Thank you both Angelica and Samantha for your above and beyond customer service!

I would not give this a rating at all, but it doesn’t let you not put a rating so I had to choose one. We only come here because it’s close to home but it’s frustrating when they have a faulty system the system tells you that your prescriptions ready and then when you come to pick it up, you’re being told it’s not ready until the next day. That’s a very frustrating when it’s blood pressure medication or antibiotics, let’s not mention the long wait in the line with only one cashier dispensing medication‘s. I had went to pick up a certain medication because I was told it was still going to be ready today only to get there and I’m told it’s not ready but I have three other prescriptions ready which a week ago. I told a gentleman that I wasn’t picking up two of those and I was only getting my antibiotics. I was given my antibiotics , why is it when I go today to pick up that certain medication I’m told my antibiotic is ready for pick up when I already picked it up a week ago and I feel so bad for the lady who is dispensing tonight I’m sure she felt frustrated as she probably felt like I was upset with her it’s not her as a individual. It’s the faulty system you guys have it sucks big time and not only that my husband always gets 90 day supply with three refills and you guys are always giving a partial a 10 day prescription and they will be come back for more. You guys always need a doctors approval when that doctor already sent in a 90 day supply with three refills. This pharmacy used to be great and it’s not so great anymore. Be prepared to wait in line for an hour and be prepared to pick up meds that you don’t need and when you do need certain meds they’re not ready.

This place is pretty awful tbh. ITS NOT THE EMPLOYEES, it's those two useless/spineless MANAGERS THAT REFUSE TO WORK WITH CUSTOMERS IN ANY CAPACITY! Time and time again, I see the smaller girl or smaller guy working the pharmacy and THEY ARE ON IT. IDK why it's take MANAGEMENT SO LONG TO OPEN ANOTHER LINE?!? I called one of them out on it and I got,"Someone will be right with you" WHAT?? YOU HELP ME, THERES A LINE TO THE BACK OF THE STORE AND YOU CANT BE BOTHERED TO DO A BASIC EMPLOYEE FUNCTION?? Overall, don't blame the employees, BLAME THE MANAGERS and don't be afraid to call them out on it.

I went into Walgreens to buy cards and some makeup. One of the female employees was sitting on a stool in the aisle of the cosmetic dept. Never once greeted me or asked me if she could help me. I got to the cashier and he too was aloof. The lipstick I got was not the price that was on the sign above the rack. When I questioned the price he asked me if I still wanted it- I told him the price and asked him to check. The one on the stool actually had to stand up and look - it was ONLY a certain color that was on sale. How I was supposed to know that is beyond me. Maybe if she had gotten off the stool she could have helped me to know that. No "sorry for the confusion" no customer service !! Oh- I forgot- customer service is only a thing that old people know about!!! Won't go to that Walgreens again- I might bother the "help"

TLDR: If you come here, you're in for a bad time. Prepare to feel like you're suddenly in an inner-city ghetto. This place is a garbage fire all around. Anyone saying different either is insane or a fake reviewer.They try to run me off from the pharmacy. No other pharmacy anywhere else that I've lived made me feel like a total A-hole for showing up willing to politely wait for my RX to be filled at their earliest convenience whilst I wait there. This one does, and in rude fashion. Its made clear on *every* visit that my presence is an unwelcome nuisance.I come in: "I'm here, they're not, please fill it, please take your time, you look so stressed and overworked, I'll wait." The way they openly loathe me for simply showing up wanting to pick up my medicine so I can function in my life. This overnight pharmacist was solo handling a legion of customers in the drive-through and in the inside of the store. I feel for him, truly, but my empathy has limits. I sincerely despise the management for allowing these conditions to fester. It's a pathetic circumstance here.My sympathy truly goes out to the clearly disgruntled graveyard-shift pharmacist. I can tell he's a nice man deep down, but this place is dragging him down at a freefall, and he's a bit bitter and rude in delivering the aforementioned 'I don't want to fill your RX, I don't want you here' vibe.What I don't know is why an educated and skilled individual would work at this nasty place that's so obviously wearing him down. Dude makes me feel regret for coming in to fill a prescription that I need, but anyone can easily tell that it's the store and the management that is failing both him and their customer's.I've witnessed them allow very unsightly homeless (the kind that yell at invisible people all night out front of the store) to come inside to warm up and walk the isles. Tonight I saw one walk in that I identified as, 'probably-definitely a criminal coming in to steal something,' who barged in, nearly plowed me out of his way, and set off the door alarm ON HIS WAY INSIDE!Anyway--I am eager to never return here. This place reminds me of inner-Baltimore City, and that's real, real bad. Utter indifference and lack of pride or care.Again, the night pharmacist clearly has no business here, and has the skillset to find himself anywhere else, probably could be paid better too, but what do I know. This dumpy store is driving the poor guy to the brink where he tries to run me off.

The Pharmacy inside this Walgreens is horrible. Any other Pharmacy in town you are better off going. The employees are rude and dismissive and not helpful whatsoever. Chewing gum and popping it while talking to customers horrible.

Really long wait time.... More like a waste of time waiting in line that long for them to tell you your medications are not ready for pick up EVEN though I called ahead of time before leaving to pick them up only to be told at the drive through window that they were NOT done!! Omg how frustrating what's the point of even calling and asking the pharmacist!

They put every pill on auto refill it seems unless it's one you want. You cannot return prescriptions. I have to call them and it's happened more than once where I tell them no to auto refill a medication and they do anyway and I've cancelled prescriptions that were supposedly turned off auto refill but they were processing it and they still filled it. I usually ask my husband to pick up our rx refills but he ends up getting and PAYING for rx we don't want or use because I tell him I cancelled the ones we don't want or that they are not on auto refill and they are AGAIN. Which is just money down the drain. It is so frustrating! I would suggest not using them if you can help it.

I waited in line for an hour just to be told that my insurance was invalid. I come back the next day and then all of the sudden I can’t use a digital copy so I’ve wasted another hour and have to go inside and wait IN THE LINE INSIDE. Ridiculous.

The longest wait in a line you will ever experience God forbid you have to wait in both lines you'll be transported to pergatory and you will suffer other than that costomers and workers stressed and overwhelmed lol and the drive through lol gas up before hand lol like waiting on a 1 mile train going 1 mile and hour please God get em some more workers lol we know what it is and more space like 8 people back their tweaking you'll need a zanex after ure visits I was sat down and called back up four times one visit lol 🤣 just get ready to wait lol they do the best they can lol 🤣

Today was my last day as a Walgreens pharmacy customer. I understand that it's not the fault of the individual employees in the pharmacy, but it's the fault of a faulty system in place that is ineffective, inefficient, and outdated, but also prioritizing profits concurrently. It should not take at least half an hour to pick up a prescription when the prescription, which should be adequately labeled and stored in a labeled bin based on category/date/etc., is difficult for the employee to find.

I have been in here many times, but this is not my normal Walgreens. This time: however, my experience was not good at all. First, the store is really dirty and spells bad. Second, there was a really long line at the front and I only had a couple of things. I asked an employee stocking shelves if she could check me out at the make up counter because I had lotion and mascara. She would not help me. Finally, I waited in line for over 5 minutes before they brought another checker to the front. This store really needs attention and pronto.

Ghetto dumpster-store, dirty and understaffed. Loitering/meandering sketchy people, homeless, hood rats, and trashy folk call the parking lot and store home. Pharmacy is slow and turns people away while they’re filling prescriptions for people that aren’t even there. I have never felt safe nor happy to be at this location.

Do not waste your time. This is not the only compounding pharmacy in this town as some doctors will lead you to believe, and despite being a 24 hour pharmacy they don't fill prescriptions in a timely manner either. This pharmacy was supposed to fill a prescription for me last night and it's 11 a. m. now and they still haven't made the effort to transfer the prescription. I had it sent to Mesilla Valley pharmacy instead because they never leave me or my family waiting or without medication the way this place has. Support local businesses and quit feeding corporations that don't care about you.

Pharmacy Review. I have been in the pharmacy three times in the last week and I've been blown away by the behavior of some pharmacy staff. It is beyond unethical - I'll summarize tonight as one example. Tonight I noticed that the line of cars for the pharmacy was over 10 deep, so I went inside instead. There was a long line inside too, so I had lots of time to see what was going on. The woman taking care of the drive-in window showed absolutely no respect or regard for the patients she is serving in the drive through. These are people in need of their medicines they are not just customers, they are patients!!! She walked away from window for 5 minutes at a time doing next to nothing for long periods - just joking and goofing off, at one point she openly joked about a customer who had just come off the phone (in front of other customers) - laughing from one colleague to the next as she told them same joke about the customer outside to each employee as the inside customers all listened to her laughing at the customer. She then told another customer she was looking for their script... as best I could tell, she simply went out of view for about 5 minutes, got distracted by another persons question and never looked for the script. As best I could tell she never even looked for the damn script (and that was probably after the person had spent 40 minutes in line waiting to get to the window) and the sent the customer away. Other employees appeared nearly as unengaged - often 2-3 of them standing around register looking confused or just chatting. If I thought the long waits were just because they were busy, I would totally understand, but now I can see this is just utter chaos and the long waits outside our a result of lack fo care, respect, or basic service on the inside.My family and I have worked with this pharmacy for 19 years... never seen anything like this before... no more. I have one more script to get tomorrow, I'm thinking about taking videos of this crew sending them to the local paper... then again, I'm not even sure I should trust the script in my bottles. This place needs an intervention.

Came to pick up prescriptions, long line! I’ve been in line for an hour, still 4 people ahead of me. 3 windows, only 1 person working the window and 1 the drive up. The person working looks confused. No sense of urgency! Where is the manager? Why no one else to help? This place has really gone down…. Absolutely insane! If manager doesn’t care who else can we talk to?

Absolutely the worst experience getting my prescriptions filled. All employees there do not know what is going on, they are giving out misinformation and wasted my time. I had to get three perceptions filled, one being a pain medication which I desperately needed; and at first the girl up front told me that they can fill all three and they would be ready at 3:00 pm. I come back at 3:45pm and then they tell me that not only are the prescriptions not ready but that will not have my pain medication (the most important medication) they said that i they cannot fill that prescription due to the ER sending the fax to the Lohman location. On weekends the Lohman Walgreens is closed. Not one single employee at this Walgreens told me that I would have to call the hospital so I can get the Dr to rewrite the prescription to be sent to their location. I have to find out going later at 5 where the individual helping was extremely rude and was not helpful. This employee then told me that the prescriptions are not going to be ready until 6:00pm, she then ended the conversation by saying “ did you needed anything?” Without me even being able to ask a question as why there is such a delay in my medication. I come back at 6:00 just for another unprofessional employee to tell me the prescriptions are not ready until after 7:00pm. In total I have come back 4 times today, and all visits I have been told my medication is not ready. This has been by far the worst interaction with Walgreens pharmacy, and I am left without my pain medication. I am not prescribed pain medication for funzies Walgreens, there are some people out here that are experiencing pain due to medical issues and the only thing Walgreens has to do is fill the prescription, which they have failed to do. I will not be placing any other prescriptions here in the future; the absolute worst experience. I hope no one goes here for their medication because I do not wish this experience on anyone! RIDICULOUS.

Not the employees fault, but this Walgreens has so many homeless in the area stealing the shopping carts that they don’t have any for the customers. At least that’s what I was told when I asked where they all were.Have fun if you’re getting anything like a few cases of water etc.Also I used the drive through pharmacy once, and it was the slowest I’ve ever been to anywhere hands down.Gave it two stars instead of one because the employees are all nice.

The pharmacy staff gets enjoyment out of making people miserable, and the current pharmacy manager is the ring leader. I have never met someone so rude and unwilling to help people until Candace took over. I never had any unresolved issues before her. I wish corporate would deal with the rude staff at this location. Horrible ! It should be negative stars. The pharmacist, should also not be able to make decisions on filling prescriptions based on their personal feelings of someone. When there have been NO overdose issues, I have been in the medical field for 23 + years and am engaged to a federal agent. Someone's personal issues should not determine whether they decide to fill a prescription and using intimidation or other factors to stop other pharmacist in the same location from filling them if flat out wrong. The manager needs to be fired NOW.

My Physician called in my prescription at 11:23 this morning, 5 hours later it’s getting dark no prescription for infection and pain!Not going out in the dark unsafe in your location so pain and infection will spread!Why ask for my phone number and NEVER GETTING THE JOB DONE!Really wanting to buy something for Seniors advertisements never getting the medication I need all day!WALGREENS DO YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR LOYAL PATIENTS? Cruel, heartless, shame on you! Hope you go to bed in pain infection spreading like I have to tonight!!!!

This location definitely needs to do something about the wait time thru the drive through!!!! Customer who are having issues with their prescription need to go inside! This should be pick up n move on! This has been happy for years here!!!! MANAGER NEEDS TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT TJID ASAP
