Love this place! The staff is always helpful and ready to go above and beyond! Talk about *above,* I saw a bird trapped in the shrink wrap around the boxes near the ceiling, and found Cris to see if the manager would help. Cris finished with his customer and came out to help, himself!When he opened the wrap, *four* birds flew out! Freeeeeee! Lovely experience!I don't want to forget Mitch, also! He helped us find an old style gold faucet to match in the bathroom of our 35-year-old house. He ordered it right there to ship to our house! We could have just moved on and bought elsewhere but for his friendly service!

I had a delivery of mulch, fertilizer from abq, no trucks in front of me, (7:30am) receiving had two associates working, wouldn’t unload due to the fact it said I had a 1pm appt, really, nobody now days can go the extra mile, it probably would have taken 20 minutes at most, the to use the restroom urinal out of order, HELLO, your a hardware store

If I could give zero stars I would, the workers at this Home Depot are awful!! I ordered online and paid for delivery from the store since the item was too heavy and big for me to pick up myself. Got a message saying it was delivered but no package! They delivered it to the wrong address! And after being on the phone with them for ever they were supposed to call me back but never heard from them! Had to find a truck to use and have people help me get it to my house. Never getting anything from this store again!

Online order to arrive on/about May 11. Has not arrived 5 days later. That is a mild annoyance. What really irks me is the tracking doesn't work. I can't cancel since supposedly already shipped, but I will return it to the store and reorder from Amazon---or maybe Lowes! Cheaper too!PS: Now 10 days late. HD advises tracking number had an error and requires further investigation by HD. Talked to HD twice requesting cancellation. Both times HD agreed to cancel order and return funds, but the site still shows this as an active order.Don't know how long I'll need to wait to get my money back.

Dominic went out of his way to help me. He approached me and asked if I needed help. I didn't have to go looking for someone to help. He was cordial, professional and friendly.

NOTE: It is pretty hard to get a TWO STAR REVIEW from me. You really have to work hard to get less than a FOUR.I just needed to have some keys cut for a customer. The “help yourself check out monitor” near the key machine told me she would get me someone to cut the keys. After about 15 minutes, I looked at her, and she was having a good laugh with another Home Depot employee. They both saw me looking, and started walking toward me. I smiled and said “alright! You’re the key guy huh?!” He responded, with a disgruntled tone “ No…but I have to do it, I guess. I have no idea where the key person is”. So he cut the keys with an obvious attitude that he was not happy about doing someone else’s job. I told him “Thank you, have a nice day!” His response was…no response, just walked away. I drove five miles to my customers house, and that’s right, the keys did not work. Totally failed to deliver a quality, functional product, and the attitude of initially ignoring the customer, then being a person who hates his job, tells me that Lowe’s will be my go to in the future.

It's a home Depot like every other home Depot. Depending on the time of day, you may or may not find someone who can help you. You may or may not be able to find the part that you were looking for. The locations of items are usually within 10 ft of where they claim they are. This company needs to spend considerably more money hiring staff to sort and put all of the parts and pieces in the correct bands, it makes things difficult to find.

I really enjoy shopping here you find everything you need . The garden department is one I love right now it has all kinds of flowers . Destiney gets all the stars she when out of her way to help me .She also was very kind to direct me to the swamp cooler paths . Great service ,well stocked and clean

They have policies that they do not tell their customers about. They put them on papers given to you at the time of delivery but there is a whole stack of papers and they intentionally put bad business policies in small font. They sell customers damaged appliances for full price and refuse to help customers get these appliances replaced. Overall bad business ethics and careless customer service. Would not recommend giving this company your debit or credit card information. They will rob you

The lack of care and empathy that the staff displayed towards disabled customers was disheartening, and I feel compelled to share my unfortunate encounter.My visit to the Las Cruces Home Depot was an exceedingly frustrating and discouraging one. From the moment I entered the store, it became apparent that the staff had no regard for customers with disabilities. Basic accessibility features, such as ramps, were poorly maintained, making it difficult for me to even navigate through the store independently. The aisles were cramped with merchandise, creating obstacles and limiting maneuverability for those with mobility impairments.Furthermore, when seeking assistance or clarification on product locations, it was clear that the employees were ill-prepared to handle the needs of disabled customers. The staff seemed uninterested and untrained in accommodating individuals with disabilities, often brushing off requests for assistance or giving vague and unhelpful responses. It felt as if they were inconvenienced by my presence rather than committed to offering the assistance and support that Home Depot should provide.Sadly, my experience was worsened by the dismissive and uncaring attitude of the management when I reached out to voice my concerns. Despite politely expressing my frustrations, I was met with a lack of understanding, empathy, and any attempt to rectify the situation. This disregard for my concerns only reinforced the impression that disabled customers are of little importance to the Las Cruces Home Depot.Customers with disabilities should not have to struggle or be made to feel like a burden to employee or management. Basic accessibility measures should be a given in any establishment, especially a major hardware store like Home Depot. It is beyond disappointing to see this location fail so miserably in meeting these expectations.In conclusion, I urge Home Depot's corporate management to directly address the treatment of disabled customers at the Las Cruces location. Imposing strict accessibility standards, offering proper sensitivity training for staff, and actively seeking feedback from disabled individuals can go a long way in creating an inclusive and welcoming environment. Disabled customers, like any other customers, deserve dignity, respect, and equal treatment throughout their shopping experiences. Sadly, the Las Cruces Home Depot utterly failed in this regard.

Clean restrooms, well stocked store, all isles were nicely faced. Was asked 2 times by different employees if I needed help. Cashier very efficient and. Friendly. Did not see anyone outside helping customers load bulky heavy materials.

The Home Depot in Las Cruces is always clean and the service is friendly. They have a good selection of the products that you need most often and if you need to order something it comes quickly or ships conveniently to your door. I have used their online purchase to pick up at the store and that has always gone flawlessly with items brought easily out to my car.

I had a refrigerator delivered on 6-10 and I was very happy with the delivery service. The delivery arrived promptly and was handled with care by two movers, Angel Sifuentes and Carlos Rodriguez. They did an excellent job taking care of my order and removing the old appliance. Great service!

I don't normally write reviews. I am African American. I returned flooring last week and customer service return people choose two others before me standing there. There is no logic to who is selected next. Today, December 26th, I received a text to pickup product. The sign states returns here. I stood on the other side and told to move 9 feet to return area. The return people let 2 individuals jump in front of me! Also I was told nothing was here for pickup! I said here is my text. Finally it was found. If anyone is wondering my wife is German Irish.This place is worst than any Home depot in the nation. I have been to 28 States.

This Home Depot locals a nice clean store with most staff friendly and knowledgeable. My one complaint is that they are forcing patrons to self-checkout. I am not supportive of self-checkout lanes. It removes the personalization of the stores experience and interaction. We are humans and social creatures, and in this age of constant advancements in technology solutions, we are becoming more and more alienated from personal interaction. And for the high prices, I believe we deserve a real human person to enhance our checkout experience. They are part of the face and interactions with the merchant.

Handicap parking was a long walk. Staff and checkout was excellent. Had the nylon washers in stock and the drywall fasteners. Check out was fast and friendly. Curbside pickup works very well. I've used it several times.

Had to ask 3 different associates to help me. Just to find out l had to order online. When working in customer service and your not sure where items in your store are help the customer find the item so next time you the associate will know where the item is next time your asked. It shows the customer that you care we need to get back on doing things this way again.
