Although this store supports an amazing cause I just could not fathom spending $30 on a stained piece of very used clothing. It’s nice to see this store does not throw away ripped and stained clothes but to charge so much for it is unbelievable. I was not able to find anything in this store for a reasonable price, yet I desperately wanted to support the cause, but the stuff just was not worth so much money especially in this economy. I really think this store would make more progress if things were fairly priced for what they are, even with discounts this store is crazy expensive.

I wanted to like this store but whoever prices target brand at $18 needs to do more research. Also not recognizing reproduction items and pricing them as if they were vintage.Bonus, 🐸 ☕️ if your in the pet section you can hear employees talking about how stupid people are for donating high dollar items from their relatives who have passed.

Called for a donation pickup Friday Oct. 27, 2023. Gave all the info for the pickup, name, address, phone number. Was told they can pickup on Nov. 2, 2023 and that they would call for a pickup time. Never received a call. I called and was told I was not on the list. No pickup until Nov. 9th. They need to have more competent people taking info. Very disappointed. Now everything must be brought back into the house.

The women who work here are often very rude to customers. There was one manager (who seemed newer) who tried to step in when the workers were not very nice and I appreciate her help. From what I have observed the ones who have been working here for some time are frequently catty & unfriendly. Too bad since its for a good cause.

The best in town! I moved here 8 mos ago. I like the idea of buying repurposed items and supporting a good cause. This store has the widest array of merchandise, is well organized and the staff thoughtfully presents the items, How can anyone complain about clothes being 80% off except the Boutique items? I can get shirts, pants, sweaters for less than one pays at a rummage sale. Highly recommend.

I have shopped here and donated to this place. It is very clean for any resale store, sometimes the prices are a bit high, but it is going for a good cause. I won't donate to anywhere else in the area. Nice friendly people work there.

I called...left message. No response. I emailed. No response. I wanted to donate cat food, unopened insulin and syringes, after I recently had to put my Charlie to sleep. In the past I tried to donate food.....no response. I worry about the animals at Safe Haven.Will donate to Dona Ana Animal Shelter instead.What is sad....there is no emergency animal care in Las Cruces. Do the animal shelters here really care?Don't think Safe Haven does.

You can find things here and there if you really look. Not the greatest place for clothes, but can find some other cool things like knick knacks, decor pieces, etc. The only thing is there is one cashier with some kind of purple hair that is not the nicest, with a voice level at 100 volume at all times. Very off-putting.

Great place, super friendly staff, great low prices for great products. Best thrift store in Las Cruces, in my opinion! Had a better selection and prices than the goodwill store, which is just a shame for goodwill! Staff has always been friendly everytime we went in. Helps us find what we need, and the discounts are great! Even for people who are unaware of the different discounts offered, they tell you about it without having to inquire. Once we went, as we are not from this area, and they had some sale going on, they told us about it, and saved us some extra cash! Super friendly people. We stop here often when passing through Las Cruces, in fact it is the only thrift store we return to often.

Quality thrift store! Everything is laid out really well, very organized. Prices range drastically but I found a few cool treasures! A majority of the store is more clothing focused. Worth checking out ☺

I've been here twice. I find their prices high. However, the place was packed last time I was in there (March or April 2021), so I guess maybe the prices are good for Las Cruces. I didn't buy anything. There was nothing there I needed for the price they were asking.

Used to be one of my favorite thrift stores when I lived here and would always stop by to find unique treasures. I give it 3 stars though because the staff is just not friendly. They make you feel like you are a bother. Always, every time, I've never had a friendly encounter.

Wonderful shop with nice people working there! A good selection of items which, naturally, vary depending on time of year and who has donated. Great prices! And they have sales or discount days! I donate to them and shop there as well!

the clothes & shoes were extremely overpriced, clothes starting at 8$ & up just to be covered in stains & holes. shoes aren’t any lower than 30$ and they just don’t have many good finds clothes wise

I almost don't want to share how fabulous this thrift store is as I want to find and keep all the treasures to myself!! Prices are great and the sales are even better. Nice and helpful staff.Best of all is the cause- for the love of animals!!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the displays it really makes it easy to find my needs in every department. I love this store. I highly recommended. Most of all it helps our animals in need. Thank you.

This thrift store has gone down hill. The prices are so high, a discount of some kind will not bring me back. This thrift store profits goes to the animals that have no control what happens to them. Please, the director of this store clean it up and have a fun sale for these animals before it's to late. Maybe a low cost neut/spay festival. Key is no more homeless puppies and kittens. Please wake up and help the animals.

One super kind cashier, one rude angry prejudiced old lady. The only changing 'room' is a corner right up front with a curtain you can partially see through. Got a few decent deals though.

Absolutely AWFUL! The lady who spoke likes the sound of her voice and wouldn’t let us get a word in. Asked us to make the found car a “barn cat”. Told us to reach out and find her a home ourselves. Wouldn’t put her up on their website and allow us to foster while she was adopted. Absolutely no help at all. Worst of the worst!We were able to place her this same day with another agency!

I would not recommend anyone bring any of their donations here to help the dogs and cats!! I drove from El Paso to the thrift store and they wouldn't take my new cloths I just took out of my closet!!?? What?? They said they were full! Well I think if it's for the animals welfare then they would make extra space to put things out for sale at the shop, anything for the animals, shoot I came all the way from el Paso for thr animals, the least they could do was take some donation!! The old man told me take it over to the Goodwill they will your donations there, I was driving around saw a Savers donation place, they took all my stuff and even gave me a bottle of water! Would not recommend to anyone looking to donate!!! Sad that they do this in name of animal welfare!
