Very poor customer service! After a long day of work I barely made it in time before they closed. I understand it can be frustrating I apologized for arriving late and was still treated poorly. This is the exact reason I give my business to their competitor. Cynthia needs to work on her attitude, and remember she works in the customer service field just as I do.

Rude groomer review. I arrived early to pick up my dog (it had been 3 hours I thought that he'd be done but I was informed it would be a full 4 hours) anyways I looked through the window and he was on the grooming table so I was watching him being groomed. I guess it upset the groomer she was giving me terrible dirty looks that made me feel really uncomfortable and for that reason I won't take him back. P.S. My dog didn't see me watching so I don't see why it was a problem that I was peeking in. The haircut came out good. Cost was $106.50

I have had a few dogs and never considered dog training school for them until I adopted Cassidy. She is such a free spirit compared to my other pets, she benefited so much from her doggy training sessions. I highly recommend training your pup with Cheyenne at PetSmart at the Las Cruces location. She was very patient with my pet and with the handler 😉. Also, I have had Cassidy groomed by Emily B. and she does a great job on my doodle.

Stopped doing price matches on Amazon, so I guess I’ll just take my business to Amazon for those items. Such a shame. And their Dently bones, which my dogs love, seem to be only sold at PetSmart but the prices are now ridiculous. I’ll be looking for alternatives there too.

Very clean store (except for the old lady who let her dog pee on the door... Twice). We brought our dog in there with no problem, the shelves were full, but I wish there was more selection of dog sweaters in winter.

I've always loved shopping with Petsmart. The staff is friendly and helpful, the store is always very clean and well organized. The only downside is the increasing prices, but they beat prices compared to a lot of other pet supply retailers. Lots of great deals go on all the time. They have a points system where you get money back on future purchases, as well as in app coupons available. If you plan your purchases, you can earn a lot of points quickly and save a lot of money.

I had a wonderful experience at this Petsmart. I spoke with one guy on the phone who was super helpful & encountered 3 folks at the store who were also super duper. It was a great experience going into a store where the employees were all kind & helpful. This Petsmart rocks!!!!

This is my third time buying dog food here recently, I have three big dogs. All experiences with the cashier's at check out have been bad, all 3 have been females. Not sure why the customer service has been bad, they must not like males lol. Anyways, I tried giving your store some business as it appears empty most of the time. But I'm going back to Walmart for my dog food. I love self checkouts at Walmart, no rude cashier's!

I would personally like to thank Jazmyn in the grooming salon for the amazing job she did on my puppy! Normally, I do at home baths but, I decided to take a chance and WOW, did Jazmyn deliver! I brought the puppy home after her session with Jazmyn and everyone was amazed at the puppy’s transformation. Jazmyn went above and beyond with making sure every detail was perfect. She was easy to talk to and knew exactly what my puppy needed! She even explained how calm my puppy was and how well she did throughout the process. I will definitely be booking with her again in the future! Thank you, Jazmyn!!

Please be aware!!! Last week on 10-20-23 I purchased 4 frozen rats for my snakes. I thawed and warmed as usual. 3 of my 4 snakes refused to eat the rats. One snake did accept the meal. As of today 10-27-23. He is now dead. I don't know if product isn't being rotated. But now my 400$ ball pythons is dead and he was fine til this point. The other 3 that refused to eat are also still doing good. Nothing can or will ever replace my boy. But please take this warning and be careful!!! The rats were from reptiles by mack. Buy with caution although I wouldn't recommend any thing from this store after that.

I’ve tried to adopt a cat twice now and the hippie liberal woman has denied me twice. My application was perfect and I’ve never had any issues with any animal I’ve owned. I’m more than certain she’s profiling people and past judgement first. If you go and look at their Facebook page you can clearly see the clientele she caters to. So if you’re military or believe in declawing cats because you know they will be inside and is a personal preference I definitely don’t recommend adopting animals from her…

Our main goal in visiting PetSmart was to find new material for a toe amputation. Example: wraps, gauze, tape and trying to find anything to prevent our pet from trying to remove the bandages. I looked for someone who worked there who could point us to the right location. And we had questions on the products in general. I asked the cashier for help, but no one came. We literally waited for 15 minutes, got annoyed so we decided to leave and 2 employees were just shooting the breeze and were talking to each other about what their plans for the upcoming holidays.

I was trying to get a hamster for my family. The workers acted like it was torture for them to show us the hamsters. After seeing 2 on one side we wanted to see the other 4 and the worker walked away. I had to ask another person for help and she was the same way. If u don't want to help people don't work in a job that requires customer service.

This is the best pet place ever. They take care of their animals and quantine. Then to make sure their not sick, also great food. I get all my guinea pigs from here I have two guinea pigs cookie and popcorn 🍪🍿cookie is the bigger one. 😊

The lady at the cash register is obviously working there for men and dogs. She never greeted us or told us to have a nice day. But oh boy the gentleman behind us and his doggo got the best greeting in the world. ***edited***came in today (January 2024) and was treated so rudely by the employee who was handling the online pick ups. My husband was on the phone and heard how rude and cold she was to me the whole time. This location is just full of rude ladies. It's sad.

Lots of options in every pet department. Found someone to help me fairly quickly. Spoke with the trainer who sounded great, very patient. Problems came in when my dog, a 5mo purebred Yorkshire Terrier, had his first ever grooming here. They told me his behavior was terrific, so they did more than we discussed. (?) A groomer other than the self-assured woman I scheduled with did his grooming. (?) As I looked him over at home his cut was a mess, crooked everywhere except on his sides. I called to express my dissatisfaction and was offered that I bring him back for touch ups by originally scheduled groomer. My disabilities make outings a lot of work. Secondly, the trainer who I wanted to work with was out when I called for an appointment. I had put off our original appointment 2-3 weeks due to my health. I was told when he’d be back, but when I called he’d been assigned to inventory duty his first day back! No other trainers work there. So I had waited for him to return from somewhere only to find out that when he returned he was immediately assigned a duty I’m sure anyone at the store could do. That was it. If they don’t value there employees and prioritize work schedules based on that, I’m not bringing my beautiful Yorkie puppy for services there again.

RECOMMEND BUT TICK WARNING! I was pleased with PetSmart... at 1st. This was the 1st time I had used a grooming service before. Kayani (my baby girl) seemed very pleased with her experience and I was too. When I got her in the car from the appointment, I noticed a "mole" (See picture below). Today, in less than 2 days the "mole" grew 2x as big. Nope, not a mole.... it was a TICK!!! Found 3 more.. let's hope this is all she has—my poor baby girl. ****Keep in mind: she had a bath and deshedding. If she got the tick before I dropped her off they SHOULD have noticed while grooming her****
