Evelyn is the best groomer. She is kind, professional, and welcoming! She always does a beautiful cut on my golden doodle, Jack. My favorite part is that she is a fantastic listener. When I ask her for advice and suggestions regarding the cut, she always has great ideas. Every time I pick up Jack after his grooming he is so happy and beautiful. I know that she treats the animals like her own. Thank you Petco for great service and quality groomers. Evelyn deserves a standing ovation!

Me and my furbaby came in for a grooming. We were both greeted by 3 enthusiastic employees. We were greeted by name and made to feel very welcomed. Our groomer Brianna did an amazing job (as always) with my very fuzzy baby and he looks amazing!

Evelyn was the groomer and she did a perfect job. Even though my dog was way overdue for grooming she made him look amazing! It took a little over 3 hours and I saw at the end how she carefully checked and rechecked her work. I would definitely recommend her at the Petco on Lohman Ave!

Went at the end of the day lady was so good w my dog lots of questions answered. Quick and helped my dogs separation anxiety. Was wonderful would come back. Got nails trimmed. Booked same day get you in quick. Will need proof of rabies. Better priced then other groomers surprisingly.

Samantha did a great job on our wayward Louie! Louie, a mini-poodle, was stolen from our yard 2 years ago. Thanks to Dona Ana County Animal Control officer Monahan, he was returned to us. Very skinny, dirty and stinky. Samantha helped me find a vet who could update his shots so she could give him a bath. She did a wonderful job! Louie is 14 years old and he was in rough shape. She carefully and lovingly cared for his needs. He feels so much better because of Samantha's tender touch. Thank you so much!

Abi was sprayed by a skunk. I could not get the smell off her. Evelyn was able to remove the smell. She suggested a shedding treatment which Abi had yesterday. At first, I did not think it worked but today she was shedding much less. Abi is a very sensitive dog and gets scared. Hopefully she will not be so scared in the future.

Service, if you can get it, is great. They are very caring of the dogs, which at the end of the day, that’s what I care about.Having said that, the staff is ignorant when it comes to the meaning of vaccinations. We were being turned away because my pup didn’t have the Parvo vaccine. Even when we showed them a quick google search saying that DAPP includes parvo, the fact that they couldn’t comprehend that that p stood for what they were looking for was beyond me. What really did me in was the lack of acceptance of their mistake. It took a third person to stop and understand the situation. When you came here, make sure you know what your vaccines stand for

Staff were great! Alina took her time to get the puppy comfortable with her, which happened faster than expected (he is a pandemic puppy, and not socialized the way pre-pandemic dogs have been exposed to a lot of people). Also, she was gentle with him, and he enjoyed the process.

The staff was great! Very friendly and professional. They did a good job with the grooming but it was way too expensive for what little they did. I am happy with it but will not be doing it again if I can help it.

Manny and Alina did terrific job on our dogs. Our Great Pyrenees, done by Alina, received a superior summer haircut and blowout, with his ears cleaned and toenails trimmed - all of them! Our Goldendoodle, thanks to the skills of Manny, also received a terrific bath and summer haircut, with all details attended to and all parts trimmed for a perfect grow-out. These two groomers truly are pros!

This petco is much slower than the ones in PA and Tucson, AZ. 2.5 hours verses 4.5 here in Las cruces, NM for two small dogs.They are very nice and professional and do a good job.
