I got my fish here. I absolutely love the selection and the staff was very helpful. They have the best selection of dog toys as well. I didn't see a lot of birds this time but the ones they did have were beauty.

David at the front desk was extremely helpful. He was considerate, and knowledgeable, and explained a lot of programs PetCo offers. We really appreciated him taking the time to tell us a little about the dog food brand we were planning on purchasing and reassuring us that we made a good choice.

Im always here at Petco shopping for my kitten Smokey. He is a 5 month old Tabby. I use their brand Whole hearted turkey wet food (since it doesn’t have a ton of preservatives and unhealthy add ins) and Petco has sales going on for their Stella and Chewy Raw food bags quite a bit. Smokey has adored the food he has gotten.On another note I take him into Petco all the time and he is loved by the staff there. He likes walking up and down the pet aisles and see all there is to have.Staff is very friendly and supportive in helping me find just what I need.

If you call Petco customer service, be aware their agents are in a foreign country. The woman asked me to provide my credit card info over the phone. I hung up, and placed an order on the Chewy website. BEWARE of Petco.

I wish I can give cero start. I asked for a tear bead grooming the girl did what she wanted. If she doesn’t how to do it better to said it. She charged 30 extra, total of 120dlls. She still said I not going to charge more the dog wasn’t a good behavior. Worst grooming ever.

Fish was DOA when I got to my house. Three are alive and doing well one died beforebI could even start to acclimate it to my tank water. Dog food was full of bugs.

I purchased an item that was marked on clearance along with a bunch of cat food. The clearance item rang up incorrectly and I was told to go back in like (which took another 20 minutes) to fix the issue. The staff are never very helpful or friendly and the prices are ridiculously expensive. Will be shopping elsewhere most of the time now.

We took Abi for puppy training at PetCo. We were very happy with our trainer, Katie. Since then, we have returned to purchase toys, food, and other products. Yesterday was National Dog Day so I took Abi to select a new toy and make an appointment for grooming.

Their prices were high to begin with, and it's just getting worse. They're constantly out of food for our multiple different species of pets. The staff at this location are nice, but they're clearly overworked, and this location has been understaffed at least since I started shopping here a year and a half ago. You can hardly ever get assistance in a timely manner. Typically, it takes about 15 to 20 minutes before someone can assist. There's only someone at checkout about half the time. The other times, I just have to stand and wait until someone notices I'm waiting to pay.

I didn't get the 25 percent off because I didn't ask for it. How ridiculous!!! Because I had made a substantial purchase I did as instructed and returned to the store to have a return and re purchase done. Very inconvenient. And the initial register clerk knew I am /was a regular customer because I gave her my phone number to access my rewards account. Very poor customer service, especially with the high prices.

The store carries a ton of highdollar recipes for dogs and cats. They don't focus on low budget foods at all. Customer service has always been friendly. My biggest concern was the cleanliness of the store. A bathroom will always paint a picture. I have included photos of what was soon today. I am ex military and this would never fly for one second. I truly hope this does get someones attention. I would be more than happy to change my review if this was addressed on my next visit.

I brought in my husky mix for his first ever grooming and the groomers were wonderful! He came home perfectly trimmed for the summer and shed free! I don’t know what kind of magic they use but I will be going back again :)

I was ripped off on the price I paid. I was quoted one price over the phone and then price doubled. I paid much more than I pay at Petsmart and other places. When I challenged the price charged I was given all sorts of reasons like my breed is a hard breed to groom. That should have been explained over the phone when I got the quote. Classic bait and switch. I will be calling Customer Service tomorrow too. Absolutely awful experience.

The local Petco store in Las Cruces is my favorite local store to shop for my pup. They have good healthy dog food and treats and 99% of the time the items I need are in stock. The staff at checkout are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful and always ask first if they can give Birdy a dog treat (of course they can!!).

We scheduled an appointment to have our pup groomed. Day of arrives, We show up, turns out they had someone no-show. They can’t do the appointment. No phone call, nothing. Trash tier service. We will take our business to a more respectful place. Avoid these guys, they don’t care about you or your time.

Horrible customer service. I was excited to get some fish for my new tank and after waiting for the lady that was tending the fish for about thirty minutes she finally appeared and when I asked for help she VERY RUDELY told me to wait. It’s not the waiting part, it’s the way she spoke. There were two ladies and neither helped. Im sorry i interrupted your conversation. I will not be going back.

The employees in the live fish department who has helped me before and this visit was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and helped me with my new fish for my house and for the ones I got for my work. He really cares about his job and taking care of the customers. He knew so much about the fish and how to care for them. He was able to give good recommendations and all the fish looked happy and healthy. I will continue to go back and recommend him to everyone. I didn't get this name but I hope there's enough information to pass this forward to him.
