Jornada Vet clinic is always a pleasure to work with. They always have all my pet's best interest at heart and always provide multiple estimates for us to decide what best fits our financial needs at that time. Pictured is our pup at his latest visit for a wound he had on his back. He was nervous in the lobby but relaxed once greeted by the Vet, which says a lot. We will continue to bring our animals here to this clinic where we know they are loved . Keep up the good work

My baby is only 2 but spent half a year suffering in a cone due to their negligence. I was given a medication that did not work and was told that itd take months to take effect. I clung to hope while my dog was in pain. I finally had enough waiting and took him to Arroyo for a second opinion. I was given 4 different medications and he was better within a WEEK. He suffered so long FOR NO REASON. The vet didnt look at his ears, didnt test his skin, just did an allergy screening and gave us allergy drops to increase his immune system (which DID NOT WORK). He is a big dog and they gave him the lowest dose and all the techs and vet acted afraid of my pitty when he wasnt even aggressive, just loud and excited to see people. Arroyo techs kissed and loved on my dog and told me that they understand his reaction as just being excited and happy. I have five pets and they will never go back to Jornada. You can see the before and after pics, and how bad they let him suffer.

The folks at Jornada Vet Clinic on Battan West tended to our 16 yo beagle with compassion and courtesy. Recognizing I was stressed big time, I think they cared for me as much as the dog. Everyone I talked to there expressed condolences when I left without my constant companion. The card they sent me is much appreciated. Everyone signed it, most with nice comments. Mike R.

440 dollars is what I spent to spay my kitten. I find that prove absolutely absurd. My roommate got his cat sprayed 6 months ago and he payed 250. One year ago I had another cat spayed, from a Humane Society, and it cost me 75. The math isn't matching! Make it make sense!

The staff at Jornada veterinary clinic are courteous and compassionate. We had a very agitated cat and the staff did very well keeping her calm. They administered the vaccinations needed and did a health assessment. I would highly reccomend them.

We took our 2 Maltese female puppies to Jornada to have them spayed. Everything was excellent. The intake interview process asked questions regarding their health & the staff wanted to assure me that they would take excellent care of them during the procedure. When I came to pick them up later in the afternoon, again the staff was very attentive & reviewed with me the take home meds & instructions for after-care. We are not locals just visiting the area for 6 months. I can assuredly state that if you are wanting superior care for your pet, Jordana Veterinary Clinic will be your choice. Superior care, compassionate knowledgeable staff, excellent Veterinarians, clean clinic and reasonable prices is what we experienced at Jornada Veterinary Clinic. BTW, if you are a senior citizen, they do have a Senior Discount, just ask!

Very good business. Got my 1 year old dog in with issue with her stomach . She swallowed a sock and a couple of hair ties!! They got her into surgery immediately. They called and followed up as well as the Dr. felt like they really care for your pets . Would highly recommend Jornada Vet Clinic!!

The staff at Jornada helped me when I was in a pinch with my dogs. They got me in quickly and were so caring when I had to put my dog down. I had never been to this office before but they made me feel welcome just like I was a regular customer. I now take all of my pets to Jornada and the staff is so friendly. From the reminder calls to post op calls, and everything in between, this vet office is amazing!

After finding Jornada Veterinary office I will NEVER take my fur babies anywhere else. Not only is everyone absolutely friendly and professional, they love on our pets as if they were theirs. We get thorough answers to our questions, and I personally feel their prices are fair and honest. I love how staff goes over everything in detail prior to any procedure and that they call next day to follow up.

I have been taking my dogs, cat and Amazon parrot to the Jornada Veterinary Clinic since 2002. I have always been totally confident regarding the care my pets are receiving. I have never had a negative experience. The veterinarians are all top drawer. The vet. techs are all friendly and knowledgeable and very good with the animals. The office staff are all friendly, helpful and good at there jobs. I remember on one visit being very moved and touched by Dr. Souls and how she handled my Blue Australian Cattle Dog. He was hiding under a chair and would not come out so Dr. Souls sat down on the floor and said "Come on my little blue man" as she gently brought him out. All of the staff are gentle and respectful with my pets. I am always able to ask questions and feel satisfied with the answers I am given. I do not believe I could find a better Veterinary practice anywhere else. I feel very lucky to have found Jornada Verinary Clinic. I can honestly recommend them without any reservations.

We will always use any place Dr. Higgins is at. She is the best vet in town. She has saved 2 of my animals from deaths door and brought them back to their original selves. Best vet I've ever encountered especially her bedside manner is exceptional!!!! We love you all at jornada!

We have been going here for years. I love the treatment my dogs receive. I trust them! They don't make me feel it is all about money. They start with the cheapest option and then try the next step. They have done dental work. They have done emergency work-in appointments when needed. They are truly wonderful!

Very personable staff, easy check in and not a long wait for the vet to check my animal. However, the vet, Sue, told me NOT to feed my cat dry food. Only wet canned food that costs $3.50 a can! LOL ~ I won't be going back here!

My dog had a growth on his ear that started to bleed. They took very good care of him. Explained everything that he needed and told us our options. They followed up with calls after his surgery. They truly care about animals and have very friendly staff working there. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good vet.

Very nice staff, took very good care of my cat. Lovely interior of office. Everyone was very professional and yet still very friendly. The vetenarian was very nice and knowledgeable. Prices were fair. I would definitely recommend this place. And I was able to get my cat in for a check up and rabies shot that afternoon.

We love the doctors at Jornada. They love our dogs and take such good care of them. We’ve gone here for more than 20 years and they have always been wonderful. My adult children take their pets there now also. They are usually quick, usually run on time tor their appointments, and talk to us (not at us) about our animals health, so we understand. Great doctors and staff!!!!! 🏆❤️

I deeply appreciate the attentiveness of Dr. Tucker and of all the tech staff and front desk staff, as well as the Office Manager. My dogs are of the utmost importance to me, and I must know they get the best of care. While there is no emergency care yet available in our city, we are working on this problem. In the meantime, I know I can trust Jornada Veterinary to care for my fur boys on a daily basis as needed.

The start is amazing, The Vet are so nice and explains everything to be known. The Vet tech are so kind. They spent time with my cats to make sure they were happy. I brought the n 5 cats all week. This place rocks. The staff at the desk is amazing.

I have been taking my cat, Annabel Lee here for the last 3 years and keep her current on her vaccines and wellness exams. The staff here is extremely nice and caring. Last year I had taken her in for a cleaning and it was discovered that she had Plasma Cell Stomatitis. Dr. Tucker did a great job with her surgery. She healed up quickly and we haven't had any problems since. They care about the animals and as long as I live here I will continue to take Annabel here.

Do not accept a Heartworm chewable from this place without making them explain the possible side effects of Ivermectin toxicity. Our sweet 7yr old pitbull might die on us because this place was to busy selling services to explain this side effects of this chewable. Our dog has been having seizures and walking around very disoriented for a week now. If only I had known of these possible side effects I wouldn't have never bought this chewable or given it to her. We are on edge waiting and trying to make her comfortable hoping she will pull through this. Regardless of what happens to our dog we will never see this veterinarian clinic again. I hope no other family has to see their pet go through this.

Me and my girl had the best experience with Joranda vet. They were all very professional, helpful and caring to not only my needs but that of my girl. They made us both feel comfortable. I would highly recommend them to anyone we will be making them are to go clinic.

We received excellent service on a request for a medication refill. Of course, we were established clients there. But all of our experiences have been very good with two different dogs. Even with the pandemic we have had good communication while waiting in our car during appointments.

Emergency vet for an established patient who’d been there 2 days prior for exact same thing?!!! Start leaving walk in appointments open for emergencies of current patients. “go to the er vet in elp.” is not acceptable during office hours for doggy diarrhea which you were supposed to be treating for. Good luck. Loved the people just poorly run and organized. Shame.

We just got home from an appointment there, and I was so pleased with the care we received that I had to write a review. They were so kind to see my cat as a walk-in. My cat had a UTI, and since she provided a sample on the spot, they were able to do a urinalysis right away. The vet, Sue, was very thorough with her explanation of my cat's condition and all of our treatment options. The assistant (who's name I forgot. Sorry!) was up-front with the cost of different options, and neither she nor the vet tried to up-sell anything, which was a refreshing change from our last vet in Texas. I'm a very satisfied customer. All of the staff was friendly and the facility was very clean. I'll be making this our regular vet.

I called Jornada veterinary clinic about my cat who had an infection hoping I could get an appointment within a few days. Even though they were booked and extremely busy, they worked me in the same day. The veterinarian, assistant, and staff were very caring, compassionate, professional, and helpful. The veterinarian and assistant took the time to show me how to administer the medicine for my cat, which helped me and my cat immensely. I am very grateful to Jornada Vet Clinic. My cat is healing well.

My dog had periodic vomiting and he was given an xray to check for issues. There were no signs of blockages and Dr. Tucker called to discuss prevention of future problems and he prescribed antibiotics. He answered all of my questions and suggested products to try. It has been 4 days of antibiotics and my dog is not vomiting and he is acting much more relaxed and happy. Thank you, Dr. Tucker and staff!
