A little full of stuff in the aisles they're a little behind on putting stuff up I guess and some of the shelves are empty but the employees were great fast friendly service as always went again today the girl at the registry is great no kind of bag stuff she's fast friendly they still got a bunch of stuff all over the aisles though.

Unfortunately this store is a God forsaken mess. The isles are so cluttered and dirty! The potential hazard/accident for any customer or employee is inevitable. It's only a matter of time but at least the unfortunate victim of this broken store will get a hefty lawsuit awarded. The ol' cup is half full perspective....Shame on the store manager who is completely responsible for and at fault for such a decrepit family dollar.

Friendly staff. They had everything I needed. They got lots of home decor that other stores do not carry. Short line fast check out. Most everything was in stock. Sign up for their coupons. They come in handy. And who doesn't want to save a dollar or more.

I've been a customer of this store ever since it first opened. For me it was a little out of my way but usually worth it. For the most part I once found it to be clean, neat, well organized, well stocked, friendly, as well as w/o safety concerns or inaccurate transactions. I Never had any problem until yesterday. Between the improperly stocked shelves & clutter on the floor I was shocked at how much disarray there was posing safety concerns. What if someone tripped & fell? Would there be any kind of Liability coverage? I would hope so considering what I saw yesterday. Shopping was difficult, very disorganized & very time consuming; Nothing was put away or organized. At closing time the manager was more worried about locking the door (I'd understand that) but what I don't understand is as I was loading & securing my folding shopping cart & trying to find my personal safety items (heavy duty flashlight, pepper spray)(stalker concerns) before stepping outside the manager started yelling at me Very loudly in front of the employees present. When she stopped you could hear a pin drop. I do not believe Anyone should be subjected to that type of behavior; customer or employee. Then to add more insult to injury, when I got home I found I was double charged for a $5.00 item. I will not be going back to Family Dollar. There is a Dollar General much closer to get my phone charged; & where I won't be subjected to that kind of bad behavior.

Found some great buys for unbelievably great price, one of which is an aromatheraputic lotion for only $1.25 that ended up buying several bottles of, LoL. They have a decent amount of home decor for very reasonable prices. Staff was very friendly and professional. Will be returning soon to other items needed. Included a photo of the body lotion of my personal favorite scent, Mint & Eucalyptus. Lavender is another scent and I believe that they may have a 3rd scent, but I am not 100% sure of that.

Who's the hiring manager for these family dollars around this area, some employees are so disrespectful. I would fire the hiring manager and all management on the spot. I'm going to have to do less family dollars and more Walmart.

This Family Dollar never has carts. The isles are very small and cluttered. The prices are high. Plus the staff soft skills need improvement.

The Manager Lou loves his customer's and treats them like friends... he welcomes you with a warm smile and walks you to the door as you exit. I always shop there when I'm in Las Cruces

the staff is always very friendly the one thing that I don't like about that store is every time you purchase something they're pushing sales for a contest that they're having against the other stores it's quite annoying happens all the time we once in awhile is okay but all the time the corporate needs to back off

Horrible i stoped to get milk and it leaks in my trunk try to call the store called 4 times before anyone pickup when I finally got a manager on the phone she was rude I asked for an even exchange she could only do it tonight I explained to her I live 20 minutes away if ot was possible to go in the morning she didn't care she acted like I had damage the gallon of milk myself or that I stoled it really!!!

You know I used to like going to family dollar on Bataan Memorial it used to be so organized and clean and anymore it's just a cluster of stuff and not organized or clean really .

The store was clean and the staff was friendly. However, they had a lot of clearance stuff and none of it had a price on it. That's very frustrating. I hate that.

There's always boxes in the aisles. Their cheap with bags. They say "Hi" when they feel like it. There's always carts missing.
