Albertsons is always a good spot to run in and grab those last minute items. The employees always seem very friendly at any location. I like to use the app to keep an eye on what's in sale and get some good discounts/coupons. The lines weren't long at all. I must have gone at a good time. Sometimes they can get pretty backed up. The only thing I didn't like about the store was the bad smell when I walked around the produce area. I couldn't get out of that area fast enough. If it wasn't for that I would give it 5 stars.

Such a clean and well organized store. Friendly employees. Plenty to choose from. Lots of sweet treats to choose from. Well stocked and well maintained. The wrap was absolutely delicious! The sauce elevated the already great flavor. I also purchased a banana cream pie. 🤤🤤🤤 is all I have to say! 😂

This location is fantastic!!!Very clean, not crowded, and great deals on meat.Walmart is usually cheaper, but if you look at coupons they send out in mail, occasionally they have incredible deals!!!For St Patrick day, Walmart increased the cost of cabbage to over 3 dollars for one!!!!! A great the same time Albertsons had them for only 1 dollar each!!!!They also have buy 1 get 2 free on meat!!!!!We rang up 60 dollars of steaks, and after the buy 1 get 2 free discount, we walked out for only 20 bucks!!!!!

I'm tired of going to Albertsons and thinking I'm gonna save money and I don't. I pick an item it says 8.99 on sale 5.49 and they charge me 9.00. It's always like that. A multi million dollar company stealing from me . I'm on ssdi and foidstamps. At least at Walmart I get tings at the posted price. The hell with Albertsons. I would rather spend the extra gas to go to Walmart. Your lucky you got one star because you don't deserve any

I like the Albertson's on El Paseo, but my last 3 visits the deli staff doesn't seem to care if there are customers waiting. They've got their backs turned and when they finally look up, they're in no hurry to help.

I recently purchased three Prime Ribs, they were without a doubt the worst I've even gotten anywhere. I've bought these at different grocery stores in different states but these were not worth bringing home. they were absolutely LOADED with fat, tough and no rib bone to speak of. I don't know how anyone could so totally ruin a supposedly good cut of meat so thoroughly. needless to say I will never purchase any from Albertsons again. No matter the location.

This Albertsons on El Paseo has a great working streak and always stocked with great products and prices are good. They have cleaned up some of the riff raff that was hanging out in the parking lot. Definitely your neighborhood grocery store. I highly recommend getting the digital app.

This location always has good customer service and we were able to get the items we came for. Cleanliness and presentation was very good as always. This is the best run location out of the three Las Cruces store. It is the furthest one from us, but worth the trip. Good management.

This Albertsons is really nice. Staff is friendly. Great just for U deals.Albertsons always has what I am looking for. Couldn't find glass noodles anywhere but online. Didn't want to wait so searched and fiound them here. Also some crushed chili garlic sauce. Everywhere else seems to be out.

I came in today to cash my check, I signed it inside the store, but since the clerk was busy with someone else she "didn't see me endorse it" even though I would still have to provide ID which has my name and signature on it. Completely stupid requirement for me to be able to have my own money. Terrible

If you follow the weekly deals and use the app while shopping, this is the best place to shop for groceries and save money on food. Prices if you do that will be less than at WalMart on a wide variety of goods. You do have to check to make sure you got the "deal" price at checkout and their app isn't always the friendliest to use although it has improved lately. The staff is pleasant and helpful. There is a good overall selection of quality food, especially with their Signature Select house brand. I've been shopping at the El Paseo store for 40 years and have never regretted it.

The staff is kind... IF they aren't too busy (doing something else besides tending to customers' needs). One of the front end male cashiers was extremely rude!! We were in a line that was at least five customers long, for a good amount of time, and he wasn't in a hurry to call another cashier. I asked if he could call another cashier because the line was so long and we had been waiting over five minutes to move. He said give him a minute... He had NO SENSE OF URGENCY or Customer Service. His current customer was having trouble with that confusing telephone app and they couldn't resolve it in a timely manner. The gentleman in front of me placed his items on the cashier's conveyor belt area that didn't move. Then he left the store, without a word. I noticed a few others leaving without buying anything because they couldn't wait, or they got tired of waiting. It was around the dinner hour, so it seems you would have adequate staff to accommodate your 'valued' customers during busy times. This store has gone downhill in the quality of staff and quality of service. You used to have friendly people who were willing to step out of their assigned departments to help in any way they could. They have left this store. Why?!?I've been shopping there OVER TWENTY YEARS, and I have NO DESIRE to return to a place with a smarmy cashier who thinks he's doing us a favor by being there. I don't think you are getting your money's worth from this employee. He could definitely use training in what good customer service really is. You are nowhere without us!!! (I will return to the El Paseo and Idaho location, Las Cruces, NM, ONLY if there are no other options! I have plenty of retail experience to know the protocols. Just sayin'...)

It seems like everytime i get fruit here theres mold or its slimy and rotting. Bought these strawberries yesterday. Got watermelon in a bowl from them before that was bad too. Avoid the fruit.

i havent been here in a few months. the wait time was 8 whole minutes long, not as long as some other super store here in town. the staff was kinda taking their time scanning things but he was super friendly so counters that. i came for all the Dr. P and some wine they had both it was a great day!

I've been shopping at Albertsons on El Paseo for over 30 years. I generally run in about an hour before I have to pick my kids up from school. There is always a little rush at that time. I greatly appreciate that the general store manager always makes sure to have enough registers open so that people are not waiting 20 minutes to check out. Today when I went in the general manager had just left. In his place was the floor manager, Dawn. The self check out was open and one register was open and three associates were trying to fix a problem at that one open register. The lines were very long and customers were visibly anxious and frustrated.I politely asked a familiar and friendly associate if they were going to open another register.Before she could respond, the floor manager, Dawn was in my face.I have never been so embarrassed. It was all I could do to keep myself from escalating the situation. I stood there and endured being shouted at by this woman as she slammed and crushed my groceries. Before I could remove my purse from the provided shelf, before my minor child with a disability could move out of the check out lane, Dawn had already started yelling at the next customer in line. Today is my kid's birthday and she loves Albertson's donuts and I was short on time. Otherwise I would never have stood there and allowed Dawn to treat me so badly. Albertson's should review the cameras.

It has a lot of great options and the staff are always friendly and quick. Can be a little busy sometimes and the layout is different from what I'm used to with other stores, but overall the store is great.

This location on El Paseo used to have the best decorated cakes... But lately the last few weeks.. these cakes are not appealing at all! I will no longer be ordering or buying my cakes at this location..

Shout out to this place. The employees who work here are super fabulous! The customer service has always been on the higher end at this location than any other store I've been to in Las Cruces. They were able to help me today with something a little out of their job description and we're very nice to me about it. I wish I was in a position to do something other than write a nice review as a thank you.

Mother's Day. Wanted Albertson's fried chicken for a 30 person pot luck. Hot and fresh from the kettle. Ladies smiling. No line at the deli. In and out fast. Recommended.

The staff is always friendly. The checkout lines are efficient. The produce section is amazing and cleanliness. The deli is kept neat clean and very enticing. If you had more stars then five they deserve it. The manager is always patrolling, straightening and observing. I love this place.

I give this location 5 stars for the service from my cashier alone! According to my receipt her name is Baola. I see her almost everytime I do my shopping and she's always so kind. I dropped in to pick up a few things, like most people getting off of work so of course it was hectic. You can tell she tries her absolute best, even with the stresses of customers and management. Thank you, Baola!

My 75 year old mother was once had a scare in Albertsons parking lot. An older disheveled Hispanic male insistently requested a ride. Then offered her money. She firmly said no several times. Since there was no Security present and no one in the parling lot (at 8pm) she was very scared but extremely lucky she wasn'tassualted. Another man then approached and bothered her about "helping" with groceries. Please be aware of these problems and ask Customer Service for an escort since Security isn't present to help serve as a deterrent in what isn't the best area.

Lived here in Cruces practically my whole life and have many memories with this store. My friends and I get Booze for some weekend fun or chill out. Of course as always such amazing kind staff wit the same manager since I was a kid and even tried to apply for a job. One of my friends used to work there. Hey sometimes I've found certain particular items there I couldn't find at another store. Mind you it's not Walmart so price is a bit different so don't be rude. Fresh flowers from some of the best locally owned gardens and some not locally grown. Tbh it has this Old Fashion General Store vibe but modern especially wen some employees still wear a smock aka an apron and I've even seen some dress like an Old fashion store clerk. Not matter what I will always support my locally owned businesses due to the fact they are why this town was built and is still alive and well. Hey newbies welcome to Las Cruces NM home of the Best Chile ever, the Best Home-made Salsas, the most beautiful and colorful town, and amazing history. You heard of Billy the Kid or seen the movie Young Guns? Well your in his home State even Jesse James has come through here on his way to Mexico. Aka The Bad Lands of New Mexico. Kris W. at check out was PHENOMENALLY Kind & helpful when I needed to verify & get a price for an item I was purchasing. I can't thank him enough & he saved me money too! A++++++

I was going through self check out and the machine I was using kept taking off my items and charging me for random produce items I didn’t have, the worst part was an older employee named Shirley who kept accusing me of trying to steal milk even though the machine kept taking off the items and crashing! The entire time she made me feel uncomfortable as she would hover around me and make a big scene if something happened to the machine and blamed me for going too fast.
