Dawn and her crew were amazing. I had boarded my Belgian Malinois here for a week.I provided my own food and Dawn was more than passionate about her profession.When you meet her you feel a sense of calm and when I had returned. Siege was right by her side as if she had been his owner. She obviously has a talent for animals. I am happy to have them in the area.The rates were extremely fair and their facilities are consistently maintained on a daily basis. They clean up after the animals after they have had their outside time that way there is little risk of eating another dogs biscuit if you know what I mean.The grounds have grass so it's not just desert floor.Everyone was very helpful.Although my dog has missed me I'm probably going to be utilizing them monthly just to give my boy the good training of being away from me. I need a strong independent Malinois and pet Paradise has really made it so easy.

Pet Paradise LOVES animals! Passion and compassion go paw and hand and this place has both, in abundance! This wonderful place has a 15+ year vet tech on site and has staff 24/7 so you are NEVER worried about your kids!

Best place to your pet. My dog stayed here for 2 months while I worked in Alamogordo. Dawn and her staff took great care of my pet. I would take my dog out for a walk weekly and play with him in the play area out front. The place was really clean, andall the pets there were well taken care of. Thanks for the great service.

I didn't mean to rate this place, I accidentally hit the stars and don't know how to delete it. However, I will give my two cents. I work here and live here. Dawn, the owner, is my aunt and she has been running this place for about 10 years. This place runs well because she truly cares about the animal. She has several years of vet tech experience and she is like a dog whisperer. hahaha. Really, she has always been the one in the family we called when there was something wrong with our dogs. She grew up around them. She loves them. It's a great place to bring your animal. We all have fun here.

I can't say enough about how great Dawn and her staffs are! They are happy to answer all of our questions. A dog or cat with daily meds is not a problem because they take great care of it. They have been very accommodating to our crazy work schedule and reassure us its okay. I gladly make the drive from Alamogordo to board our dogs there because I know they will be well taken care of while we are gone.Thank you very muchJenny

Nice people. The conditions were okay because dogs had runs that we're both indoor and out. Prices were great, but it seemed like more of an animal shelter than "paradise".

I've never had to board my pup before. However, due to a holiday weekend spent in Cloudcroft and having stayed in a home that didn't allow pets, we were forced to send our pup off for the weekend. I'll admit, being a mother of only four-legged furry friends, I was nervous to leave my pup in the care of others, especially with the worry of potential issues such as kennel cough. Pet Paradise was awesome! They administered my pups daily meds with no problem, made sure he got out multiple times a day with his high energy level, gave him love and affection and plenty of attention. I was also worried that he would be extremely uneasy with all the thunder and fireworks noise nearby but they constantly were on sight playing music loud enough to drown out the outside noise and making sure he wasn't anxious. I called a few times, paranoid he wasn't doing ok, and each time the ladies assured me he was in great hands. They gave detailed descriptions of what was going on and how he was doing. They really put me at ease. When we picked him up he was in good spirits and once again they reassured us with all the stories and adventures he had throughout his stay. Now, home again, he is absolutely exhausted. I can tell he enjoyed himself away from his family. If I have to board again near Cloudcroft, I will absolutely use Pet Paradise!!
