Was told that they did not provide confirmation of reservations, as a matter of policy, when i placed the reservation over three months in advance of the stay. I did receive confirmations for the other 6 hotels that I booked during my vacation. I was billed 3 weeks before the stay for the wrong dates. Upon arrival i was told i had not shown up on the prior day and they did not have a room available for the days i had reserved. But they continued to bill me for the wrong days. An extremely negative experience.!!

Called from out of state and they weren’t within our budget but gave us the number for a place that helped. Props to customer service, even when that customer isn’t yours. They made a positive impression and it think that’s what any business could strive for. 12/10 stars for that alone.I could also hear the caring and hospitable tone of his voice too. It’s the little things that make everything worth it. Thanks so very much y’all,

Updated and very clean accommodations in a beautiful setting. Very close to local restaurant and shops. Definitely recommend.
