Extremely unprofessional, the driver had no knowledge of the equipment he was driving, the lady there tries to be something she's clearly not, I highly suggest to look else where. The rude, unprofessional staff will for sure shut this place down. Las Vegas NM is way better!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would, We used to get firewood delivered to Santa fe no problem, all of a sudden Steve can't do it. So let's just leave all of our customers in Santa Fe without wood for the winter! Also Spoke to Pat, very unprofessional for a Manager not calling customers back! Tried contacting him multiple times and no response. This duo Steve and Pat are definitely loosing the company money! Better yourselves and find new Drivers that aren't afraid and Lazy, and a new manager as well...

Emailed the company on a weekend regarding pellets since my normal supplier is out. Pat emailed me first thing Monday morning and I drove up to get a load direct. I could have stayed closer to ABQ, but I’d be burning an inferior product. This is the lowest ash I’ve gotten out of my pellets and rarely have any clinker build up.

My nephew called Walatowa timber and talked to the manager Pat about getting firewood, my nephew purchased firewood from Walatowa timber last year and had it delivered with no issues. This year my nephew attempted to reach Pat seval times after there first conversation and never got a call back. Very unprofessional and obviously this manager is loosing the company $$$

Excellent service, friendly staff, fair pricing. They were happy to work with me on a home project (even though I wasn't a big customer with a large order) and the turnaround time was lightning fast. Quick 40 minute drive from Albuquerque for pickup.

These guy's and gal's really do a great job. Everyone is very helpful when loading, trucks. I drive 7hrs to get my lumber worth every mile!
